Hi. I’m Troy, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. I work with adults, adolescents, children, and families to address complex life issues, such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, trauma, adverse life events, ADHD, grief and loss, relationship issues, oppositional defiance, and disruptive behaviors.

I utilize Person Centered techniques, which is a humanistic approach that centers on the client. This allows me to develop a warm and caring relationship with each person through expressing empathy, providing unconditional positive regard, and remaining genuine. This approach is used to help you navigate complex issues, learn safe coping and relaxation skills, and assist with developing autonomy. I specialize in working with PTSD, trauma, and adverse life events by utilizing EMDR or trauma focused CBT. 

A bit about me: I like to spend quality time with family, friends, and my pets. I am a pool player and have had great experiences playing in national competitions. I have been walking down the path of reexamining my life and working to become my better self. Because I understand this struggle, I can really relate to others who are beginning this journey.
