Check that VP has booked the hotel for your arrival time ! If not, you will be paying extra at the hotel for early checkin on top of the cost of your holiday ! Arrived on time just after 7am after two long flights but the hotel was booked for 2pm, despite VP organising flights & hotels ! Not happy ! Holiday cost over 4K & had to pay extra ! VP also changed 2 of our hotels from the itinerary & we found out a few days before travelling. Good hotels but I had already researched the previous hotels & preferred the others. I have used PV in the past but would think twice now.

The entire trip was a disaster because of their incompetence and lack of transparency.

I had the worst experience with Voyage PrivĂ©e, and I would strongly advise everyone to stay away from this travel agency. They are nothing but scammers! We paid for a holiday expecting a specific itinerary, but they changed everything without our consent. The entire trip was a disaster because of their incompetence and lack of transparency. The accommodations were not what we were promised, and the activities we had looked forward to were either canceled or substituted with subpar alternatives. When we tried to contact their customer service to address these issues, we were met with unhelpful responses and no solutions. This company ruined what was supposed to be a memorable vacation. Save yourself the trouble and run from Voyage PrivĂ©e. They are the worst travel agency out there, and they do not care about their customers’ satisfaction. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere!

The most anxiety inducing holiday ever I


The most anxiety inducing company I have ever dealt with. We booked our Honeymoon in January '24. They called it "Treasures of tge Andaman Sea". When we booked, we were unaware of who the tour company are, but on booking we were sent a confirmation PDF with more details, and the promise that the Tour Company (CEL Tours) would be in contact. They never, ever got in contact. Now that we we knew who the tour company would be, so we could search for reviews. The reviews were not good. So I contacted CEL Tours to ask if the complaints had been addressed and action taken to make the tours better. They never got back to me. So I contacted Voyage Prive who promise on their website 24/7 contact. You can only contact them 9-5 I emailed tgem, they said that they woukd get back to us in 72hrs. It took them 2 weeks to come back to us, just to say that they couldn't get an answer from CEL Tours. Then, via tge Thai Airways website, we found out the flights between Bangkok and Phuket which had been booked with Voyage Prive as Business class, were not business class but Premium Economy. Voyage Prive assured us that they were Business class. Ultimately, we flew to Thailand not knowing where we were staying, not knowing if we would be met at the airport, no contact numbers for their agent in Thailand ..... nothing. All we knew for sure was that we had flights, and even they were not the class of flights we had booked. Ultimately, we were met at the airport and we have had a great time. But the point is that we have never, ever been so underinformed before flying halfway round the world. Saying that we were stressed does not start to describe the start of our honeymoon. In reply to Arthurs platitude below - I had been in contact with the Voyage Prive customer service team prior to our trip, asking for details, trying to get to the bottom of the flights ... they're hopeless. Once they have your money, you're on your own. I've gone to ABTA to see if they can get me a partial refund, I'm also going to my credit card company as they bear equal responsibility.

The hotel was very comfortable and staff were courteous and friendly. We arrived very late due to delayed flight but were helped straight away to go to reception and on to a lovely room. Bar staff could have been a little quicker. Breakfast very good.

Absolutely terrible experience - honeymoon

Absolutely terrible. Booked a trip which was our honeymoon, last minute booking but that is besides the point. I booked with full payment (you can’t pay on credit card) and they took The money and then 24 hours later followed up with an email saying that the prices had gone up £450, and then didn’t reply until the next day meaning it was now £710 we had to pay this or be refunded meaning we actually couldn’t go on the holiday as we should not have to pay additional to what we already had. We have cancelled and now have no honeymoon booked.

Disappointing Experience and Terrible Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Voyage Privé. On January 23, 2024, I booked a trip for my birthday, including a flight on May 12, 2024, to Dubai (DXB) with a two-day stay and a continuation flight on May 15, 2024, to Muscat. What happened next was simply unacceptable. On the night of May 14 to 15, we got up as planned at 3 a.m. to take our transfer to the airport at 4 a.m., as our flight to Muscat was scheduled to depart at 7:10 a.m. To our great shock, we were informed at the check-in counter that Voyage Privé had rescheduled our flight from May 15, 2024, to May 13, 2024. As a result, we could not board the flight to Muscat on May 15, 2024, unless we purchased a new ticket. This rescheduling is completely incomprehensible to us, as we had specifically booked a stay in Dubai from May 12 to 15. Due to this erroneous rescheduling, we had to purchase two one-way tickets to Muscat at our own expense for nearly $400 to be able to use our hotel stay there. Our replacement flight did not depart until 10:10 a.m., with a three-hour delay. Additionally, we had booked a rental car in Muscat, which we were supposed to pick up at 9:00 a.m. Due to the delay, we missed the pickup time, incurring additional costs of 249 euros. Overall, our additional costs due to this incident amount to approximately 650 $. We repeatedly called the emergency number provided by Voyage Privé, but only an answering machine responded, instructing us to contact them via WhatsApp. To this day, we have not received any response. We are on our trip and no one is getting back to us. If I hadn't taken the initiative to reach out myself, we would have been completely stranded. I strongly advise against booking with Voyage Privé. The customer service is abysmal, and the mistakes and inconveniences we experienced are unacceptable. Voyage Privé ruined our vacation and left us with significant additional costs. Very disappointing!

Horrible Experience - Do NOT use this company to book your HOLIDAYS you will regret it

Horrible Experience, Terrible Customer Service I had an awful experience with Voyage PrivĂ© and their customer service was terrible. They claimed they couldn't escalate anything and I was unable to speak to anyone other than their unhelpful customer service team. I booked a 5-night stay in Santorini with flights and paid EXTRA to fly from Heathrow at times convenient for me. A few days later, they asked me to change my flights because they weren't confirmed by the 'third party' Voyage PrivĂ© used to book them. Since I had only 24 hours to change the flights and it was over the weekend, their customer service was unavailable. I opted for flights from Gatwick to avoid cancelling the holiday. When I spoke to them on Monday, they refused to acknowledge that I had paid extra for better flights and rudely told me it wasn’t their problem. I contacted British Airways and discovered I was booked on flights from both Heathrow AND Gatwick. Voyage PrivĂ© told me to fly from Gatwick because Heathrow was not confirmed, despite having e-tickets for both. This whole situation was incredibly confusing and stressful, defeating the purpose of booking a holiday to relax. I would NOT RECOMMEND Voyage PrivĂ©. I want a refund for the extra money I paid for my flights. Why offer other flights, take my money, then say BA cancelled them (when they weren’t cancelled) and not provide like-for-like flights or a refund? Do you not value your customers? I will be sharing this experience on social media to ensure it doesn't happen to anyone else. Awful experience.

Never had any issue in more than 10 years of use. One thing to be careful: they do not have the 24h cancellation policy, so if you got to excited and mistaken your travel dates, they may not be willing to change for free. (In my case they nicely accepted, but i think it was because the travel was very far from the reservation date)

A perfect stay in Florence

I have used Voyage prive on a number of occasions and always find them very good. Online booking is straight forward - but I have learnt to read every detail especially if there are flights - times of travel and luggage allocation. On this occasion myself and my sister travelled to Florence. Having read previous reviews of the hotel we were lucky to get the tram from the airport direct to our hotel MR Florence Hotel. The hotel was lovely - very clean, the staff were always so helpful and the breakfast was always served fresh with a variety of foods. We were only 3 minutes away from the railway station and 10 minutes away from the City - we so enjoyed our vacation

Avoid Voyage Prive - complete disgrace

Absolutely shambles & that is putting it politely. I would not advise anyone to use Voyage Prive. We had a 5 night trip ruined with the stress caused by our booking being so badly messed up. They took zero responsibilty and ignored countless attempts to contact the emergency line whilst abroad. Fuming and a disgrace. Just glad I’d not booked that horror show for my daughter or son to go on. They’d not have been safe .

Disappointing Experience

So devastated that this holiday didnt go as planned. After reading the reviews online, I decided to give Voyage Prive a chance as it seemed people only faced issues when attempting to make alterations to a booking and I didnt plan to do so. Unfortunately I wasnt the one who made the changes... 2 days before we were due to fly to greece, Voyage Prive contacted us and advised that the hotel we had booked through them wasnt even open until 2 days after our arrival. The back-up hotel they arranged was then changed 3 times. It was extremely stressful and we were almost convinced that we wouldnt have a hotel to stay in at all. When we finally got to the hotel that we had booked, it was horrendous. The staff were running around not knowing what they were doing and 90% of the advertised amenities were unavailable for our entire stay. It was very disorganised and certainly didnt provide the calm break we had anticipated when booking. We also booked a room with a private pool which were unable to use due to the pump and filtration not working, this may not have been a problem however it hadnt been cleaned and there was a worm at the bottom for our entire stay. Also, one of the men working to fix the pumps kept taking pictures of me whilst I was sunbathing. Out of the 3 restaurants that were supposed to be open, there was only one. The food being served was atrocious and not labelled at all, so you not only didnt know what you were being offered to eat, but allergies were impossible to cater for.

3 resort Thailnd holiday

We have just had a three resort holiday in Thiland booked though Vogage Prive, absolutley brillant, everything worked so well all the tranfers from both airport and back and inter hotel transfers were private, all hotels were brilliant, we had half bord in the first two and B & B in the third, I was quite nervous it would all work ok but no need it was fantastic, I would highly recommened as a holiday company.

Shocking customer service

Shocking customer service. If it’s out of hours they invite you to use their WhatsApp messaging service- day 2 and still waiting for a reply. Also used the ‘Contact Us’ form to send them our thoughts on the accommodation we were staying at - only to receive a reply saying we aim to get back to you within ‘72 hours’ - bearing in mind this is a short break we are having - that isn’t acceptable. We have been staying in a ‘recently renovated’ 4 star hotel - which has been misrepresented on their website. The photos are shocking. The hotel is clearly not. VP promise is ‘high end accommodation’. We have had approximately 8 previous holidays with VP, so they clearly do not value their customers.

Very rude advisor !

We had a credit of ÂŁ69 with Voyage Prive which had been with them for some time, but when I booked a one night stay at a hotel for my wife and me expecting the credit to be taken off the invoice it wasn't. When I contacted VP they gave the excuse that the credit had expired 3 weeks earlier. When I said we weren't informed we were told 'It's on the website'. When I explained that the money held is MY money they (Aleksa) weren't interested in the slightest and hung up on me ! The moral of the story is 'Make sure you don't leave money with them' I always thought they were a decent company but you live and learn.! Following on from this review I contacted VP by email stating my concerns and they promptly refunded my credit and added it to my latest invoice reducing the price by ÂŁ69. Full credit to the Customer Service department for their prompt and considerate action !

Lovely hotel

Lovely hotel, clean and comfy. A little remote, without any shops nearby. The hotel shop could do with more supplies and better variety.not any use for anything. The breakfast was lovely although cold at times. Staff were lovely but you could do with more of them, especially in the bar. We really enjoyed our stay, only down side was lack of nearby shop and its remoteness. Maybe a shuttle bus in the evening to get to old town, instead of paying 20.00 euros each night on taxis.

I love how efficient booking a trip is, the full holiday price is displayed right next to the dates in the calender making selecting a holiday economical. Venice last week exceeded all expectation, now looking forward to Mexico in November!

Good but a few tweaks could make things better

Fairly good but somethings need improving for 5 stars Most correspondence is in French ! This is not useful if you are selling holidays to people in the UK. Parts of the deal shown were not exactly correct at the resort, which was disappointing. We booked our own flights as those offered were not suitable. Overall we enjoyed the holiday and resort. Although this was enhanced as we upgraded the villa from the basic one in the deal.

I only use 4 or 5 companies to book my vacations, and I can honestly say that most of my holidays are booked through Voyage Prive, and one other comparable competitor. The quality of accommodation and location is always great, and I am quite fussy! I am yet to find another provider that offers prices and locations on par; and I am a frequent traveller. I have been using them for circa 14 years or so now, and they will continue to be my 'go to' holiday provider.

Frustrated customer

We have booked a holiday through VOYAGE PRIVÉ we asked for a superior room they booked a standard room.I rang and asked them to change it.The customer service girls who are all delightful are unable to help as "it has been escalated to head office" .No one has contacted us from head office despite a daily phone call.We are more than happy to pay the difference for the upgrade but cannot get a response from this company.Very frustrating as we travel very soon.

The customer service I was provided from voyage prive was 2nd to none. I would never travel with a different company again

The staff at the hotel were all exceptional

The Hotel is four star without a view of the sea but the gardens at the back surrounding the pool are lovely. The rooms were beautiful and clean with modern bathrooms and very good housekeeping towels and linen were regularly changed. Breakfast was delicious with fresh breads, and local produce including fruit, nuts and honey, plenty of choice for hot food, scrambled eggs were particularly good. The staff at the hotel were outstanding with ALL of them being exceptionally helpful, courteous and polite, making us feel as though they really cared about our holiday and our enjoyment. All the staff deserve a mention as across the board they were all absolutely delightful from housekeeping to reception and management. Although the hotel is on a busy road, the beach is easily accessible - just across the road and down a side street. The island is worthy of exploration and Corfu old town is a delight. A boat trip is a good way to do this and the local trip from the beach with BBQ can be recommended. The bus service is easy to use although taxis are also available. All in all a very lovely experience as a first taste of Corfu.

Simply the Worst : they managed to mess my honeymoon :(

For my honeymoon, I booked a trip all inclusive in a 5 stars Iberostar Djerba. 1. First their application had a technical issue and confirmed the wrong dates: after several calls with useless people, the only option was for me (the client) to cancel to be refunded
 so I could book the trip again online. 2. According to the them the trip wasn’t available but still selling on their website! 3. I booked the trip a second time, all was confirmed by mail and 3 times by their advisor till this morning - less than 24h before departure - announcing an hotel change to a cheaper, older and breakfast only hotel. I refused and they came with a worst option
 30min before they close their office at 8pm for a departure flight at 8am. Conclusion: they attract people with gorgeous 5* all inclusive hotels paying a “discount” price to finally fill second category hotels with breakfast only options
 at the “same” discount price. On a personal note, I am so disgusted by those unethical practices that I find myself cancelling my honeymoon thanks to Voyage PrivĂ©. Wise advice: Don’t trust or use “Voyage PrivĂ©â€â€Š the day you have a minimal issue, you’ll discover the messy backstage.

Amazing break away to Barcelona. Great hotel, fabulous location, bargain price. Flights were at good times (even though being easy jet, they were, as usual, delayed!). Super easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend Voyage Privé.

Great Service

VP staff were very helpful and professional. Initially, the offer on the resort we wanted was not available but when it returned they promptly advised me. After I booked the holiday, they provided regular updates. They did provide contact details for when we were on holiday but we had no reason to contact them.
