Finally, three years ago I decided I had to understand what happens before, during and after such an experience. Really enjoyed the episode. I like remembering to eat for pleasure and to create for my own joy. I can also relate to coming back to ‘life’ after a high spiritual experience, I have found it hard too at times. Great advice to allow time for integration. One of the most distinct experiences for me was returning to a 3 year old after a 2 week silent meditation retreat. I thought my head was going to explode with the noise!

So glad you enjoyed the episode! And I’ve been there with the head exploding as I come back to young twins, Linn!! All the more important to integrate the whole experience and allow ourselves time to adjust and find the new normal!

Lanaaaaaa, oh em gee, yessssss.

In December I went to an event that was ah-may-zing. And after I came back, I totally crashed. I almost felt worse and more tired than before I had gone, even though the event ROCKED. And I felt like, “What is wrong with me? I met so many awesome people, and I am dreading talking to them again because I won’t be the woman with the huge smile that they spent 3 days hanging out with.”

And I think what I didn’t realize is that being at the event was an opportunity. For me to know what is possible for me to feel. I wouldn’t be permanently that high vibe *immediately*. I had to take a snapshot first, and then replay that snapshot over and over again to really be ready to receive it.

Cuz I think high vibing is kind of like training for a marathon. You have to mentally AND physically primed to receive it. And not everybody goes about that training the same way, it’s all about what feels best for you.

Totally agree Julia! Love the marathon analogy! It’s like running with the fastest runners in the world and keeping up (woo hoo!) and then being paralyzingly sore the next day. Gotta give some time to recover! 🙂

I love the “snapshot” of the potential to which I need to return frequently that you mention, Julia. Lana, as usual you inspire me. It was so wonderful to see you again on the cruise. I really appreciate your ideas for integration. You still have that glow and are “full of” yourself. Thank you, both.

Great video, Lana! I had a very high-vibe experience at Oprah’s tour last fall. I really felt a reflection of my powerful self and my potential just by being in the same room with her, and I was in the nose-bleed seats! It was the first time I felt that powerful of a reflection. I also felt both totally high-energy and totally calm all at the same time. I read in her book later that she said she lives in a state of exhilarated contentment. I picked that up big time! It was a really great experience, and one that inspires me to hold and align with the visions for the life I want as well as to be grateful for all I have and all I’ve overcome and have learned from this life so far. That experience really did raise the bar for me, and it made me feel less alone as I heard and read about some of Oprah’s biggest life lessons and realized I’ve had some very similar ones. Many life lessons are indeed universal, and it’s so great when others actually talk about them and share their own experiences, especially people who have created such amazing success in their lives. We may think we can only look up to people like that, but often we’re a lot more like them than we think–certainly just as powerful, worthy, and deserving of being our best selves as they are! Thanks so much for sharing about your experiences!

Hi, I’ve been reading and applying Seth’s philosophy for over 40 years. That’s Seth as channeled by Jane Roberts from 1963 to 1984 when Jane transcended. I’ve delved into Abraham, and to be honest, Abe sounds like a “Seth-lite,” with no disrespect intended whatsoever. I find it funny that all the latter day channeled speakers, and that would be Abe, Bashar and Elias–to name a few, all on Facebook and Youtube, have jumped on Seth’s, “You create your own reality.” And they all have re-packaged Seth to some degree or another in their own words. Of course Seth and the others are all spiritual colleagues and know one another in the timeless dimensions, and the messages vary widely due to the intelligence and vocabulary of the psychic medium doing the channeling. Of course, all the channeled entities are helping expand and uplift consciousness, and that is the idea.

I totally agree with you about Seth-lite. I also read Seth more than 40 years ago and keep re-reading his material. Abe resonates with more people for that very reason, and after sort of wrestling with the simplicity myself, I found that Abe really facilitates the practice of creating our own realities for most people.

I found you today as I was searching for Abraham cruise reviews. My husband and I are thinking about going on the upcoming Greek Island cruise for my 50th birthday. We have never been on a cruise before but this one sounds amazing! How often does Abraham speak on a cruise? Is there lots of time for sightseeing during the day? Any recommendations for this cruise in particular? Thank you so much! Christy

Our next cruise has Abraham Hicks guests on board

Just checked excursions on our next cruise 11 March 2024 Celebrity Silhouette. Many excursions reserved for Abraham Hicks guests on board. We have never been on a Celebrity Cruise whereby its I suppose a kind of charter, I'm not sure as there could be 2 AH guests or 1k AH guests.

I assume they will participate in their own seminars etc?

Pretty friendly sort of people...to my knowledge.

We were on a cruise with the AH people pre-pandemic and it was not a problem.  Sometimes they had a venue reserved for their meetings etc but it was never an issue.  Since we rarely book ship's tours I have no idea about them clogging up those tours.  As Georgia Peaches said, they are pretty nice people and are happy to stick to themselves.

I'd  try to see how many of them are booked.  Groups usually stick to themselves but if too large  group  they tend to take over venues.

My first and only thought is: "Who is Abraham Hicks and why should I care?"

We were on a cruise with a very large Abraham Hicks group in September (Vancouver to Hawaii). There was a LOT of hand wringing in advance but our cruise wasn't the least bit negatively impacted.

They did have sessions in the theatre during the day most days and there was a sign outside indicating that it was a private function. They didn't seem to have sessions anywhere else during the day. 

The line up at CAB was longer when they broke for coffee and first thing in the morning before their sessions.

I wouldn't worry about it. 

We were on the cruise with them.  They did reserve the theater and  the sky lounge.

They had there own excursions.  They did a lot of dancing on the pool deck.

Big ships often get large affinity groups.  We were once part of a group of 200 on the galaxy.  We had private events in areas of the ship. We also were all seated in a closed off section of the MDR.   If you were on a small ship, a large group could be a problem.Relax and enjoy .

Google is your friend on this sort of thing. Not trying to be a smarta**...they have their beliefs about their founder, etc. Not about to pass any judgement...have a look yourself...

I suspect they will not interfere with your personal enjoyment of the cruise...

I'm trying to wrap my head around the concept of excursions ONLY for certain guests being exposed to non-members of the group.  It makes sense, so maybe I just have never encountered it before.  I'm curious... did the description say 'ONLY ABRAHAM HICKS GUEST ARE ALLOWED TO BOOK THIS EXCURSION" or similar?  Or did they actually have some sort of screening going on when someone decides to book, like having to put in your booking number?

I've been on full charters with excursions run by the charter company. Since there were no people outside the charter group on the ship, there was no way that an ordinary cruiser could book any of them.  We also had ordinary excursions in port, which were run by the cruise company and mostly looked like excursions on ordinary cruises.

And for a very short time, I know at least one cruise company had different excursions for those who were vaccinated and those who were not.

Anyway, my official opinion on AH and partial charters are in the post that was linked earlier.  Enjoy your cruise!

Thank you for sharing your experience.  This is, I suppose, one way to identify whether your ship has a significant group onboard.  I have found that cruise lines (not just Celebrity) tend not to be forthcoming about any large groups that are on their ship.

Another question if you're willing... would you say that there are MORE excursions that are restricted to AH guests than those that are available to others, or are there are FEWER AH restricted excursions, or would you say they're about the same (i.e., most or all excursions that are available to ordinary passengers have a version for AH guests).  Thanks in advance!

How does one find out when/if a group is to be onboard?

It’s very difficult to find out if there are large groups on board because many of them are private groups, corporate groups, family groups, or others that don't advertise.

Last year I was on a cruise with a large group of retired American airlines flight attendants. They had some of their own excursions which could not be booked by others. I’m pretty sure there was no way to know ahead of time that they would be there because it was a closed group booking available only to members of that organization. 

I was on a cruise where about half of the ship was a Weight Watchers group.  The ship prepared for the group with many special low calorie items, especially in the buffet.  The problem was that many in the group did not select these items resulting in a shortage of the regular items.

Thank you for sharing your experience. This is an example of some of the effects of a big group on a cruise on those who aren't part of the group. I wish we had more notice about them, but I don't expect to see it any time soon.

You misunderstood. Their excursions were listed in amongst all the other shore excursions with the restriction that they could only be booked by that group. ( That’s how I was able to see them. )

very strange....now only a couple of shore excursions showing for AH....was a lot more before.

They are possibly now fully booked and no longer available even or other group members.

We have been on a couple of ships when groups were onboard, but they were not overwhelming ordinary passengers  in number and had various events held in sectioned off lounges or other venues for short periods of time.Tthese were usually indicated by boards outside the venue indicating it was a private event for "XYZ" group members only.  They also did their own group excursions.They also had their own excursions.

One group was a religious group and in each port they went off on excursions with a religious/ Christian pilgrimage  theme or attended a religious service ashore. They were especially excited to have arranged a private service in the Cave of the Apocalypse on Patmos

We also had a Chinese group onboard a Celebrity Asia itinerary, and they had many onboard group activities/entertainment including Tai Chi, and majong, also singers with whom they all sang along in their own language.  They also had their own shorex, in Mandarin I think the language was, so nobody would have wanted to go with them anyway. And they had their own group tables in the MDR, maybe even different menu items but I have no knowledge of that.

I wouldn't necessarily let it bother you.

I can only tell you (I have cruised twice with them) they smile a lot.  I did have a couple of them try to explain to me what they were about.  It cost quite a bit of money to join.  Never bothered anyone.

Ramenskoye Airport

Ramenskoye Airport, also known as Ramenskoye Airfield or Zhukovsky Airfield, is an airport in Moscow Oblast, Russia located 40 km southeast of Moscow and near the town of Ramenskoye. It serves as a major aircraft testing facility since the Cold War years with the majority of the major Russian OKBs having facilities on the airfield. It is also now used by the Ministry of Emergency Situations and cargo transportation. This airfield was also used as a test site for the Soviet Buran Spacecraft.

Gromov Flight Research Institute

M.  M.  Gromov Flight Research Institute or LII for short is an important Russian aircraft test base, scientific research center located in Zhukovsky, 40 km south-east of Moscow. It has one of the longest runways in Europe at 5,403 m. LII's concrete surfacing covers the area of 2.5 million square meters. LII was used as the backup landing site for the Shuttle Buran test program and also as a test base for a Buran's aerodynamic prototypes.
