FRAME brasserie with open kitchen, open 12pm-10:30pm, has a street-art decor and an inventive French menu using fresh produce partly from the hotel's organic veg garden and blended with spicy highlights. 10 day stay in the Pullman. Great location to walk or take metro to various places. The hotel has a nice bar area which also serves as the restaurant. Good quality breakfast with a lot of choice. Not top notch but comfortable. Just a few minutes walk from the Eiffel Tower and the Seine and well served by restaurants.

I mentioned it was our anniversary and they sent up a delicious cake, card, and table setting. When we checked out a very sweet mademoiselle gave us a chocolate, and the concierge was very helpful finding a perfect bustro for our last night 💕💕

I stayed 3nights here. Reception and restaurant people are keeping asking. They haven’t got payment even though I paid full payment at first day for two rooms and deposit. I have been to visiting Paris over 20 times. There were no hotels asking me like that. Always payment was correct. How uncomfortable to feeling about this keep asking my payment. I feel like I have guilty to stay here and when I have breakfast I couldn’t eat properly and my friends are worried about this situation. They are first time visiting Paris. Because of me. Indeed i couldn’t sleep last night properly because I have stress about payment. I had nightmare. When I checked out receptionist found payment with different card numbers. Because my payment was with Apple Pay. Possibly different card number with my one. I believe you can check my payment at the beginning or we can find out my payment like check out day what receptionist did rather than asking my payment all the time. Do you know this is how annoying. I like your hotel location and view with Effiel tower. But your service wasn’t great. I’m not sure I will stay with in the future

Returning to Paris, we wanted a hotel convenient to Eiffel (100m) and train (50m) from CDG, and restaurants within walking distance. The Pullman looks like it was once part of an apartment block; in fact sharing a central garden with 3 other buildings, but very nicely remodeled inside. We found our room and facilities to be nicely appointed and clean. We opted for the breakfast included which was good value. Staff were friendly, helpful. Perhaps noteworthy is that the hotel insisted we hadn't purchased the breakfast included option -- of course we know better than to travel without printed screen shots and Agoda confirmations, but reception still had to take this away as proof for management. And when I asked gracefully if our room had a view of Eiffel, we learned the best he could do was an upgrade from 1 to 6, though the garden view was the same either way. Perhaps the 1st would have been more convenient in the end as the elevators and occasional guest disregard for COVID protocols (2 per lift, masked ideally) made for a tight checkout...

Amazing view of the eiffel tower, the breakfast is also amazing too. Try their restaurant, Frame, especially their tagliatelle with chicken (from the galicia region)— it’s amazing. Their beds are truly comfortable. My only issue is their drainage in the shower but not a big issue. Kudos to nayeem and mohan for making our stay truly memorable. You guys rock!
