What are the latest UAE visa changes and who do they affect?
The emirates is implementing a long-term vision to invest in talent from around the globe.
Rizwan Sajan, founder and chairman of property developer Danube, was given a golden visa in 2019. At the time, he also welcomed the decision to allow mid-level managers earning Dh30,000 ($8,000) per month to apply for long-term visas. Antonie Robertson / The National
Visa reforms are transforming the workplace of the UAE and creating a gateway to attract top talent from around the world.
As the Emirates prepares to celebrate its Golden Jubilee next month, the march into the next 50 years is well under way with skilled workers acting as the engine room for continued development.
Authorities have rolled out key changes to its visa system in recent years , helping to shed previous views of the county as a short-term, sunshine destination for professionals on their career journey.
Now the UAE – to diversify its economy and build for the future – is helping people to put down roots in the country as well as creating a more agile model in which to do business.
Here, The National looks at the visa rules helping to keep the UAE on the path to prosperity.
Dubai's five-year plan
Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, the Crown Prince of Dubai, on Tuesday announced that Dubai had begun to issue multi-entry, five-year visas to employees of multinational companies based in the emirate.
Sheikh Hamdan said the policy was part of efforts to make Dubai the “best city to work and live in the world".
The visa aims to further simplify application procedures, provide ease of access to the city and extend the duration of stay of international visitors.
“The five-year multi-entry visa is especially beneficial to employees of foreign-owned firms as it enables them to participate in events, conferences, training courses, exhibitions and similar activities hosted in Dubai by these companies,” Dubai Media Office reported.
The new visa has been introduced by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs in partnership with Dubai’s Department of Economy and Tourism.
It allows employees of multinational companies to visit and stay in the UAE for 90 days, with the option of extending this period for another 90 days.
It is just the latest in a series of key changes to visa protocols in the Emirates.
A golden vision for the future

The government took a significant step towards changing life in the UAE when introducing the golden visa .
The new long-term residency scheme was announced by Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, in May, 2019.
The 10-year renewable visa – which is also given to the family of the recipient – is aimed at investors, entrepreneurs, chief executives, scientists, frontline workers and outstanding students.
Wealthy investors, entrepreneurs and company owners are sought after. Officials hope they will set down roots, invest in property and make the country their long-term home.
But the wide range of 10 visa types may benefit many residents and people who are looking to make the country home.
There are several visa types that are aimed at these groups, including Golden Visas, which were first approved in late 2020. In the first year, 44,000 visas were issued in Dubai alone.
Thousands of people have already received the visa as part of a plan to retain expertise and encourage more skilled professionals to set up home in the country.
In early 2021, frontline doctors were urged to apply for golden visas in recognition of their significant contribution to health care in the country, particularly during the Covid-19 pandemic.
The UAE also set out a scheme to provide 100,000 golden visas to the best computer programming talent, at home and abroad.
Green is go
The UAE announced the introduction of a ' green visa ' in September aimed at business owners, investors and entrepreneurs, which will will offer expanded benefits for sponsoring family members.
It is to cater for people who have their own businesses and are not working for, or sponsored by, an employer.
SME owners and high-performing students will also be eligible under the scheme, unveiled as part of the UAE's 50 projects and initiatives to boost long-term development.
To be eligible, an applicant requires a monthly salary of Dh15,000 along with a bachelor's degree in certain skilled fields, including science, law, education, culture or social sciences, among others.
Someone who currently holds a two or three-year trade licence for freelance work may find this option attractive, but the costs have not yet been set out.
A Green Visa holder can sponsor relatives for residency for five years. Previously, this was typically allowed for two years.
Dr Thani Al Zeyoudi, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, said the new visa was aimed at the "self-dependent" investor who needed to sponsor family members.
"He's not going to be attached to companies. He's going to sponsor his parents, sponsor his children up to 25 – instead of 18 years old, like nowadays," he told The National .
Plan allows teens to enter workplace
Dr Al Zeyoudi, when announcing the green visa, also set out plans to allow children over the age of 15 to work for the first time.
A temporary work permit would allow them to secure a part-time job and get a taste for the workplace, without interrupting their studies.
The decision could be hugely significant and bring about a culture of part-time and temporary work.
"Anyone who's living here, who's above 15 years old, can apply for a temporary job," Dr Al Zeyoudi said.
A remote revolution

The rise of the pandemic may have made the world seem smaller for a time, as borders closed and air travel was grounded. Yet it led to the emergence of remote working and opened up the opportunity of carrying out your duties far away from the office – even in a different country from your employer.
In March, the UAE announced the introduction of a residence permit for remote workers.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, said the residency permit meant that "any employee anywhere in the world can reside in the UAE to practise work remotely even if the company is not present in the country".
The one-year visa allows people to enter the UAE from overseas under self-sponsorship and work in line with the terms and conditions issued with the visa.
Last October, Dubai announced a remote-working programme to allow professionals to live in the emirate while employed by companies overseas.
Retiring in the UAE?
Dubai Creek today is a popular tourist destination and could now be a place to retire. Reem Mohammed / The National
The UAE approved plans in 2018 for residents aged 55 or over to secure a five-year retirement visa, if they met certain requirements.
The UAE Cabinet announced further details of the criteria earlier this month.
Under the new conditions approved by the Cabinet, non-citizens with at least one property worth Dh1 million ($272,300), or a bank deposit of no less than Dh1m, or an active annual income of at least Dh180,000, are eligible to apply for the visa.
"Today, we also approved the conditions for granting residency to retired foreigners. Retirees can continue their stay with us in the UAE. We welcome everyone in our country," Sheikh Mohammed said.

Do I Need a Dubai Tourist Visa? 2024 Update
On this page, we detail everything you need to know about tourist visas for Dubai.
First up – it’s important to note what passport you are holding and, therefore, which visa rules apply to you.
Who needs to apply for a Tourist Visa?
Tourist Visas for Dubai and the UAE apply to anyone NOT eligible for a visa on arrival. There are two categories of Visa on Arrival – check these first!
If your country of citizenship is not listed below, you can apply either through your airline or UAE registered tour operator for the appropriate visa.
- Visa services from Etihad Airways
- Visa Services offered by Emirates
- Visa services from Fly Dubai
- Visa services from Air Arabia
What Are UAE Transit Visas?
- A 48-hour Transit Visa is applicable for a single entry into the country between 8 to 48 hours and costs AED 37
- A 96-hour Transit Visa is applicable for a single entry into the country between 8 to 96 hours and costs AED 206
If your flight layover is between 2 to 8 hours and you are not eligible for a visa on arrival, then you will not be able to leave the airport. See this guide to things to do in DXB during a layover .
Single and Double Entry UAE Tourist Visas
- A 30-day single-entry visa costs 510 AED for 30 days.
- A 30-day multiple-entry visa costs 610 AED for 30 days.
Both of these may be extended twice for 30 days (so a maximum of 90 days) at 960 AED per extension.
- A long-term single-entry visa costs 830 AED for 60 days.
- A long-term multiple-entry visa costs 1560 AED for 60 days
Visa-Free Entry to the UAE
Citizens from GCC Countries do not need to apply for a visa on arrival.
Countries eligible for 30-Day Visa on Arrival in Dubai
There are 20 countries that are currently eligible for a FREE 30-day visit visa on arrival to the UAE; these are:
- New Zealand
- United Kingdom
- United States of America
- Vatican City
A visit visa for these countries lasts for 30 days, multi-entry, and can be renewed twice, with a 10-day grace period (i.e. you won’t be fined for overstaying your visa until Day 40). If you overstay a visit visa the fine is 200 AED the first day, plus 100 AED per additional day – see more below on overstays.
Countries Eligible for 90-day Visa on Arrival
There are 40+ countries that are currently eligible for a FREE 90-day visit visa on arrival to the UAE, these are:
- Czech Republic
- El Salvador
- Liechtenstein
- Netherlands
- Russian Federation
- Saint Vincent and the Grenadines
- Solomon Islands
- South Korea
- Switzerland
Mexico citizens are eligible for 180 days.
India Citizens
There are specific rules applicable to Indian citizens which you can find here .
If you have any concerns, you should verify this information on the UAE Government website.
Dubai Tourist Visa Extension
If your 30-day Dubai tourist visa has expired, you have two options:
- Leave the country before your 10-day grace period expires (ie, by day 39)
- Apply to Immigration and pay a fee to have your visit Visa extended. You can only extend a 30-day Visa for a maximum of 60 days (ie two paid extensions).
What is a Visa Run?
A visa run is a common expression used when you leave the country in order to immediately re-enter and start a fresh visit visa.
Most commonly, this is done on the UAE’s border with Oman. We have a detailed guide here on how border runs from Dubai works.
Accidental overstays in the UAE
It’s important to note that if you leave the country during the first 30 days, your visa will not renew upon re-entry. It’s a 30-day multi-entry Visa. If you are travelling through Dubai, let’s say onward to Europe then have a stopover in Dubai again, be very careful if that second stop sees you cross over from 30 days to 40 days.
E.g., You arrive in Dubai on 1 September, stay for a few days, then fly on to Europe. You return to the UAE on 28 September. You then spend two weeks in Dubai and fly out again on 12 October.
Even though you only stayed in Dubai for just over two weeks, your original 30-day visa was still valid on re-entry. You are considered to have overstayed your visit visa by 12 days as you did not leave the country, and it was not renewed during the 10-day grace period.
Before leaving the UAE, you will need to pay the daily fine for your overstay at the airport.
Road trip to Oman?
A good way to avoid this can, of course, be to include a trip to Oman with your Dubai trip! Musandam is our favourite location for an overnight trip – not only an amazing experience but also one where you can avoid any issues with overstaying your visa and receiving a fine by exiting the country between day 30 and day 39.
There are a few small costs involved. Other than transportation, you have to pay an exit fee to the UAE (35 AED), and a tourist Visa entry fee to Oman , currently 5OR for a 10-day visit visa. Regarding re-entering the UAE, there are no charges on the Omani or UAE side; just stamping your passports.
NB If you are looking to work in the UAE and become a resident, different visa categories will apply. A future employer may still instruct you to enter on a tourist visa, and then you will be changed to the appropriate visa category in due course.

2. Residence Visa/Employment Visa Holders
If you are made redundant, you lose your residence or employment visa. The UAE government allows a grace period of 30 days to leave the country or look for another job.
Currently, the authorities allow a grace period of three to six months to stay in UAE after losing your job. You get a humble time to search for another job. The government aims to retain talent in the country.

The UAE has changed the entry rule for 90-day tourist visa holders, allowing them to enter the country more than once.
The new entry rule for holders of the regular 90-day tourist visa was announced by the Federal Authority for Identity, Citizenship, Customs and Ports Security (ICP).
Previously, holders of the regular 90-day tourist visa were allowed to enter the UAE only once.
According to the ICP, the updated system will be enforced starting October 3, and will also include updates to other visas, including multiple entry visas.

Changing the entry rule for 90-day normal visit visa to allow the holder to enter more than once will be applied to all types of visas within the new updated system, according to the ICP.
The ICP pointed out, however, that some visas will only allow entry to the UAE once, which includes visit visa.
Multi-entry UAE visit visa
The authority also issues a multi-entry visit visa for the purpose of tourism, valid for a period of 5 years, without the requirement of a guarantor or host within the country. The applicant needs provide proof of a six-month bank balance of $4,000.

The ICP clarified that the multiple-entry tourist visa allows holder to stay in the country for a continuous period not exceeding 90 days, and can be extended for a similar period, provided that the entire stay period does not exceed 180 days in a year.
The updated entry visas provide new and multiple options for those wishing to visit the UAE with flexible and extendable periods of up to one year, without the requirement of a guarantor or host, according to the ICP. ICA/Expat Media

Comprehensive Dubai Visa Process Updates According to the Latest Guidelines
Dubai, the city of Gold, is a favorite among many travelers all over the world. It is famous for its sky-piercing towers and luxury shops, a true haven for shoppers. The attractive global center has skyrocketed in fame over the years, resulting in many people wanting to visit it and explore its beauty.
In the midst of the engineering marvels of Dubai is the Burj Khalifa, otherwise known as the world’s tallest building. With its captivating facade, it is certainly the highlight of the city. But it’s not just the Burj that makes tourists want to visit Dubai. There are so many landmarks mixed with the old and the new, such as the Burj Al Arab that seems to be suspended above the Gulf and rest of Dubai’s high-rise buildings. They are proof of the architectural wonders of Dubai’s genius.
Yet in the middle of the glam that Dubai is known for, its cultural heritage is still reminiscent of the souks, museums, and food. For this reason, many tourists have fallen in love with the city’s combination of modern and traditional, which makes people crave it more and soak up the shade of its culture.
However, Dubai recently changed its views of its Dubai visit visa rules. Not many people are aware of this update, but Dubai has taken off its 10-day grace period once the visit visa expires. So today, we’ll tackle this new change, and we’ll give some insight on how this update will impact the future of Dubai’s tourism, especially those looking forward to getting a Dubai visa for long term stay .
Understand the key aspects of the Dubai visa application process, including your Dubai visa fees
Before we talk about the removal of the 10-day grace period, let’s quickly discuss the Dubai visa application process. This has been a well-organized process for years, and in the process, visitors are required to pass their visa application via the authorized channels. This can be done through a local sponsor or an authorized travel agency, provided prospective visitor is eligible for entry after they have successfully submitted the required paperwork and paid the Dubai visa fees .
Saying Goodbye to the 10-Day Grace Period
With recent developments all over the world, countries like Dubai have been adjusting their rules and regulations in terms to allow visitors with a huge focus on security. To keep up with the changes, Dubai is working to strengthen its immigration control structure. This is why removing the 10-day grace period is the beginning of a highly structured and compliant visa system, and this is done to make sure that all tourists follow the application guidelines and rules.
This decision wasn’t made in a day and required a lot of preparation as it was part of a broader plan for Dubai’s progress. The city is always working towards the frontline of innovation; it continually updates its policies to make sure it keeps up with its high-powered global identity and ambitions. Hence, the elimination of the grace period is anchored to a deeper mission – and that is to improve Dubai’s immigration management and streamline its rules and regulations.
In the past, tourists were allowed ten days to finish their affairs after their visit visa expired without any additional fees. This granted extra time for visitors to work on unforeseen delays in their business or travel events.
While this change may require a shift in the preparation and mentality of future travelers to the city, Dubai remains committed to allowing visitors to get more experience than usual. The removal of the grace period is not to discourage tourists from visiting Dubai but to give them a different sense while traveling, to be aware and be more prepared prior to planning their trips to the great city of gold.
Embracing the Effect
With better rules set by Dubai’s immigration, the removal of the 10-day grace period now makes future visitors aware and careful with how they proceed with their Dubai visa application. It is highly important for travelers to now carefully plan their travel itinerary, and ensure that everything they have planned to do in the city is taken care of within the expected travel period.
Here’s what you need to know:
Plan accordingly
Long-term travelers to the city should now be more careful in putting together the requirements, like the required paperwork, as well as planning their travel itineraries. They must also complete bookings at the place where they’ll be staying prior to their expected arrival date. By doing these, visitors can ensure that they’ll be able to conclude everything in their itinerary and not worry about extending.
Adherence to immigration laws
Travelers are required to follow complete compliance throughout their approved visa visit period. Overstaying in Dubai can result in penalties and, worse, possible non-entry to the city in the future or immediate deportation.
Contingency plan
Without the safety net of the 10-day grace period, having a contingency plan is now crucial. This is why we recommend that travelers carefully plan their departure date, making sure that it coincides with the date on which their visit visa expires, giving them enough time to finish up everything listed on their itinerary.
Communicate with the immigration officers
If any unanticipated situations happen that may result in a traveler needing to extend a few more days in the city, we advise that they get in touch with the authorities right away. This gives the immigration officers a heads-up on what happened and allows them to know the reason(s) behind your extension, as well as minimize possible issues with them.
Expert advice
Get tips from the experts and immigration authorities who know Dubai’s visa policies like the back of their hands. They can provide important information and help with regard to the changes to their visa rules and regulations.
Dubai visa processing timeline
The average processing timeline for a Dubai visit visa once the Dubai visa fees have been paid is 3-4 working days. Your processing timeline can also vary
Dubai remains one of the world’s top global destinations, and its continuous architectural innovations are inviting more travelers to visit it. Despite the newest change in their visit visa requirements, most especially the removal of the 10-day extension, this actually signals a new beginning for the city’s development. With this recent shift, the foundation of traveling has shaken but for good, allowing visitors awareness, careful planning, strict compliance, and a meaningful partnership with Dubai’s immigration authorities.
Understanding the technicalities of the new rules is important for future visitors, particularly those planning to get their Dubai visit visa for an extended period. However, these changes will not hamper any plans to explore the wonders of the city, as this only means a greater approach for visitors to plan ahead of time with unwavering determination as they will now scrupulously create their itineraries within the limited period of their approved visit visa.

UAE (Dubai) Transit Visa: UAE offers two kinds of transit visas: a 48-hour option and a 96-hour one. These visas are provided by UAE-based airlines and must be obtained and approved prior to entering the UAE. Indians who are not eligible for UAE visa on arrival must get a transit visa and must leave the airport within 48 or 96 hours from arrival.
UAE (Dubai) Visa on Arrival: Indian citizens holding a regular passport, along with either a visit visa from the USA, a green card from the USA, a UK residence visa, or an EU residence visa, are eligible for a visa on arrival in the UAE. This visa permits a maximum stay of 14 days, provided that the visas or green cards are valid for at least six months from the date of entry into the UAE.
UAE embassies don't provide tourist visas directly. To obtain a tourist visa for the UAE, you'll need to contact a UAE-based airline or through the Authorised vendors. They will apply for the visa on your behalf with the official authorities in the UAE.

Step 1: Airline Website: Head to the official website of your chosen airline.
Step 2: Book Your Flight: You'll typically need a confirmed flight reservation before initiating the visa application process.
Step 3: Locate Visa Application: Look for a dedicated section for visa applications. On Emirates' website, for instance, you can find this option under "Manage Booking".
Step 4: Complete the Application Form: This form will require your personal details and information about your trip, such as arrival and departure dates. Fill it out accurately and comprehensively.
Step 5: Upload Required Documents: Prepare and upload scanned copies of all the required documents, which may include your passport, a recent passport-sized photograph, and your confirmed flight ticket.
Step 6: Review and Verify: Carefully review all the information you've entered to ensure there are no errors or typos. Inaccuracies can delay your application processing.

Apply for a UAE (Dubai) Visa through Authorised Vendors
Applying for a UAE visa through authorised vendors can be a convenient option, especially if you prefer not to handle the process yourself. Here's a breakdown of the general steps involved:
Teleport’s Expert Tip
Always verify the legitimacy of travel agents before making any payments or sharing official documents. Wait until you're completely confident that the agent is genuine before proceeding with payments or document sharing.
Step 1: Choose a Vendor:
Research authorised visa vendors in your area or online. Look for reputable companies with a good track record. Consider factors like processing speed, fees, customer service reviews, and any additional services offered.
Step 2: Contact the Vendor:
Get in touch with the chosen vendor through their website, email, or phone call.
Explain your situation (nationality, purpose of visit, desired visa type) and inquire about their services.
Step 3: Gather Required Documents:
The specific documents needed will vary depending on your nationality and visa type. However, common requirements include:
- Valid passport (with at least 6 months validity)
- Photographs
Step 4: Complete the Application Form:
The vendor may have their own application form or use the official UAE government form. Provide accurate and complete information.
Step 5: Submit Documents and Fees:
Submit all required documents (scanned copies or originals depending on the vendor's instructions) along with the visa processing fee and any additional service charges.
Step 6: Track Your Application:
The vendor will handle the communication with the UAE immigration authorities.
Inquire about their process for tracking application status and estimated processing times.
Step 7: Visa Collection:
Upon visa approval, the vendor will inform you and arrange for visa collection (either electronically or through pick-up at their office).
Additional Tips:
- Double-check all deadlines and ensure your documents meet validity requirements.
- Clarify any fees upfront, including government visa fees, service charges, and potential surcharges for using specific payment methods.
- Ask about any additional support services offered by the vendor, such as assistance with booking hotels or airport transfers.
To initiate the Dubai visa application process, Indian citizens need to provide the following essential documents:
If you're only at the airport for four hours or less, you don't need a transit visa for the UAE.
You'll only need a transit visa if you plan to leave the airport during your Emirates layover. Transit visas are available for 48 or 96 hours.
48-Hour Transit Visas

It is important to note that this visa cannot be extended or renewed. Its validity lasts for 48 hours from entry into the UAE, and departure must occur within this timeframe.
To obtain a 48-hour transit visa, you must have:
- A passport or travel document with a minimum validity of three months.
- A photo of yourself against a white background.
- An onward ticket booking to a third destination, different from your point of origin.
96-Hour Transit Visas
Passengers transiting through the UAE's airports can obtain a 96-hour transit visa for a fee of AED 50. Similar to the 48-hour visa, this visa must be applied for in advance through a UAE-based airline and is non-expandable and non-renewable. Its validity lasts for 96 hours from entry into the UAE, and departure must occur within this timeframe.
To obtain a 96-hour transit visa, you must have:
- A passport or travel document with a minimum validity of six months.

Tourist visas are generally the most extendable, while others like work visas might have specific renewal procedures. You cannot extend an expired visa. It's crucial to apply before your current visa reaches its expiry date. There might be grace periods and fines associated with overstaying.
Application Process:
- Gather Documents: You'll need your passport (original and copy), visa application form, coloured passport-sized photographs, and payment for the extension fee (around AED 1000).
- Online: Many government websites like GDRFAD ( https://gdrfad.gov.ae/en ) or specific emirates' immigration departments ( https://icp.gov.ae/en/ ) offer online visa extension options.
- Agents: Authorised visa agents can assist with the application process for a fee.
- Submit Application and Pay Fees: Once you've chosen the method, submit your application and pay the relevant fees. The fee for UAE visa extension is AED 1000.
- Collect Your Extended Visa: Upon approval (usually within 3-5 working days), you can download your e-visa or collect your updated passport with the extension stamp depending on the application method.
Here are some common reasons why a UAE visa application may be rejected:
- Incomplete or Inaccurate Application: Ensure thorough completion of the application form, attaching all required documentation before submission. Any inaccuracies or omissions may lead to visa refusal.
- Past Visa Violations: Previous breaches of UAE visa regulations, such as illegal employment or visa overstay, can result in visa denial.
- Security Concerns: Visa applications may be rejected if immigration authorities have suspicions or concerns regarding an applicant's security background.
If your previous UAE E-visa application was denied, you have the option to reapply. However, it's crucial to understand the reasons for the initial rejection and address them before submitting a new application. Review any rejection notices or communications from UAE immigration authorities for specific feedback.
To avoid another rejection, ensure that your new application is error-free and meets all requirements.
Before reapplying for a UAE E-visa, gather the necessary documents:
- Ensure your passport is valid for at least 6 months from your planned entry date into the UAE and has two blank pages for visa stamping.
- Provide a scanned copy of your passport's personal information page.
- Have a credit/debit card or PayPal account ready to pay the Dubai tourist visa fees.
- Use a current email address to receive your UAE E-visa.
When reapplying:
- Address any issues: Correct any mistakes or deficiencies from your previous application. Make sure all required documents mentioned above are accurate and complete.
- Provide additional information: If possible, include any extra details or documents that could strengthen your application.
- Seek assistance if needed: If you're unsure about why your application was rejected or need guidance, consider reaching out to UAE Immigration Services for clarification or assistance before reapplying.
If your UAE e-visa application is rejected there isn't a formal process for appealing the decision. Typically, if your UAE e-visa is denied, you will receive notification outlining the reasons for the rejection. If you believe the denial occurred due to misinformation or an assessment error, you may consider reaching out to the UAE embassy or consulate for clarification and resolution.
Upon arrival at the UAE airport, it's important to follow these steps for a smooth and hassle-free experience:
- Ensure Travel Documents are Ready: Have your passport and a valid UAE visit visa readily available for quick verification by immigration authorities. It's advisable to carry physical printouts of these documents or ensure they are easily accessible on your mobile device.
- Understand UAE (Dubai) Regulations: Proceed to the customs area if you have items to declare or if your baggage requires inspection. Familiarise yourself with the UAE (Dubai) Customs Regulations , which offer information on various services, duty-free shopping options, and traveller facilities.
- Follow Unaccompanied Minor Guidelines: If you are travelling as an unaccompanied minor, remain with your designated flight attendant for safety. Upon arrival, identify your assigned adult at the destination airport to ensure a secure transition.
In summary, this guide simplifies the process of obtaining a visa for Dubai. Simply follow the steps that align with your travel plans, and you'll soon be exploring the wonders of Dubai's captivating cityscape and rich culture.
