NETFLIX A BIG HELP TO PINOY MOVIES

Makikita mo kung nagustuhan ng mga tao ang pelikula kapag matagal iyong hindi nalalaglag sa top ten trending.

Ang laking tulong ng Netflix at iba pang streaming service sa mga pelikula natin, dahil hindi pa rin kinakagat sa mga sinehan ang karamihan. Pero hindi sila nalulugi dahil bago pa man ito magkaroon ng cinema release, nabili na ito ng streaming service kagaya ng Netflix.

Nakakapanghinayang itong Fuchsia Libre nina Paolo Contis at John Arcilla dahil maganda naman ang feedback sa pelikula, pero hindi siya na-promote nang maaga.

Pero wala nang worry riyo ang Mavx Productions dahil ang dinig namin may pag-uusap na ito sa Neflix. Malamang na after three mobths ay nasa streaming na ito.

Samantala, kaagad namang nalaglag sa Top 10 trending ang ending ng Can’t Buy Me Love dahil parang napagod na siguro ang mga manonood.

Hindi ako bumitaw sa teleseryeng ito ng DonBelle dahil sa nagustuhan ko ang kabuuan ng kuwento at magagaling silang lahat. Pero nadismaya ako sa ending nito.

Parang ang daming nakialam kung paano nila tapusin itong magandang kuwento nina Bingo (Donny Pangilinan) at Caroline (Belle Mariano).

But mind you, namimili na talaga ang Netflix ngayon ng mga Pinoy movies na ipapalabas nila, ha? Hindi na lang basta bili nang bili ng titles.

Kaya piling-pili ang mga TV shows at movies na ipinapalabas, dapat pumasa sa standards nila.

Kaya maraming maliliit na pelikula ngayon na walang recourse kundi mag-theatrical run, kasi hindi kinukuha para mag-Netflix premiere.

Moral of the story, gandahan pa rin lahat ng mga ginagawang content talaga.

A contender for worst filipino movie ever. This movie irritated me so much being a zombie fan. It's like they didn't even put thought into the movie. They just said "lets make a zombie movie and cast JoWaPao as the Lolas". First of all, it is not funny at all. Nothing works and nothing makes any sense. So many freaking plot holes and so many moments where I went "why did they do that? They could have done this...".

Some people will make the argument that it is only a comedy and meant for masses but that is what pisses me off about it. I've seen "Shaun of the Dead" which managed to mix humor and drama perfectly and while…

I don't care. this is fun for what they intended comedy and there is also unique aspects in here too that will be considered cliche and I think it's ridiculous that Block Z, another Filipino but serious zombie movie copied the one element presented at the end of this film that makes this unique.

I love JoWaPao, and I looove the Lolas~!

However, while I really did enjoy all the funny moments and cried over all the attempts to break my heart, the conclusion felt like such a cop-out that I ended up feeling betrayed. :(

Still a fun family movie, though.

LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Netflix will expand its streaming library with the addition of the Filipino film ' A Journey ,' scheduled for release on Friday, April 12.

Directed by RC Delos Reyes, the series features a poignant and engrossing narrative, following a cancer patient as she embarks on a journey with her husband and best friend to fulfill her bucket list.

The series, which offers a complex emotional plot, features a talented ensemble cast poised to take viewers on an emotional rollercoaster.
