I have my first experience with thecruise but the agents are very co operative they ask me every day to help me ,now I m happy with them as I m senior most d cruise have my first experience understand

I have my first experience to move on cruise before booking I constantly asked the concerned person that I am a doctor,senior citizen and recently kidney transplant patient so I can't move to get other visas for my trip.i have got only British multiple 10 year visit visa.So the sakes person was in hurry to book my cruise and didn't not tell me about France stop during the cruise excusion.I paid all the amount in cash,now after 5 days they call me that u can not travel without transit visa of France.what does this mean because at the time of booking I applied only for British isles trip , I was not informed that I will be needing any further visas at the time of booking even though I explained my situation over and over again and specifically asked for British. Isles only . I am unsatisfied and this is adversely effecting my health .

Really nice lady

Really nice lady, very helpful with my booking. The phone was answered in a very reasonable time too. Cruise 118 also excepts American Express. This is important for me as I have my travel insurance with them.

This is the second time I have booked with 118 and the service I received from Scarlett has been second to none. Nothing was to much trouble for her and believe me, I was looking at a number of cruises, The customer service is outstanding, even when I had a problem, Scarlett was there to advise me so knowing someone is there to support again is a real positive.

I have always liked Cruise118

I have always liked Cruise118 because the prices are great and this year I won a free cruise in their 15 year prize draw. I recently dealt with Brittany to book my next cruise and she was fab. Whilst all of their staff are friendly, Brittany went over and above and I felt she was very knowledgeable and ā€œsafeā€ in her hands that she wouldnā€™t steer me wrong. She gave advice where needed, spent time with me and as a seasoned cruiser, she didnā€™t tell me what I already know. Super service as usual.

Cruise 2025 We had great communication with Sian

We had great communication with Sian, Ellie and Brittney. Sian was so patient with us as there were 4 of us it was hard to get everyone to agree. Would definitely book again.

An example of going the extra mile

I have recently left a complimentary review of the professional, friendly and highly effective response from Emily (customer services) who to my great relief seems to me to have gone and done it again. Without going into detail issues arose over excursions, premium plans, and the new Princess Medallion app to the point where we were starting to panic as we embark on the 8th June. As before a call to Emily resolved it all with a detailed explanation and suggested solution within a few hours. We followed it and we are now sleeping peacefully again!! She even checked back today to see if all was well! Emily is a terrific example of how customer service should be handled. A great asset to her company,

Sarah replied promptly to call and took time to answer all my requirements with a friendly and helpful attitude.

The operators were all helpful, polite and considerate. They checked everything before they went ahead with it and ensured it was what we wanted. A full itinerary with dates and times has been provided and that is most helpful. I used Cruise 118 on the recommendation of a friend and he was right. I would recommend them also.

Our experience booking our cruise with Aaron today was excellent. We wanted to go on a cruise next year to celebrate my husband's 60 th birthday. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Travelling with a small child so wanted some advice, which was gratefully received. The agent worked to find us the best place on the ship and even gave her tips on what to do in ports etc with a small child. Really helpful, thank you!

Extremely grateful to customer concierge Mr David Lanworthy, who allayed all my fears regarding some wrong information about Visa I had been given . He was very knowledgeable, informative and rang the concerned cruise line to confirm what he had told us. Second booking with Cruise 118

This is the second time I have booked a cruise through Cruise 118. In both instances the staff have been really helpful and friendly, giving loads of advice and tips. Great price too. The first time it was my honeymoon and we were collected from the airport by in a private taxi and the car taking us to the ship looked like a limo, so it made it extra special. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Ask for Jason šŸ˜

As with all good experiences itā€™s the people. Jason was incredibly helpful, full of experience of the different cruise lines, has personal experience of the ship we booked on and felt genuinely invested in making sure my partner and I have a great time. It was a shame we couldnā€™t secure any on board spend but it was obvious to me Jason would have if he could have. Iā€™m a terrible traveller, very nervous about things Iā€™ve not done before but by the end of the call I was genuinely excited for the cruise. Yeah I know, sales people be selling things, but you can tell the difference between someone upselling and someone listening to your needs and providing all of the options.

Excellent cruise company

I really donā€™t enjoy the process of booking a holiday.. you have to have an itinerary in place before actually calling to make a booking.. whatever adverts you see on tv or elsewhere never seem to be available when you call.. and on cruises Iā€™ve never had any onboard creditā€¦. But in the next breath I mostly only deal with cruise118 who always get me a good package and are patient and look into every aspect of getting us the perfect holiday they are genuinely a brilliant company with excellent sales teams.. weā€™ve been lucky enough to deal with Daniel the past 2 cruises and he really does do his homework on the best cruises, flights and flight times best to suit you and overall a really excellent team member..I always recommend cruise118 to my friends and family and weā€™ve all had great holidays via them..

Excellent customer experience!

We used Cruise118 to book a cruise on Celebrity. The lead passenger who originally booked the cruise had to back out and passed the lead passenger role to me. He told me to contact Rachel Halliwell and mentioned that she had been excellent to work with. I contacted Rachel regarding some changes we wanted to make to our reservation. She was indeed excellent. She worked through a number of requests for us, efficiently and effectively. She always got back to us promptly and clearly explained our options and the associated costs. She was very pleasant to work with. Weā€™ll ask for her when we go on our next cruise!

Truly exceptional customer service from Elizabeth! Unfortunately, we had to make a few last-minute changes due to personal circumstances. Elizabeth was a God-send. She listened, took full ownership of our concerns, and resolved the problem within record time. We will definately be using 118cruise for all our future cruises.
