About Jonas Brothers

Jonas Brothers took the world by storm in 2019 with the surprise release of their critically acclaimed and widely successful single “Sucker” following a six-year hiatus. The triple-platinum single debuted at #1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 , becoming the first #1 for the band and the first #1 debut from a group this century.  The band went on to release Chasing Happiness, an Amazon Original film documenting the brothers rise and return to music, before going on to deliver their third #1 album debut with the release of their platinum-selling album Happiness Begins (Republic Records). The band continued to soar with their sold-out “ Happiness Begins Tour, ” with over 1.2 million tickets sold.

What’s more, the album garnered the band a bevy of awards including three awards for “Top Duo/Group,” “Top Radio Songs Artist,” and “Top Radio Song” for “Sucker” at the 2020 Billboard Music Awards , a 2019 MTV VMA for “Best Pop Video,” “Best Duo/Group” at the 2020 iHeart Music Awards , two Teen Choice Awards including their prestigious “Decade Award,” as well numerous American Music Award nominations, a coveted Grammy nomination and more.

Most recently, the band released a new Amazon Original documentary entitled Happiness Continues which captured the band’s live concert experience.

About Kelsea Ballerini

Kelsea Ballerini is recognized as one of the most influential women in country music today and

has consistently made history since the start of her career. Following the release of her debut

album, she became the only female country artist to hit #1 with the first three consecutive

singles from a debut album. She has platinum and gold album certifications, a career total

of eleven gold and platinum singles certifications and has accumulated total streams exceeding

3 billion to date. Ballerini has garnered two GRAMMY® Award nominations, won two ACM

Awards and has also received multiple career nominations from the ACM Awards, American

Music Awards, CMA Awards, CMT Awards and the People’s Choice Awards. Most recently, she

received a 2021 ACM Award nomination for “Female Artist of the Year” and was also welcomed

as the Grand Ole Opry’s youngest current member.

Kelsea Ballerini released two acclaimed albums in lockdown last year. In March of 2020, she

debuted her self-titled third album kelsea (Black River Entertainment). Her most personal effort

to date, the album was met with critical praise, including from NPR who opined,

“Kelsea Ballerini is definitely one of the most influential women in country right now… she’s

defining the sound of the genre.” The debut single from the album, “homecoming queen?”,

which the New York Times deemed “excellent,” was certified platinum, marking her fastest

single to achieve this milestone yet. Her third single from the album, “hole in the bottle”

recently reached Gold RIAA certification and earned Kelsea her sixth #1. Her latest single from

the release, “half of my hometown” features a special guest vocal appearance from eight-time

Entertainer of the Year and fellow East Tennessee songwriter/superstar Kenny Chesney. While

under quarantine, Ballerini created the second half of that story, ballerini. On this album, she

carefully deconstructed each song from the kelsea album and re-recorded everything with

minimal accompaniment. Co-producing the release, Ballerini showed another side of herself

with this reimagined take, highlighting the lyrical power of kelsea as she stripped all of the

songs down to the bare essentials.

What’s the setlist?

An official setlist has yet to be released, but it’s safe to assume the band will play recent hits like “What A Man Gotta Do” and “Sucker.” Oh, and of course the guys will toss in a few throwbacks! What’s a Jonas Brothers’ concert without a performance of “Burnin’ Up”?

Are there opening acts?

Kelsea Ballerini will be opening the Remember This tour. When announcing her support, the singer shared a stunning cover of the Jonas Brothers’ hit "Burnin’ Up” and said she’s been manifesting this tour since she was 13 years old.

Jordan McGraw will also be opening select shows among other surprise artists.

The Jonas Brothers have yet to unveil any of their Remember This merch designs in their web store, but there’s still some time to go before the tour starts. They’ll likely share their merch plans shortly before the tour kicks off in August.

The Jonas Brothers are getting the band back together (again). On Wednesday, Kevin, Joe, and Nick announced they're going back on tour with special guest Kelsea Ballerini. The tour, which is titled the Remember This tour, kicks off this summer as the brothers travel across the US. The tour announcement follows a brief hiatus from the band after their wild reunion in 2019 , which included a new album , a tour , and a documentary film . And it sounds like they have plenty in store for this next reunion. Ahead of the tour, the Jonas Brothers are also partnering with NBCUniversal for a new special, which is inspired by the "themes and anticipation of the Tokyo Olympics." They are also set to debut their new song "Remember This" on the first night of the U.S. Track & Field Trials on June 18 and will perform the song for the first time during NBCUniversal's coverage of the Games this summer. Here's hoping we also get that sixth album they promised last year ! See their tour dates ahead, before tickets go on sale on May 27 at 10 a.m. local time.

Jonas Brothers

The Jonas Brothers are coming to a screen near you: On Monday afternoon (Dec. 6), Joe, Kevin and Nick revealed they’ve been cooking up a special behind-the-scenes look at their recently wrapped Remember This Tour.

“As some of you already know… we were doing a bit of filming during the #RememberThisTour,” the sibling trio shared on Instagram. “Starting tomorrow we’re dropping a mini-series (including footage from a special secret show in LA) all month on Facebook. It’s so exciting for us to be able to share some off these off-stage moments with all of you. Thank you again for making these last few months special for us.”

The first episode of Moments Between the Moments premieres Tuesday on Watch Together via Messenger, Instagram and Facebook Watch. If the promo photo of the guys in custom Red Sox jerseys is any indication, the premiere — which happens to be titled “A Year of Firsts” — will follow the JoBros’ epic show at Boston’s Fenway Park last October.

The cross-country trek, during which the Jonas Brothers debuted their latest single, “Who’s In Your Head,” raked in more than $300 million across 44 dates. Meanwhile, Moments Between the Moments  will arrive fresh on the heels of Netflix’s Jonas Brothers Family Roast , which hit the streamer over the Thanksgiving holiday. The series was produced by Black Coffee Productions and the executive producers for the series are Joe Jonas, Kevin Jonas, Nick Jonas, James Gartshore Boulter, Phil McIntyre and John Taylor.

Next, the brothers are set to open a Nellie’s Southern Kitchen location at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas early next year. The Southern-style eatery will be the family’s second restaurant venture following the original Nellie’s in Belmont, North Carolina, which was opened by the brothers’ parents.

Kevin Jonas reveals he had skin cancer removed

"Friendly reminder to get your moles checked," he wrote on Instagram.

Kevin Jonas has a reminder for his fans to help them avoid a potential S.O.S. situation.

On Tuesday, Jonas revealed he had skin cancer, specifically a basal cell carcanoma, removed from his forehead. He disclosed the procedure on his Instagram with a video showing the mole before surgery and the bandaged wound after removal.

"So today I am getting a basal cell carcinoma removed from my head," Jonas said while laying in prep at the doctor's office. "Yes, that is a actual little skin cancer guy that started to grow and now I have to get surgery to remove it."

He showed the wound post-op, covering the stitches with a red-faced emoji. Then, the video jumps to Jonas in his car. "All right, I'm done," he says. "It's time to heal. Heading home. Get those moles checked people."

Jonas also included a plea to his fans to remember to have regular visits with their dermatologist in the caption to the video. "Friendly reminder to get your moles checked," he wrote.

Many of his fans and followers sent the pop star well wishes in the comments. Additionally, The Skin Cancer Foundation thanked him for raising awareness.

"So sorry to hear about your BCC, Kevin," they wrote. "Thank you for raising awareness. Early detection is key. Wishing you the best on your recovery journey."

Jonas and his brothers, Nick, and Joe, launched a Jonas Brothers tour last summer celebrating their past five albums. Beginning in August, they'll return to the road.

History of stary oskol.

In 1300, there was a village called Ugly on the the territory of the present city. Today, it is one of the districts of Stary Oskol. At that time, the village was part of the Grand Duchy of Lithuania and was a border crossing point on the border with the Golden Horde.

The settlement of Oskol was founded by Russian Tsar Fyodor Ioanovich’s order (Ivan’s the Terrible son) to protect the southern borders of the Russian kingdom in 1593. The bulk of the population were peasants and the military.

In 1617, the town was burned by the Poles. In 1625, 1642 and 1677, the Crimean Tatars approached Stary Oskol, but could not capture it. The town was renamed Stary Oskol (meaning Old Oskol) in 1655, when the town of Tsaryov-Alexeyev, located down the river, was renamed Novy Oskol (New Oskol). Fortifications of the town existed until the 18th century.

More Historical Facts…

Gradually, Stary Oskol turned into peaceful, commercial and merchant town - the center of an agricultural district. Industrial production was represented mainly by enterprises on processing agricultural products.

In 1780, the town got its coat of arms. In 1784, Stary Oskol like most Russian towns of that time was rebuilt according to a new plan signed by Empress Catherine II. A large number of brick houses were built, mostly two-story buildings. The historic center of Stary Oskol has been preserved to our time.

In the second half of the 19th century, the town had a wide network of schools, libraries, reading rooms, printing, secondary schools. In 1894, construction of the railway began, trade and industry began to develop rapidly.

Until the 1930s, there were eleven Orthodox churches in Stary Oskol. During the Second World War, Stary Oskol was occupied by the Germans from July 2, 1942 to February 5, 1943. In 1954, the city became part of the newly formed Belgorod region.

In the late 1960s - early 1970s, in connection with the active development of the Kursk Magnetic Anomaly (the most powerful iron ore basin in the world), Stary Oskol became a major center of iron and steel industry.

Stary Oskol was declared a city of three top-priority Komsomol construction projects. The largest enterprises: Lebedinsky Mining and Processing Plant, Stoilensky Mining and Processing Plant, Oskolsky Electrometallurgical Plant became not only the city-forming enterprises, but also the largest industrial enterprises of the country. Stary Oskol experienced a new birth.

Today, Stary Oskol is a rapidly developing city, one of the leading mining and metallurgical centers of Russia.
