We accept electronic copies of all documents, but students are required to submit original transcripts upon arrival at NJIT.

The confirmation letter will be sent to your NJIT email. Transfer and Graduate students may be placed on a wait list for housing. Students on the wait list are assigned to housing based on the distance to campus, date of application and student need. First time, First Year students are given priority for housing if they apply by May 1st.
