Terrible customer service, they treat you like nothing, don't answer phones or give you the right information you need, when they are almost closing they don't want customers coming, terrible experience with the person at front desk also with another lady she said she was supervisor, keep away from this place not recommended!!!

In order to book a flight to Cuba with Marazul, you need to correspond via email with their customer service representatives. The rep that I was working with sent me a booking confirmation on May 6 of my flight to and from Havana. I emailed back to further confirm the date, time, and airport, which she confirmed. Once that was done, I booked my flight from Denver to Miami. Weeks later, I got the flight confirmation in the mail with a DIFFERENT flight returning from Havana. This flight was 4 hours later than I was told and would force me to miss my connecting flight to Denver. I called the representative who admitted she made a mistake in the original email. She proceeded to explain there was no earlier flights that I could take. I had no option but to change my flight to Denver to a later time. This cost me $500 in change fees and airfare differences for 2 people! I asked the representative to have Marazul pay is it was due to their mistake and she told me they would not pay is it was her fault, not Marazul's. I am now out $500 and no offer of reimbursement due to a clerical error from 1 representative. I have been trying to reach a manager for a week now and they are not responsive at all!

Same thing happened with me Havana-Miami. The airline was World Atlantic, completely unacceptable 8 hour delay in the airport because of faulty equipment. Marazul will not return my e-mails or calls about this disgusting service. Never again. Mas nunca!

Not exactly a review about mar azul but about one of the flight companies they work with. Falcon air charter stay the hell away from them!!!! Worst experience ever! I was supposed to flight at 7 am and still 12 I haven't boarded the plane. Nobody tells what's really happening. Lack of coordination!!!! Hear me out here! Stay away from them or you'll have the worst experience of ur life!!!!!
