Wander through Sparrow Hills and climb up to the highest observation deck of Moscow with stunning views of all seven Stalin’s skyscrapers, including Moscow State University . 1. red square..

The heart of Moscow and all Russia, in fact. The place for the Kremlin, GUM and Mausoleum.

Spend at least an hour around St Basil's Cathedral - a luxurious temple with ten domes was built in 1561 on the order of Ivan the Terrible - in honor of the victory over the Kazan Khanate.

Drop in GUM for ice-cream, fountain and beautiful views. GUM is the main shopping center of the country. You'll find here countless boutiques, plus the famous "Deli №1» with lots of delicacies.

The rivalry between the republics of the Soviet Union in the decoration of their pavilions came to such an extent that the local steel construction resemble palaces and temples.

Don't miss the Worker and Kolkhoz Woman  - one of the most famous Soviet sculptures, the standard socialist realism.

Make sure to take a Big Ferris Wheel. One of the highest in Eastern Europe), the rate of turnover is seven minutes, enough to catch breathtaking views of Moscow from the height of 73 metres.

Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, "Post №1" and Change of the Guard at the Eternal Flame, which can be seen every day every hour.

Boxe: le phénomène Inoue a encore frappé, Doheny poussé à l’abandon

Toujours champion incontesté, toujours invaincu. Ce mardi à Tokyo, Naoya Inoue a conservé son titre à quatre ceintures des super-coqs en dominant TJ Doheny, ancien champion IBF de la catégorie. Alors que le Monster montait en puissance au fil des rounds, l’Irlandais a levé le bras en signe d’abandon lors de la septième reprise. Visiblement touché au dos, le boxeur âgé de 37 ans a renoncé face au boxeur qui affiche désormais un bilan parfait de 28 victoires pour aucune défaite et 25 KO.

"C'est le muscle au-dessus de ma hanche", a confié Doheny à son staff dans le vestiaire. "Je ne peux plus utiliser ma jambe droite. J'ai essayé au début du septième mais j'ai vite vu que ce n'était pas possible"

Une montée prochaine chez les plumes pour Inoue?

Si le défi du jour apparaissait comme accessible pour l’homme qui disputait au Tokyo Dome son vingt-troisième championnat du monde de suite, il alimente la légende du celui qui est souvent considéré comme le meilleur boxeur du monde actuellement, tout poids confondus.

Quelle suite désormais pour Inoue? Une nouvelle défense face au challenger numéro 1 pour la WBO et l’IBF, l’Australien Sam Goodman? La possibilité existe. A moins que le Japonais vise la catégorie des plumes. L’Américain Angelo Leo (IBF), le Britannique Nick Ball (WBA) ou encore les Mexicains Rafael Espinoza (WBO) ou Rey Vargas (WBC) pourraient l’y attendre. Mais Inoue a toujours indiqué vouloir prendre son temps pour cette nouvelle montée de catégorie. Dans l’histoire, seuls cinq boxeurs ont remporté des titres dans cinq catégories: Sugar Ray Leonard, Thomas Hearns, Oscar De La Hoya , Manny Pacquaio et Floyd Mayweather . Rejoindre un tel casting l’inscrirait encore plus dans la légende de la boxe.

The Assumption Belfry and Ivan the Great Bell Tower

View from a corner of Assumption Cathedral on the architectural ensemble of the Assumption Belfry (at the left) and Ivan the Great Bell Tower (at the right) built in the Moscow Kremlin in 16th century. The tower’s name implies that it had once housed St. John’s Church, and that it used to be the tallest building in Moscow (height with cross is about 80 m). For many decades the bell tower was also the main watchtower in the Kremlin, and later also a fire tower. Petrok Maliy, the Italian architect who built the Kitai-Gorod wall in Moscow, started the construction of the church of the Resurrection, later renamed Church of the Nativity, next to the Ivan the Great Tower in 1532. Decades later was converted to a four-tier belfry for large bells, known today as the Assumption Belfry after its main 64-ton bell placed in the middle of the fourth tier. The Assumption bell tolled only on great holidays and to announce events of exceptional significance.

On the Ivan the Great Square of Moscow Kremlin

My Dear clients from Israel, Eliezer Be'eri and his son Gil, at Taynitsky Garden on the Ivan the Great Square (Ivanovskaya square) of Moscow Kremlin with the beautiful churches on background. On the picture is standing impressive Cathedral of the Archangel Michael (1509) with shiny silver and gold domes, next to it - a small Cathedral of the Annunciation (1489) with golden cupolas and the Grand Kremlin Palace (1849), the yellow building with green roof and golden spire.
