St. Augustine Boat Tours gives visitors to St. Augustine an alternative way to see the nation's oldest city… from the water. They offer a variety of specialized boat tours that range from focusing on St. Augustine's history and the city's major landmarks to ecotours that showcase the environment and natural beauty of the surrounding waters, as well as sunset tours and customized private charters.

Smaller boats offer the benefits of being able to explore the smaller natural inlets and saltwater rivers of the surrounding waters, giving guests a closer look at the local wildlife, as well as creating a more personal atmosphere for all the tours.

All tours depart from the Conch House Marina on Anastasia Island, which is just a few minutes drive from the historic district. Due to safety requirements, guests must be 5 years or older for these tours.

Captain Sean Crofutt has had 5 years of experience running charters and tours of all kinds in the area. He also has over 25 years of experience as a firefighter and paramedic.

Dolphin, Wildlife, and History Tour

This tour gives guests a waterfront perspective on the city of St. Augustine, as well as the opportunity to learn more about the wildlife that lives in our waters — including the beautiful dolphins. Most of the city's major landmarks are visible from the water, such as the Lighthouse, the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument, and the Bridge of Lions. The tour explores the historical significance of these landmarks, as well as the importance of St. Augustine as the nation's oldest port, and the importance of the rivers and the wildlife who live there.

Departure Time: Daily at 10 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Duration: 1 hour Price: $27.00 per adult; $15 for kids 2 to 12, $5.00 for infants and toddlers under 2. Reservations are recommended; walk-ups welcome depending on availability.

Sunset Tour

This tour offers spectacular sunset views from the Matanzas River and Inlet of the St. Augustine cityscape. The view of the Bridge of Lions and the Castillo de San Marcos from the water with the sun setting behind them is truly unforgettable.

Departure times for this tour vary depending on the time of sunset. The tour is available from March through November. Duration: 1 hour Price: $34.00 per person. Reservations are required.

Personable staff, beautiful scenery, great tour! We really enjoyed ourselves - having a drink, listening to the crew talk about St A, snapping pics as the sun slowly set over the historic downtown. Can’t believe we hadn’t done this before & will definitely take one of their other tours next time we’re in town.

The sunset cruise was a lot of fun while also informative. Kevin was our tour guide and he was great...he and the captain, Mike, gave us the perfect introduction to St. Augustine! I would highly recommend this tour. Oh, and we saw dolphins and a stingray jumped out of the water right next to our boat! That was such a thrill!

Kevin really made the tour fun while also being very informative. Good selection of beer and wine on board and the ride was smooth. It was a really good time and well worth the money. On top of that we were thrilled to hear that the company also gives free tours to schools which we support 100%. Great company, great tour, great time.

The Sunset Cruise in St. Augustine was great! The boat ride was relaxing and informative. Kevin, the co-pilot / narrator was witty and knowledgeable. Made the trip light and fun. The scenery was beautiful and included sightings of Dolphins,Terns & Pelicans. Sunset was nice too.

The captain(s) were friendly and knowledgeable- always a pleasure. Best part is how professional they were...no paper tickets necessary, it's all done on your phone which is nice. Also they were timely. When we were supposed to leave, we left. The scenery was breathtaking, of course, and we did see a few dolphins but it was a busy day on the water so I wasn't expecting much. Great way to spend some time.

We had a party of 8 for the Night of Lights water tour. It was a nice, relaxing tour. We had kids and adults with us and everybody agreed it was a great time. It was a little chilly, so blankets were provided. We brought a cooler with cocktails and snacks. Captain Guy shared some interesting facts about the sights but mostly let us all enjoy each other and the beautiful view. We'll definitely use Atlantic Water Tours again!

Double charged my car!! Claiming I did not meet they groupon specfication that stated the gifted to had to be there which it was gifted to which she was and now they informed . . Me after it was the gift I had to attend(sorry runon sentence)

Dear passenger. Groupon and AWT makes it very clear by the form you filled out that the Voucher owner and the person named on the reservation are one and the same. A gifted voucher needs to be in that persons name. We did charge your card as you allowed us to by your agreement. We are unable to use the Groupon since it is in another persons name that was not on the tour that night. We must get paid for all seats reserved. Please read what you agreed to: Please note: All ticket sales are final and non-refundable once purchased. You may only use one discount voucher or coupon per visit per person/group. All reservations must be in the same name as the voucher owner or you will be charged full price. Any gifted vouchers must be in the recipients name. Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the departure time to allow time to check in. Failure to do so could result in exclusion from the trip with no refund or exchange. I agree to pay for the full ticket price and fee's for this entire reservation if I am a no show.Yes We can't make it any more clear and simple. We are glad you had fun and appreciate the tip for the Captain and Crew...they work hard!

I never went on the tour because I canceled it two days before the tour but they still used the Groupon and charged my card another $75. I've been trying to call and email since last week and nobody has tried to get in touch with me. If I don't hear back from anybody I'm gonna have to report it to the BBB.

DO NOT USE! The Groupon is not worth it the hassle. For Mother's Day, we decided to take a boat trip with my friends and family. We got stuck in traffic and arrive at the boat dock exactly at 6:57pm. The boat tour was scheduled to leave at 7pm. The boat left us before 7pm and I have proof. I was okay with the boat leaving, but a no show charge in the amount of $174 was placed on my debit card. I already paid in full for this tour, but they decided to charge an additional $174. I wrote the company last night and received a rude email that I'm attaching in this review. We ended up using another tour boat that was very professional and passed out blankets to keep you warm on the water.

We took this tour last Thursday and while the ride was relaxing; it was definitely misleading. It's labeled as a Dolphin Safari, yet we didn't see ONE dolphin. Nor did we receive any information about marine life. In fact, when asked what kind of dolphins ... the tour guide told us Bottle NECK dolphins. Worst of all they charged me $37.50 days after our tour, stating we couldn't use 2 vouchers the same day. Ironically, I called and emailed them before booking and was never told of this stipulation. The only reason I purchased 2 Groupons was because we had a odd # of people in our group.

Be very careful giving this business your credit card number . We purchased a Groupon for two people for 29.00. In the Groupon site it said you must go to their website to complete purchase and pay an additional 1.75 each and reserve your space . We did . When we had to cancel they charged us an ADDITIONAL 75.00 . Full fare , and marked the Groupon as redeemed. Paying over 107.50 for a hour tour we were never able to take due to illness . Very shady !

My boyfriend and I were visiting Jacksonville for spring break and decided to travel to St. Augustine for the day to visit the golf hall of fame and go on the Sunset Dolphin Tour. We were initially concerned because the location wasn't very clear and the recording we got when we called was incredibly difficult to understand. Go to the Vilano Pier and walk half way down. There is a ramp that goes down to a smaller doc. That is where you board. We met 15 minutes before the tour to make sure we had everyone. The captain and first mate were both incredible. The first mate is actually a professional photographer too so she took lots of pictures for people. This cruise was BYOB and snacks. There were six other people and they brought lots of food to share. It was a great sunset and a great tour. We saw a dolphin several times. The captain knew the history of all of the landmarks we saw and the city and shared his knowledge with us which we really enjoyed. I would definitely recommend this tour. They said they are planning on having a wine tasting boat tour and also a seafood tour so make sure you check the website for scheduling!

Fraudulent company. Goes by several other names, Old City Tours, Eco Tours. Posted three fraudulent charges to my credit card, one to a friends. Cannot find any permanent address. Does not respond to telephone calls nor email address. Better Business Bureau cannot locate this business.

They just put an unauthorized, fraudulent $225 charge on my credit card. They use multiple company names. Buyer Beware, also, they select reviews to post on their website. only the "good ones" - are they real?/???

Total waste of time and money. One and done. Will not ever go back. One hour boat ride, 10 minutes of St. Augustine lights. Staff was careful getting passengers on and off boat. Dark and nothing to see. Office staff terrible to deal with from beginning. Rude, thoughtless, did not respond in a timely manner, and did not answer specific questions with specific response. Went in a large group. All were dissatisfied. Office staff disrespectful, if and when received email response. As they reminded me, it took over 30 emails to resolve issue. Again, boring, dark ride. You can see more on Red Train or Holly Jolly tram ride from St. Augustine. Don't waste your time or money, even purchasing with a groupon, it was not worth it.

10 out of 10 would recommend and use again. Ian was the absolute best. We were celebrating my sister's bachelorette party and the boat was everything we could possibly dream of. Between the bar, the best bartender (thanks again Ian), the covered area to escape the sun and an area to hand out in the sun, the music, access to bathrooms and the magical scenery that is St. Augustine, we truly couldn't have asked for a better experience! We booked the boat for a wedding party cruise before the big day and had an absolute blast. Big thanks to Jonathan, Capt Glen and team at Perch for making it a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone.

This was such a great experience! We considered a different sunset cruise and I am so thankful my husband found this one. Super friendly crew and plenty of space! Family friendly!

My wife along with some other friends have enjoyed Sabrage, cruises on multiple occasions. Staff is always on top of safety but ready to have an enjoyable experience. I highly recommend checking them out for a romantic sunset cruise, employee appreciation day, or a large gathering! The boat can handle public small groups or private large groups with ease and it is easy to customize your experience. Sabrage, is a great resource for me both personally and professionally to show appreciation with friends and people in my network! I love this addition to our small community! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We chartered the Sabrage for a family day on the water around St Augustine. The entire day was great. Anchored right in front of the fort for our catered lunch. Very accommodating and great customer service while we took in the beautiful views. We are looking forward to our next adventure with them!
