We went to Blue Dive after a very disappointing experience with another dive centre on the east coast. We walked in to Blue Dive, it was spotlessly clean, good, well maintained hire kit, nice boat, spot on briefings, well guided dives, we dived all week with them. The most noticeable thing was that it was fun, just a fantastic positive environment with great people who clearly love sharing their passion for the sea. Usually I do not write reviews, but what happened to me last week shouldn’t go unnoticed: I was diving with a group of six and we had just left Swiss Cheese cave. At that moment we were at a shallow reef about 6 meters deep. Suddenly I heard a noise that got louder and louder, the sun disappeared and before I realised what was happening we had a huge blue boat above us, with both its propellors churning backwards! I was later told that this was the dive boat from Blue Dive in Addaia. I do not know if it was the captain (or a replacement) at the wheel or if he just didn’t care. The sea was calm and being a group of six he must have seen our bubbles. After the boat was in position, an anchor was thrown in, just short of the last buddy team in the group. Luckily we were all experienced divers, otherwise a dangerous situation could have developed. An instructor from another dive centre was witness of what happened and he said the captain was “an idiot” and should have kept his distance from the air bubbles. One thing is sure; I will never use this dive center and its boat for a trip. I guess its all about the time schedule and money. Read more Written 21 September 2022

We discovered a super team, very professional, friendly... The center has great facilities, the equipments are well maintained. At the end, 6 dives in different super sites! This was the first time that we had ever scuba dived (me and my 2 daughters) and although we were nervous at the start the staff made us feel relaxed and reassured. We were given clear instructions on the equipment and what we needed to do to have a safe dive and the instructors were with us throughout the dive making sure everything was going OK which allowed us to enjoy the fantastic underwater experience. We saw lots of fish including some barracudas. Would definitely recommend Blue Dive 👍 First class and professional. I did a discovery dive and was worried id be constantly tethered to my instructor. Mireia allowed me as much freedom as was safe and as a result I had an AMAZING dive. She is honestly the happiest, jingliest and smiliest person I’ve ever met. And her professionalism and kindness made the whole experience an amazing one. I found Blue Dive, where Mireia was hugely helpful, answering tons of questions, providing great suggestions. Her experience and knowledge were what made this come together. Jessie helped us prep and gear up at the dive center, which is well organized, efficient, and clean. It really is a complete *team* here, and it shows. And their rental gear is top quality and well maintained. The Blue Dive boat is at the marina, just a 5 minute drive away from the dive center. It is a purpose-built dive boat, and is extremely comfortable and easy for exit, entry and on-deck prep between dives. Jordi was our skipper, and did a fantastic job, also leading our first dive of the day. For us, the second dive of the day was the jewel in the crown (and was the one Mireia specifically recommended we do) -- Swiss Cheese Caves). For this dive, Lili was our divemaster -- and her knowledge, enthusiasm and experience made this one that we'll always remember. We were like a group of kids, exploring through all the little caverns and passages of Swiss Cheese. Under Lili's careful eye, my son was completely safe, and able to fully experience all the beauty this dive has to offer. I can't recommend Blue Dive and their ream highly enough. I did 8 dives with Jordi and crew, caves and wildlife... excellent briefings and diving is like clockwork. Locations are excellent, i dive with my own equipment, but the rental gear they have looks top notch and is very well looked after. Discover with us the exciting underwater world in the wonderful bay of Cala Galdana, one of the most beautiful bays in Menorca.

This experience is the best way to try scuba diving for the first time. You will be in confined waters well looked after by your instructor, who will be at your side at all times, safely enjoying the experience of your first unforgettable breaths underwater, discovering the enormous diversity of underwater life.

It is a perfect experience to do as a family, as a couple or with your friends! The minimum age to participate is 8 years old and no experience is needed. You need only your swimsuit and a towel, we provide full equipment and insurance.

The experience lasts 2 and a half hours:

• A brief explanation of equipment, techniques and itinerary
• Approximately 40-50 minutes dive in the bay of Cala Galdana in shallow water

WE ARE YOUR CENTER TO DIVE IN THE MARINE RESERVE OF MENORCA

BLUE DIVE Menorca is a diving center in the marine reserve of Menorca located in the marina of Addaia, north of Menorca Considered the third natural port of Menorca, it Located within the Natural Park of s'Albufera des Grau and within the Northern Menorca Marine Reserve. Close to numerous coves and places of great singularity and of special interest, such as the islets of Addaia and Cala Macaret. In the inner part of Addaia we located an ANEI (Natural Area of ​​Special Interest). We meet in one perfect location for outdoor diving activities .

The port of Addaia respectfully integrates with the rural and marine landscape that surrounds it , a Menorcan area of ​​exceptional beauty.
