Everything you need to Know Before You Go Wembley Stadium wants Taylor Swift fans to have  The Best Day  when the American superstar brings The Eras tour to London next week. To ensure everyone has an  Enchanted time  we have produced the following guide to make sure your experience lives up to your  Wildest Dreams. Tickets All performances are sold out. Standing guests - please refer to the colour zone on your ticket to get you to the correct queuing ramp.    Seated guests - please refer to the colour zone on your ticket to get you to the correct turnstile. The quickest route to your entry point is by following the signage for the colour zone. NOTE:  Additional ticket checks will be in operation at points in and around the stadium prior to entry. Please have your tickets ready to show match day stewards when asked. Merchandise The merchandise megastore is located in Green Car Park and is accessible. This is the only space open on both non-show days and show days. VIP Merchandise orders should be collected from Green Car Park. Opening Times are:

On show days additional units will also be selling merchandise around the stadium footprint and inside the venue.

Stadium Access The stadium will open at the following times on the following dates. Wembley Stadium is situated in a residential area. We kindly ask that only those with tickets or those visiting our merchandise megastore turn up to the stadium to avoid disruption to the local residents and businesses. To support with the safe entry and exit of everyone within the stadium, no one is allowed to stand outside any entrance or on the Olympic Steps at the front of the stadium. Non ticket holders will be moved on. Prohibited Items Please make sure you’re not bringing anything you shouldn’t before arriving. Everyone will be checked before entry, and we don’t want any  Bad Blood  – we’d hate to have to turn you away. PERSONAL ITEMS | CLOTHING No briefcases, bags, luggage, large purses as Wembley Stadium operates a restricted bag policy. Each person can only bring one small bag in to the stadium, as it must not be bigger than A4 size:  Height - 297mm (11.7 inches) - Width - 210mm (8.27 inches) Depth - 210mm (8.27 inches). Bags that are half-full and folded over to reduce their size will  not be accepted. Anyone carrying bags that do not meet the criteria above will not be allowed in to the stadium.  Any material or article of clothing, etc., capable of fully or partially obscuring the face, with the exception of medical masks and or religious garments/wear, are allowed on the premises. No clothing, costume, or personal effects that may impede the view of those around or behind you. No handcuffs or other restraint items No animals (except for registered assistance dogs, pre bookable in advance via our  Help Centre ) No chains, chain wallets, studded jewelry or spurs No bicycles, scooters, skateboards, skates, segways, or other unauthorized means of transportation No glass, hard plastic, or metal containers of any kind. You are permitted a clear, soft plastic water bottle - no larger than 50mls in capacity. This applies to those with seating tickets only. Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour has added another two nights at Wembley Stadium in London on 19 and 20 August, 2024. A limited number of fans who previously registered for shows in London will be selected for an opportunity to access to the sale and will receive notifications via email starting from Tuesday, 14 November, 2023.

Tickets will be available to purchase via the Ticketmaster & AXS websites, and access code holders will have the opportunity to purchase tickets starting at approximately the following times and dates:

Monday 19 August 2024: Ticket sale begins 14 November 2023 at 2pm local time

Tuesday 20 August 2024: Ticket sale begins 15 November 2023 at 2pm local time

Tickets will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis while currently available inventory lasts. It’s a simple, standard purchase process and the FAQ’s below will help you navigate your search and purpose.

The UK leg of Taylor Swift | The Eras Tour will kick off on 7 June 2024 in Edinburgh and wrap up on 20 August 2024 in London.

Ticket availability is extremely limited, and some ticket options will be unavailable.

Ticketholders can resell any or all of their tickets, including the lead booker ticket, via AXS or Ticketmaster.

Through the official resale facilities, ticket resale prices are capped to help combat the inflation of ticket prices and put a stop to ticket touting and bots.

Purchasing tickets via the official resale facilities also ensures that the ticket you are purchasing is genuine. As set out in the terms and conditions of sale, any tickets found to be purchased via resale on the non-official secondary market will not be valid for entry into the concerts and will be cancelled. Are you ready for it? The UK leg of the Eras Tour has officially kicked off

Hot Swiftie summer is officially underway. After over a year pouring over set lists and constantly refreshing our feeds to hear news about the star, Swifties of Britain are finally getting to experience the Eras Tour live and in person. Her UK run of shows kicked off last week in Edinburgh – Liverpool is up next. 

On her US leg, we saw the mega star perform through a torrential storm, dive head first into the stage, partake in a short-lived relationship with The 1975 frontman Matty Healy (that then inspired a whole new album), and bring her ex Taylor Lautner out to do a few backflips. We can only hope that the UK leg will be just as exciting and spectacular.

When is Taylor Swift coming to the UK as part of her 2024 Eras tour?

She’s over in two rounds throughout June and August playing stadiums in Edinburgh , Liverpool ,  Cardiff  and London . The dates are as follows:

How much were Taylor Swift tickets in the UK?

For the London and Edinburgh date presales, tickets ranged in price from around £59 (for partial or obstructed view tickets) to £110 for general admission standing. Front standing was priced at about £172, while seated tickets went up to  £194. 

What about VIP?

Some people with acute Swift-itis spent up to £799 on hospitality packages . Those get you things like premium seats, arrival via the hospitality entrance, premium dining options and other cool-but-expensive things. 

What’s going on with resale tickets?

With tickets as precious as these, it’s no wonder that they’re already being resold at extortionate prices. Despite a four ticket limit per buyer, resale sites Viagogo and Stubhub already have tickets being resold. Some are listed for as high as £6,000. 

Needless to say, you should be especially careful when buying anything on resale and only buy from official resale websites. 

Who will be supporting Taylor in the UK?

For her European leg, Taylor is being supported by the one and only Paramore. The pop-punk band's nine-song setlist includes ‘Hard Times’, ‘Misery Business’, ‘Still Into You’ and ‘Ain’t It Fun’.

What’s the current setlist for her Eras Tour?

The show is made up of an epic 44-song setlist divided up according to the singer’s ten ‘eras’, which each refer to one of her albums. Thanks to the release of an entire double album in the midst of her world tour, it looks a little different to her North America, South America and Australia setlists.

What’s been said about the tour so far?

Taylor Swift kickstarted her tour at Arizona’s State Farm Stadium in March, where she debuted a mega three-hour set playing songs from across her career.

The production includes 16 dancers and many set and costume changes, as well as a moment where the singer appears to ‘dive’ into the stage.

At her show in Arlington, Texas, Swift teased the crowd saying: ‘One thing we said about the Eras Tour: you think you can just go online, you think you can just scroll and know the setlist?

‘Let it be said about the Eras Tour ,  we’re tricksy. That’s what we are [and] we enjoy a good, healthy setlist hijinks.'

How Much Do Last-Minute Eras Tour Tickets Cost?

Resale tickets for The Eras Tour are currently available online for concerts in Sweden, Germany, Portugal, Spain and other locations.

How much are last-minute tickets? There’s more than one way to score Eras Tour tickets, but expect to spend at least a few hundred bucks on a ticket, depending on the seats and date of the show.

Swift is slated to perform at Principality Stadium on Tuesday, June 18 . Tickets are scarce and selling fast — especially in the last hour (more than 26,000 people were looking at tickets when we last checked). The Eras Tour has stopped in Spain, Sweden, Portugal and Japan and will continue to Germany, Austria, Poland, the U.K. and more countries before circling back to the U.S.

Tickets for the North American leg are currently available at StubHub , Vivid Seats and Seat Geek , although pricing ranges from around $600 and up, most of the tickets are around $700-$800+ at StubHub . For fans who want to catch Swift’s opening night in Miami on October 18 , tickets prices are currently spiking to more than $2,100 .

Looking for the cheapest tickets ? Searching different sites will give you a better chance of landing tickets at a lower price point, but we did some of the digging for you.

At press time, tickets to the shows in Germany start at around $373 , although some of the in-demand tickets are priced above $1,000 at StubHub , which is around the same prices that you might find on sites such as Ticketsmarter . The Eras Tour is a celebration of all 10 of the studio albums Swift has released since 2006. The massively successful tour has raked in over $1 billion . But with the launch of a new album era, Swift has been incorporating Tortured Poets into the tour for a section dubbed, “Female Rage: The Musical.”

“I wanted to tell you something that I’ve been so excited about for a really long time. I’ve been planning for ages and I finally get to tell you: I’m going back on tour,” Swift said on  GMA , announcing the news. “The tour is called the Eras tour and it’s a journey through all of the musical eras of my career.”

Just like Ticketek, tickets on Tixel are capped at a markup price of 10 per cent of the face value. They say they have anti-fraud technology which automatically detects the face value of the ticket.

“This not only ensures we are compliant with all relevant legislation but also makes our platform unappealing to scalpers who are unable to make any meaningful profit on their tickets,” a Tixel spokesperson told PEDESTRIAN.TV.

“If you want to do something shady, you’re not doing it on Tixel.”

In order to ensure that all tickets are legit, Tixel says that they go through a complex validation process, including checks to see if tickets have been modified or tampered with, as well as all tickets undergoing a “fraud scoring system”. Basically, this means they use a bunch of fancy techy-tech things (computers, probs) to check that your ticket is real.

The final step to their process is that they hold onto a seller’s money until after the event takes place — that way, if you get to the stadium’s gates and your ticket isn’t scanning and you can’t actually see Tay do her thang, you won’t pay a cent.

Personally, I’ve actually used Tixel a bunch, including most recently to Sydney’s The 1975 show (I know, I know) and it’s always been a pretty posi experience.

You can jump on the Tixel waitlist (which already has thousands of people on it) and be notified if a ticket becomes available. You can also set up ‘auto-buy’, which will automatically buy you a ticket if it fits your cost and category and seat parameters .

“We are safe. We are fair,” the spokesperson said.

Tips for Taylor Swift Resale Tickets in Australia

• Join the Tixel waitlists ( for all SEVEN shows ) so you’re notified as soon as another fan lists a ticket for sale. They have set up ‘auto-buy’ so you can opt-in to automatically purchase a ticket immediately after it lists — this will bump you ahead of others on the waitlist.
• Be patient. People WILL need to sell tickets, plans change, a group buying effort ended up with extra tickets, etc. The biggest volume of resale tickets trade in the 72 hours prior to an event.
• Please, please, please avoid the scalpers and criminals. Don’t support exorbitant markups and if a ticket looks too good to be true, it’s because it probably is.

Is Viagogo safe?: Taylor Swift Eras Tour Tickets

Short answer: not really.

Viagogo is another ticket resale platform that’s been soaked in controversy over the years (TL;DR: don’t brand yourself as an ‘official’ resale site if you’re… uh, not official ). It’s already been smashed with scalpers taking to the site to list Taylor Swift tickets for five times their original price, despite anti-scalping laws in NSW and Victoria.

The Viagogo guarantee says that buyers are guaranteed to receive their tickets in time for an event, but if a problem arises, they say they’ll step in with replacement tickets or a refund.

However, many people on Reddit have said, and I quote, “Viagogo is the scammiest piece of shit around”.

Well damn, that’s one way to put it.

Tips for Reselling Taylor Swift Tickets on Viagogo

Short answer: don’t. It’s not worth it when the potential to get scammed is this high.

Is The Ticket Merchant a real website and should you buy Eras Tour tickets on it?

Yes, it’s a real website. But is it the best place to buy Taylor Swift Eras Tour tickets on? Probably not — that’d be Ticketek’s official resale site.

The Ticket Merchant is an Australian-owned and operated ticket marketplace. They say that they only sell tickets “provided to us by long-term, trusted Australian resellers who we personally know”. They say that this helps them guarantee the authenticity of each ticket sold.

They also provide a 100 per cent guarantee of a refund in the event that you don’t receive your tickets.

Prices are determined by sellers, so it’s likely that they’ll be far above face value, despite the NSW and Victorian pricing regulations.

How much can ticket scalpers actually charge?

We first have to preface this with the reality that many people take the opportunity to resell tickets to showcase the very worst of humanity — hiking up ticket prices, fraudulent tickets, and just general douchebaggery isn’t uncommon, especially when we’re looking at resellers.

Just take for instance some cooked activity on ticket resale sites with scalpers already putting up a bunch of tickets for some absolutely cooked prices, including one ticket on Viagogo for $5,890. Yikes.

Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour has been declared a “major event” which means that ticket scalping is illegal for all Taylor Swift shows.

Both NSW and Victoria have anti-scalping laws that prevent people from being able to resell tickets at fucked prices. In NSW, this means you can’t sell tickets for more than 10 per cent above the original price. Victoria also has a 10 per cent cap, but this is only for designated “major events”, of which the Eras Tour most definitely is.

Good luck out there, Swifties. You’re gonna need it.

Taylor Swift fans are now waiting for the Eras Tour to finally arrive in London later this week. And although tickets sold out a very long time ago, you can still grab your own entry on the day of the show.

Taylor Swift just played her one and only Cardiff show in Wales, so now the wait is on for her to arrive at her next stop on the Eras Tour. Beginning on Friday, June 21, 2024, the Bejewelled singer will be playing three consecutive dates at London's Wembley Stadium.

These three shows are the first Taylor will have played in the UK's capital since the start of her Eras Tour. And they are set to be the biggest on her tour thus far.

Over three nights, she'll be playing to more than 270,000 people. And with support band Paramore in tow, this weekend promises to give London Swifties nights to remember.

While this is extremely exciting for fans who have already managed to secure tickets, many dedicated Taylor Swift die-hards will no doubt be left out. However, there is still a way to get tickets - according to other fans.

Speaking out on Mumsnet , a collection of fanatics explained how they had managed to get tickets for their chosen Eras Tour date on the day of the event.

One of the users, Klippityklopp, claimed Ticketmaster sent a collection of codes to fans, giving them access to buying tickets at the last minute. They wrote: "I got my Ticketmaster code notification last Friday for Edinburgh, I'd already made plans do couldn't go but did have a look at the availability and there seemed to be lots available starting from just over £80. My friend went on Friday, got a notification for Sunday so went again but I didn't ask how much she paid for them." (sic)

Hapagirl48 claimed: "My friend kept refreshing Ticketmaster and got Edinburgh last day at 6:45pm for £110 so keep trying!"

User BriceNobeslovesMurielHeslop agreed, telling readers: "My pal got a notification on Friday, she didn’t see it until later as it had gone into her spam. We ended up getting £170 front standing tickets at 11am Saturday for the Saturday night. She used the code again to on the Sunday. It was great, we were very close to the stage. Keep an eye on your email once they have erected the stage and reassessed how many people they can get into the stadium." (sic)

Finally, Sammysquiz commented: "Apparently with Liverpool some people got tickets by calling the venue on the day. I think AXS will be your best bet though, you’ll need a code for Ticketmaster even for resale tickets."

Ticketmaster, at the time of writing, has been silent regarding the nature of any last-minute tickets being released. However, their resale system is still up and running.

Otherwise, many fans have been looking into buying resale tickets from third-party websites.

Sites such as Viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale - such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation - to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk.

With that said, viagogo also commented: "viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the guarantee."

The Taylor Swift resale market has exploded over the past few months as desperate fans have resorted to buying and selling tickets to the Eras Tour on second-hand websites.

Websites such as viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to track down their ideal tickets for the Eras Tour. This means you could grab tickets anywhere from front-standing to seats in the back row.

With that said, they may be a little more expensive than you're expecting. At the time of writing, some tickets are being priced at just over £400 for a seated ticket. Some others have been priced at just above £600.

The Lover House is burned down, Speak Now is fighting for her life, and we’re all afraid of little old Taylor Swift as she brings the Eras Tour to the UK, with the nation preparing for her first concert tonight.

The 34-year-old’s mammoth three-and-a-half-hour set has sold out arenas in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, and six shows in London, kicking off in Edinburgh on Friday night.

UK-based Swifties have really gone all out, with Capital FM releasing a radio station dedicated to the All Too Well icon.

Paris night one revealed an entirely new tour version as the Tortured Poets Department took centre stage and the entire Eras Tour was changed, from bodysuits to choreography.

Fans had already speculated there might be a switch up after she released the Eras Tour film before her tour had finished but this was more than our wildest dreams.

It’s no surprise that Taylor has added in the new album but as the Eras Tour was already incredibly long, some songs were left on the cutting room floor.

The Archer, tis the damn season, and even the last great American dynasty were all brutally ripped from the setlist.

New glittering bodysuits and dresses were rolled out for every era except Reputation, which is the last in the album in the show to get its Taylor’s Version.

So far no vault track appears on her main setlist, only core album songs have a permanent place on the Eras Tour.

Swifties have been left in utter disbelief as Folklore and Evermore were combined into one era, known as the sisters era, to keep the time down.

Speak Now was reduced back down to one song — RIP Long Live — and debut remains reserved for surprise songs in the acoustic set.

Let’s be honest Taylor could perform for six hours and fans would still want more but even she would probably find that exhausting.

After so much upheaval, let’s see what Taylor Swift’s setlist has been left looking like and what that means for the UK.

We’re still going strong opening with Lover but even her seventh studio album and big opener couldn’t survive Taylor’s great setlist war. We’ll miss you, The Archer.

In a position switch up, the setlist now moved from Fearless into Red instead of Evermore but the songs remain unchanged and All Too Well remains firmly in pride of place.

Yet to have its Taylor’s Version released, Reputation remains unchanged on the mammoth set but has been moved to after Red and Speak Now rather than before.

It’s also the only section that has not had an outfit change, the day that red and black bodysuit goes we’re all going to lose our minds.

Mother’s favourite child remains safe and sound with no changes and still following the Folklore set. Honestly, we would have loved to see some of this swapped out for the vault tracks which stormed the charts last year.

Initially, Swifties weren’t sure if this would be added and if so how could the 31 tracks possibly be whittled down into just a handful?

A new era brings blessings of brand new outfits, a floating stage set piece, gunshot choreography, and of course some insane vocal moments.

Surprise songs

Each night Taylor plays two surprise songs from her vast discography, these have included This Love and Clean from 1989 and Dear John and Last Kiss from Speak Now.

Also known as the acoustic set, Paris Night One fans were (obviously) treated to Paris from her album Midnights played on piano and loml on guitar from TTPD.

In this leg of the tour, Taylor has taken to singing some gut-wrenching mashups and announced she could sing whatever she wanted so any song is on the table.

There are some songs it’s likely she’ll reserve for London, such as London Boy and So Long, London but the rest as up for grabs.

Since the slate was wiped clean with this new leg, and Taylor’s penchant for singing You’re On Your Own Kid repeatedly, there’s no way to predict the Mastermind’s moves.

Closing out the show is the iconic era which gave us ‘Karma is the guy on the chiefs ’ and that chair choreography — Midnights.

Her 2022 album gets sparkling new outfits, although the Lavender Haze fluffy lilac jacket has not been swapped out.

When is the Eras Tour in the UK?

The Eras Tour comes to the UK from tonight , beginning in Edinburgh for three nights before heading to Liverpool, Cardiff, and London .

Who knows what Taylor will have in store for fans given her love for keeping everyone on their toes.

Given the huge overhaul, this is likely to be the setlist for the UK gigs and all her European dates but might have minor tweaks thrown in.

Of course, if you’re sad your favourite track is not on there is always a chance it could be one of the surprise songs as she has no rules around what she can and can’t sing here.

We’re hoping for Picture to Burn, Suburban Legends, The Black Dog , or Hits Different but that tells you far too much about us.

I 'Taylor-gated' The Eras Tour. It was a cheap, fun way to experience Taylor Swift's sold-out show and I would recommend it.

• Taylor Swift fans have named gathering outside of The Eras Tour venues to sing and dance "Taylor-gating."
• I tried it when I found myself in Edinburgh, where the UK leg of the tour kicked off.
• It was a surprisingly immersive experience. You could hear every song clearly through the speakers.

If you've never heard of " Taylor-gating ," let me introduce the concept to you.

It's a trend that emerged quickly after Taylor Swift began touring with her blockbuster The Eras Tour last spring. Fans who missed out on tickets congregate in streets and parking lots near the concert venues.

They sing along and dance to their favorite song blasting from the stadium speakers — enjoying the concert without paying for a ticket.

There are many reasons why people "Taylor-gate." Some might have missed out on getting tickets because of the technical difficulties they experienced on sites like Ticketmaster or because the ticket prices were too high.

In my case, it was because I happened to find myself in the same city as The Eras Tour and had a free evening.

Even though I have tickets for one of the " Fortnight " singer's upcoming shows at Wembley Stadium in London, I traveled to Edinburgh the night Swift kicked off the UK leg of The Eras Tour.

It was mainly to report Swift's profound economic impact on the UK , as the 15-show tour is expected to boost the UK economy by £997 million ($1.26 billion) .

However, when I wrapped up for the day, having spoken to local business owners in the city and countless fans outside the stadium, I decided to stick around out of curiosity.

'This is the best concert I've ever been to — and I'm not even inside'

"Taylor-gating" has been popularized thanks to Tiktok, where fans have shared their experiences of enjoying the concert from outside the stadiums over the last year.

One video showing hordes of fans passionately singing along to Swift's hit " 22" outside the gates of Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field last year has accrued nearly seven million views. At a Sydney concert , Australian fans were also inspired , showing up in their hundreds to dance and sing outside the concert venue.

It's clear that fans in the UK also got the memo.

"This is the best concert I've ever been to — and I'm not even inside!" I heard one girl exclaim to her parents as she returned to sit beside them after dancing in a circle with other middle school-aged kids.

Meanwhile, others who had tickets for subsequent nights of the show also chose to spend their night experiencing the concert from the outside.

Amanda, 40, who had traveled from the US with her daughter Maddie, 20, were due to attend the second UK concert the following day. She told said that she was just as surprised as anyone to find herself there when she could be exploring Edinburgh or enjoying a nice dinner.

"I wouldn't do this for just any artist," Amanda said.

Despite being outside, I felt like I was part of the concert

I was only going to stay for a little while, having noticed that as the time approached Swift's call time, hundreds of people were setting down picnic blankets on the large field behind the stadium.

But as soon as the opening notes of the iconic medley that starts the almost three-and-a-half-hour set began, I got swept up in the excitement and ended up staying for nearly the entire show.

Swift and her band could be heard loud and clear from the steps opposite the stadium where I decided to set up camp for the evening. Even her interludes to the audience came out crisply over the stadium speakers, making me feel like I was a part of the crowd she was addressing.

There was one downside

As she swept through her many musical eras, beginning with her superstar-cementing "Lover" album, followed by the up-tempo "Fearless," "Red," "Speak Now," and "Reputation" acts, those around me took to their feet, dancing and singing along.

It was a shame that Swift's segue into the more subdued combined "Folklore" and "Evermore" set coincided with a sharp drop in temperature and strong winds that brought down the energy outside. With no stadium lights keeping us warm, I noticed that many people had chosen this point to pack up and leave.

But if "Taylor-gating" is your only opportunity to experience The Eras Tour — which Swift has confirmed will not extend past its final date in December — I would recommend it. Just remember to bring layers.

With less than a month until Taylor Swift kicks off the UK leg of her Eras tour in Edinburgh on June 7, fans who have yet to secure tickets may still be in luck, as limited tickets are still available - but for a hefty price.

Swifties know all too well how challenging it has been to secure tickets , with shows in Edinburgh, Liverpool, Cardiff, and London selling out almost immediately after going on sale.

However, Ticketmaster is still indicating 'low availability' for tickets in the capital cities of England, Scotland, and Wales, as well as 'limited availability' for the Liverpool shows - but remember, any official resale tickets are likely to be snapped up quickly.

If you're unsuccessful there, secondary ticket resale platforms such as viagogo and VividSeats might be worth a try, as they currently have tour tickets listed. But brace yourself for the prices, with tickets on viagogo listed for as much as £5,663 for her penultimate UK show - and a staggering £6,452 each for her final UK show, on August 17.

At the time of writing, the most affordable resale tickets are listed for £ 220 each on viagogo , for her third and final night in Edinburgh, and £254 each on VividSeats , also for an Edinburgh show, reports Bristol Live .

Those willing to travel further afield can bag a bargain on viagogo , and grab seats for as little as £27 for this coming Sunday (May 19) - but you'd have to be feeling pretty spontaneous, as the show in question will take place in Stockholm, Sweden.

In fact, all three shows in the Swedish capital city this weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday), still have a number of tickets left for under £100 each on the resale site, while Madrid tickets, on May 29 and 30, are available for less than £150 each.

A spokesperson for viagogo, the ticket resale site, spoke to the Mirror about the frenzy surrounding Taylor Swift's Eras tour tickets: "The European leg of Taylor Swift's Eras tour has been long anticipated. We've not seen anything like this since The Beatles, and with tickets having only just gone on sale, demand is at its peak right now."

"Viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee. Sellers on our marketplace may list tickets at high values when demand is high, but prices can change and tend to reduce over time."

"We recommend Swifties wait for demand to settle, and check regularly for a listing that meets their budget. Tickets for Taylor Swift's UK dates have already sold for as low as 172 GBP on our platform. Also, tickets listed at eye-catchingly high levels rarely, if ever, sell."

On the other hand, AXS, an official ticket seller for Taylor Swift's concerts, warned fans against purchasing from unofficial sources, stating: "The only way to obtain a valid ticket for Taylor Swift's shows is via an official agent. Any tickets found to be purchased via an unauthorised reseller will not be valid for entry into the concerts and will be cancelled in accordance with the terms and conditions of sale."

They further stated: "Through official resale facilities, ticket resale prices are capped to help combat the inflation of ticket prices and put a stop to ticket touting. For more information on official resale facilities, fans should visit the website of their approved ticket agent."

Taylor Swift fans swoop on final Eras Tour tickets after star’s ‘unmissable’ UK first night

T aylor Swift has kicked off the 15 shows of the UK leg of her Eras Tour in style with delighted Swifties proclaiming her triumphant debut ‘the best night ever.’

Fans and critics alike described last night's Murrayfield gig, which broke the record for Scotland's biggest ever stadium show ever, as ‘incredible’ with Daily Record music critic John Dingwall saying it was ‘a spectacle not to be missed’ and ‘three and a half hours of pure entertainment’ with a buzz unmatched by gigs he’d seen by stars including Oasis, Madonna, Prince, Springsteen, U2 and Michael Jackson.

Swift praised UK fans, saying they'd been 'beautifully generous' and had made her and her crew feel 'wonderfully welcome,' adding: "Even before we got here, you showed love and passion. We got here and you guys are like this! The volume of singing and dancing, I can't stop looking at the crowd, I'm fully distracted by how great you are."

The long-awaited show did not disappoint the assembled 70,000-strong crowd and was packed with thrilling and dramatic moments - including several off-the-cuff ones.

For the first time ever, Swift had to pause mid-way through her acoustic set in a move she described as ‘humiliating’ after her hand seized up while playing the guitar.

Elsewhere, a Swiftie got down on one knee to propose during her performance of Cardigan, a gesture that Taylor described as 'a huge moment'.

Shortly afterwards, the star changed up the lyrics in Would’ve, Could’ve, Should’ve to flag that a fan in the crowd was in distress, calling on security and show organisers to step in and adding she wouldn't continue until they were helped.

The unprecedented scenes and excitement has increased even further now the Cruel Summer star has finally hit UK shores, with fans desperate to catch a glimpse of the star and see the show, which is arguably the most hotly anticipated tour of a generation.

While some fans set up picnic blankets to listen from outside the venue last night, the unanimous reaction from fans and critics - currently UK newspapers and magazines reviewing the show have unanimously given it five stars, while dozens of fans on X, Tiktok and Facebook have described it as ‘the best night ever’ - has seen a surge in demand for tickets for the sold-out shows.

Tens of thousands more fans have turned to internet resale sites last night and this morning, trying to snag a last-minute ticket for the remaining gigs, which include two further nights in Edinburgh, before the star moves on to Liverpool, Cardiff and eventually London.

Sites such as Viagogo and Vivid Seats allow fans to buy resale tickets from other fans. However, it is important to note that many event promoters say tickets should not be resold after initial purchase and will not be valid for admittance to gigs.

Fans attending live events with tickets acquired through resale websites are advised to double-check the ticket terms and conditions at the point of sale - such as Ticketmaster or Live Nation - to ensure a smooth live event experience. Tickets could be voided if they were found to be bought second-hand. As a result, fans are buying at their own risk. With that said, Viagogo said: “Viagogo is a regulated marketplace where fans have the freedom to buy and sell tickets to their favourite live events, safely and securely, backed by a guarantee.”

This morning, Viagogo reported up to 30,000 fans an hour were looking at the UK Taylor Swift dates on their site following the unanimous positive reaction to the show.

For Welsh fans keen to get to see the show at the Principality Stadium, there are currently 548 tickets left, with cheapest tickets available now on Viagogo £284 for seated and £345 for standing. The most expensive individual seat is £1,025.

Limited tickets are still available for all UK dates on the tour not just through Viagogo but also Vivid Tickets and, in considerably fewer numbers, Ticketmaster although prices across all sites vary by night and availability.
