Two decades at the forefront of the music industry

David Bisbal is back on the stage with his new Me Siento Vivo Tour 2023 , a show that includes a renewed repertoire featuring songs from his new album. His latest release is probably one of the most innovative albums in Bisbal 's career, which span sounds from the 80s, Latin pop, bachata, disco and great timeless ballads. This is probably his most elaborate musical work in terms of arrangements and vocal quality in his 20-year career. Of course, we can’t forget his greatest hits, which will also be making an appearance on his tour.

David Bisbal Will Celebrate his 20-year Career by Performing at the LOS40 Music Awards Santander 2023

The highly anticipated event will take place next week, on november 3rd.

David Bisbal is marking his two decades in music this year, and what better way to do it than at the event of the year: LOS40 Music Awards Santander . He’s also a strong contender in the Best Live Artist or Group category this year. On November 3, David will take the stage at the Wizink Center in Madrid alongside artists like Manuel Turizo, Emilia, Feid, Tom Odell, Saiko, and Myke Towers, promising an unforgettable show.

In 2023, David Bisbal has had an eventful year, releasing a new album, touring Spain and Latin America with his «Me Siento Vivo» tour , presenting a documentary, performing 20 consecutive concerts, and celebrating his 20th year in the music industry.

This year marks two decades of David Bisbal’s professional music career. To celebrate, he surprised his fans with not one but four special treats. The first of these celebrations was truly remarkable as Bisbal embarked on a challenge to perform 20 consecutive concerts. He successfully filled the Teatro Albéniz in Madrid for 20 nights, following an impressive turnout of over 200,000 people in his hometown of Almería in Andalucía.

On September 28, he released his eighth album, «Me Siento Vivo.» In this studio work, the artist exudes positivity, singing about love, hope, and the present in twelve tracks that blend pop and ballads.

Starting in early summer, Bisbal kicked off his «Me Siento Vivo Tour» in Calvià, and after performing live in 19 cities across Spain, presenting both his new compositions and classic hits, he will conclude the tour on December 6 at the Wizink Center in Madrid, promising a very special and surprise-filled concert.

To cap it all off, the «Ave María» singer compiled all his experiences, anecdotes, and memories from these two decades of his music career into a documentary that premiered on October 17 on Spanish channel Movistar +. In this documentary, David opens up about the best and worst moments he has gone through during these 20 years, from his time on OT (Operación Triunfo) to his memorable concert nights, and even his father’s illness.

After postponing his 2020 tour dates, David Bisbal is hitting the road for his 2021 “En Tus Planes” trek that is set to kick off Sept. 30 at The Fillmore in Miami.

The coast-to-coast U.S. tour — which will follow Bisbal’s 11 shows in Spain over the summer — will make stops in major cities such as Los Angeles, New York and Chicago. The 16-date tour will wrap up Oct. 30 in San Jose, Calif.

Bisbal’s “En Tus Planes” tour is named after his 2020 album that includes star-studded collaborations featuring Alejandro Fernández (“Abriré la Puerta”), Sebastian Yatra (“A Partir de Hoy”) and Carrie Underwood (“Tears of Gold”).

Billboard caught up with the Spanish star earlier this year at the Latin AMAs, where he talked about his unprecedented song with Underwood. “The song was part of one of my projects and when I discovered the power ‘Tears of Gold’ had, I knew it needed a powerful voice,” he explained . “That’s why we got in touch with Carrie’s team. She said yes from the very beginning and I’m very grateful for that. In fact, it was her idea to sing some of her parts in Spanish.”
