The highly popular Singapore Night Safari is the world’s first ‘night zoo’ experience and has scooped a number of coveted tourism awards.

The varied terrain of the park covers 40 hectares and is home to over 1000 animals of more than 110 species. Subtle moon-glow lighting techniques allow you to see what is happening in the jungle at night without causing disturbance to the inhabitants. A  guided Trail Walk where you will be able to view some animals such as fishing cats, bats, flying squirrels or even leopards at closer quarters. An expert English-speaking guide from the zoo will point out the stunning creatures you can see on the route as you listen to the fun facts.

You can upgrade this package to include buffet dinner , you will dine at the Ulu Ulu restaurant in a beautiful rustic setting before the Night Safari experience. At the restaurant, you will be presented with a sumptuous buffet spread of Western and Asian dishes. This is only a sample menu and is subject to change without prior notice.

At the end of the Night Safari, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Singapore. Or should you choose to stay back and make your own way, then inform our guide.

I recommend and enjoyed this tour even though it rained part time especially since my tour guide Terri Chua was excellent in every way. Thank you again Mr. Chua.

We were picked up by our guide Cash who provided us with a lovely tour of the Singapore Zoo Night Safari. We first of all had dinner at the Ulu Ulu buffet restaurant which was quite reasonable. We then went on the tram through the Singapore Zoo and Cash provided us with all the necessary information about each animal and how they were cared for in the zoo. After the tram ride we walked through the zoo for a closer look at the animals which was fantastic. A wonderful tour that was well worth doing.

Guide was friendly and informative. Buffet at the safari park was lukewarm and of poor quality. Tram was so squeaky it would have scared the animals away. The female guide on tram was hard to understand and went into a fit of giggles during the tour and took a while to control herself - didn't add to the tour. They did not stop long enough for anyone to take any pictures not that there was a lot to see. The fire show afterwards only lasted 5 minutes. Overall trip was a waste of money

Our private guide was extremely knowledgable, not only about the tour but Singapore as a whole. Great personality and sense of humour. Lovely meal, fabulous evening.

Going to the Night Safari was our one Must Do of the trip. Our experience with your excellent guide far exceeded our expectations. She got us through the lines quickly, and was so knowledgeable about the animals and flora and fauna. We really felt we were on a 'private' tour. We saw so much more than most visitors, we're sure. Loved it and would absolutely book with you again. Worth every penny.

Tour was very good- the buffet dinner delicious and to be able to have priority boarding on tram was certainly an advantage. To be able to observe the animals at such close range was amazing! I did however feel that we were a bit rushed and almost missed the fire show which was a highlight!

What To Expect

Your trip to the Singapore Night Safari, part of the same wildlife reserve as the Singapore Zoo, starts with pickup by private vehicle from your hotel. When you arrive at the 98-acre (40-hectare) jungle park, subtly illuminated to highlight the exciting nocturnal atmosphere in which the resident animals come alive, hop aboard an open-air tram to tour the animal habitats that are specially designed to simulate the natural environments of the wildlife, from the rainforest of Southeast Asia to the Indian subcontinent to the foothills of the Himalayas. Then take a walk along a safari trail with your guide, who helps you spot animals up-close. When booking this tour, you have the option to include dinner at Ulu Ulu Safari Restaurant, a 600-seat eatery with an array of local cuisine and international dishes. Enjoy the rustic-elegant setting, whether you sit inside with its wooden accents and rattan fans or outside where you can listen to the sounds of cicadas, frogs and other nighttime creatures while Ankole cattle graze nearby.The Night Safari is a multiple winner of the Singapore Tourism Awards Best Leisure Attraction Experience.
