We have used Alderfer's for years and have always been extremely pleased with their service. We're in Hico, but they are always quick to arrive...sometimes even within an hour. The techs are always very friendly and explain everything they are doing and suggesting upgrades, but never pushy. We've never, ever felt like we were being overcharged.

Worst AC repair experience, EVER. After installing this window unit with TAPE AND CARDBOARD, it fell out in less than 30 minutes. They have failed to fix the central AC unit, they have failed to return multiple requests for service. ... Where can I leave a photo of the window unit lying on the ground??? I HIGHLY DO NOT, repeat DO NOT recommend this service provider.

Highly recommend. They replaced both our air conditioners and did a great job! They were quick and efficient and their pricing was very fair. Would definitely use them again.
