Dave Matthews Band Announces U.S. Summer Tour

Online Ticket Presale For Warehouse Fan Association Underway

General on sale begins on february 16, band unveils “on the road to zero waste” initiative, in partnership with live nation, dmb commits to planting another million trees with the nature conservancy, which will bring total trees planted to five million.

Following a 14-country spring tour of Europe and the U.K., Dave Matthews Band will launch an extensive U.S. summer outing on May 22 in Tampa, FL at MIDFLORIDA Credit Union Amphitheatre. The headline run will bring the band back to some of fans’ favorite venues, including Alpine Valley Music Theatre in East Troy, WI (June 21 and 22), Broadview Stage at SPAC in Saratoga Springs, NY (July 5 and 6) and The Gorge in George, WA (August 30-September 1), where the band traditionally celebrates Labor Day weekend and has sold out each of its previous 70 shows. With the summer tour, Dave Matthews Band will be introducing new sustainability measures as part of its “On The Road To Zero Waste” initiative – a partnership with Live Nation .

An online ticket presale for members of the DMB Warehouse Fan Association is underway now at https://davematthewsband.com/warehouse . Citi is the official card of the Dave Matthews Band 2024 tour. Citi cardmembers will have access to presale tickets beginning Tuesday, February 13 th , at 9 am local time until Thursday, Feb 15 th , at 10 pm local time through the Citi Entertainment program. Named as a UN Environment Goodwill Ambassador in 2019, Dave Matthews Band has a long history of reducing its environmental footprint.  This summer, the band is partnering with Live Nation’s operated venues to minimize the concerts’ footprint even further – with the goal to divert at least 90% of fan-generated waste from landfills.  Leveraging its existing leading sustainability resources, Live Nation will support the concerts’ goal by providing zero waste green teams, zero waste stations, food donations, waste sorting, composting and the use of minimal single-use plastic.  Fans are encouraged to check venue websites for details closer to the tour dates. This year’s continued partnership with The Nature Conservancy’s Plant a Billion Trees campaign will bring the total to five million trees planted since DMB teamed up with TNC in 2020 to support reforestation.  For additional details, visit www.dmbtrees.org . Dave Matthews Band will offset carbon emissions for band/fan travel with the assistance of REVERB, who will also produce the tour’s annual eco-village.

Dave Matthews Band has sold a collective 38 million CDs and DVDs combined and more than 25 million tickets since inception, making them the second largest ticket-seller in history. The band’s new album, Walk Around The Moon , is available HERE . Pitchfork praised the album’s “tight-knit, tender songs.” Associated Press noted, “‘Walk Around the Moon’ is a varied set, with the tracks veering from small and intimate to brassy and political, with a filthy groove propelling ‘Break Free,’ a nostalgia-tinged and brooding ‘Monsters’ and the band absolutely cooking with ‘The Only Thing.’”

Kicking off their U.S. tour at The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion in The Woodlands, TX on May 19 — the Dave Matthews Band will play two-night shows all across the U.S. including a near Los Angeles gig at the FivePoints Amphitheatre in Irvine, CA, Aug. 25-26 , as well as an evening a the Yaamava’ Resort and Casino in Highland, CA on Aug. 24 . The Dave Matthews Band has just announced a new tour for 2024 and fans couldn’t be more excited to see the Grammy Award winners live. They’re starting their tour in Tampa, Florida at the MidFlorida Credit Union Amphitheatre in May before wrapping up at the Highland Festival Grounds in Louisville, Kentucky.

While Dave Matthews and his band are centering this leg of the tour around North America, they’ll be coming off of a string of dates in México and Europe , giving international fans a rare chance to see the “The Space Between” performers live.

NORTHFIELD PARK, Ohio - Newly minted Rock & Roll Hall of Famer Peter Frampton will be celebrating six decades of playing and touring with his upcoming “Positively Thankful Tour” which will stop at the MGM Northfield Park on Monday, September 23.

The Grammy winner’s classic 1976 album, “Frampton Comes Alive,” is one of the best-selling live recordings of all time, spending 10 of its total 97 weeks atop the Billboard 200 and selling more than 17 million copies worldwide. The singer-songwriter-guitarist and talk-box master has already been inducted into the Grammy and Musicians Halls of Fame.

In 2023, Frampton performed with Sheryl Crow during her Rock Hall induction performance. Presumably, Frampton will return to Northeast Ohio on October 19 to be honored along with the other members of the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame’s class of 2024.

The singer-songwriter-guitarist will enter the hall alongside Mary J. Blige, Cher, Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Kool & The Gang, Ozzy Osbourne and A Tribe Called Quest as performers. Musical Excellence inductees include Motown songwriter-producer Norman Whitfield, the MC5, Jimmy Buffet and Dionne Warwick. Early Influence inductees are blues legend Big Mama Thornton, British Blues rock progenitors singer-guitarist John Mayall and the late singer-guitarist and radio broadcaster Alexis Korner.

Both shows begin at 7 p.m. and feature an opening act. On Friday, Katie Pruitt will open; on Saturday, it'll be Michael Marcagi.

The music theatre's address is 2699 County Road D in East Troy, nestled between Elkhorn and East Troy.

The amphitheater can host up to 37,000 fans, with 7,500 in the sheltered seating area and a large lawn area accommodating the rest.

The venue has hosted a series of iconic shows during its nearly 50 years of operation, though it did go dark for the 2017 season and was sold to a publicly held company in 2019.

Its rotating cast of regulars have included acts catering to the "jam band" crowd, including DMB, Phish, the Zac Brown Band, Dead & Company and Jimmy Buffett.

Isolated in the rolling hills of East Troy, Alpine Valley is a special place to see a show. It also has a reputation for bad traffic. The drive for the last two miles into the Alpine lots can last a full hour before a sold-out show.

On Oct. 19, Peter Frampton will be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

But first, the Grammy Award-winning guitarist is going on “The Positively Thankful Tour,” which includes a stop in Pa.

Frampton will perform on Thursday, Sept. 19, 2024, at the Metropolitan Opera House in Philadelphia.

Artist presales start on Wednesday, Sept. 26. General ticket sales start on Friday, June 28, on Ticketmaster.

The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Induction ceremony will be held on Oct. 19, 2024, at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio. It will stream live on Disney+.

Frampton is being inducted along with Mary J. Blige, Cher, the Dave Matthews Band, Foreigner, Kool & The Gang, Ozzy Osborne, Jimmy Buffet, Dionne Warwick, A Tribe Called Quest and more.
