Bali One Life Adventures - 12 Days

Thanks to Josh and Stu for an amazing 12 days in Bali! They made sure everyone was happy and looked after throughout the tour The tour is well organised with some great activities included that you probably wouldn't ever think of if doing a trip by yourself. This was my first solo trip and I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. Accommodation: hotels were of a good standard - infinity pools, good views and all with air con! I think the first hotel in Canggu could be better to kick off the tour with and the hotel on Gili T is a bit too far away from the nightlife (sweaty 20min bike ride away!) Activities: good variety and plenty of additional options to take part in if you wanted to when you had some free time. I would say it was lacking in nightlife activities though. Could do with some bar crawls or cocktail making or something. Overall an unforgettable trip!

Bali Intro 9 Days

Bali 15 Day Experience - Group Leader HENDRI Hendri was a fantastic group leader, I felt like he made the effort with everyone in our group together and on a 1-2-1 basis. Hendri was great at making me feel comfortable and come out of my shell, I also noticed this with other people in the group, so it was lovely to see that he cared about everyone's experience. He always had a smile on his face even when answering the same questions repeatedly throughout the day, from us travellers who were so care free we couldn't retain information, he was patient and kind and genuinely made the trip such a memorable experience. Beyond Hendri we met locals, staff members, workers etc, everyone was polite and pleasant, willing to go that extra mile. I do not think I had a memorable negative experience during my time with Intro. It truly was a wholesome trip filled with fun, laughter, happy tears, and memories I hope to never forget. Thank you Hendri and thank you Intro for helping me get my MoJo back!

Bali Bucket List Original 10 Day Tour

The itinerary was amazing. We did so much in 10 days, getting the full Bali experience from Indonesian cooking to island hopping. We met new people & experienced new things everyday, literally ticking off our bucket list. Our tour guides Ali & Rio where very efficient, helpful and great fun they did everything they could to make us comfortable while ensuring we had a great time. Having everything pre-organised for us made everything run so smoothly and the guys gave us great suggestions for our free time. The accommodation was all extremely clean and modern just as described. This tour has been a once in a lifetime trip, it exceeded our expectations and we return home with amazing new memories & new friends. Wanderlands Bali - 8 Days

The trip was amazing. Everything was planned well and the accommodation was definitely worth it. My highlight was definitely seeing a Manta and going to Nusa Penida. Stacia was the best tour guide I could have asked for. She was caring and fun. She made the whole tour enjoyable. Also an amazing help when I got sick. Definitely would recommend this trip!!

Wanderlands Bali & Lombok - 13 Days

The tour was great and I can absolutely recommend it. We saw so many beautiful places in Indonesia and stayed in great accommodation. My highlight was definitely the snorkeling. Our tour guide Stacia was super friendly and made the trip very relaxed. It was simply a great trip :)

Classic Bali

This tour was phenomenal. The itinerary was great - we got to see a lot and experience Balinese culture without it feeling rushed. Trying to pick the highlight of the trip is hard - the Jatiluwih rice terraces were beautiful, the views of Mt. Batur from our hotel room were fantastic, and the dinners as a group were never short of phenomenal - but our guide, Vera, truly made the experience unforgettable. She went out of our way to add to our trip with extra optional activities, group dinners, and being an amazing photographer. She’s an absolute gem of a person, and an amazing, knowledgeable, and compassionate guide. Thank you G Adventures for a wonderful trip!

Bali 9 Day/ 8 Night Group Tour | ULTIMATE

Best tour ever! Great itinerary, great activities, although I think you can cut a day from Kuta and add one day to Gili Our guide, Aggy, was more than we could expect! She was always taking care of us, happy to answer all our questions about the tour, about the Indonesian culture and she told us so many interesting things about Balinese people that we couldn't knew otherways, always with a sweet smile on her face. She was always there for us whenever we needed her, although she had a different accommodation than us, which I don't approve... the tour guide should definitely have the same accommodation. She was very caring and open, she made sure that we have the best time in Bali but never forgot to remember us to stay safe and remember us what we should or shouldn't do.

Classic Bali & Lombok

Good combination of program and freetime. Our CEO, Hans, was just excellent. Actually the highlight of the trip was the visit at his home, walk on the close rice-field and visit the local school. The Agung caused some extra worries but at the end everything went Ok.

7 Days Bali and Gili Islands Epic Experience

I had a great vacation thanks to Bali Trip Mate and especially thanks to our guide Yustus and driver Tres (Tresno). They were friendly and helpful and made me feel welcome the second I met them at the airport. Bali and the Gili Islands were beautiful and we got to see so many different sights and places. Many activities were included such as snorkelling and entry prices to temples. I wouldn't have been able to see so much of both islands in one week if I had booked and travelled by myself. The two hotels that we stayed at were well-located, nice and clean. The two downsides to the holiday were that we spent a lot of time sitting in the car driving to different places. Due to traffic, it could also take longer than planned. The second was that some days were packed with activities, which resulted in us not having much time to spend at the various tourist destinations. The aspect of discovering an area on foot by walking and wandering around is unfortunately lost with this travel concept. However, we had good conversations during the car rides as we got to learn more about Indonesia and its culture, and we got to see a lot of the beautiful islands through the car windows. I would recommend this trip to anyone who wants to discover Bali and Gili Islands in one week!

10 Days The Best of Bali, Gilis and Nusa Penida Island Experience

Yustus was incredible throughout the whole trip. Nothing was too hard for him to sort at any time on the trip. He provided entertainment and great information. Mr Dicky, Kadi and the other driver were 5*. Careful driving and always able to stop places if needed. Kadek, the local guide in Bali was super informative. The tours itself provided lots of great stops, some a little rushed where maybe more time was needed to absorb the atmosphere. The 5hr boat trip felt a bit unnecessary and I’d rather have paid for a faster boat from Gili to Nusa. But aside from those small bits it was a great experience and a great time had. Thank you Yustus and The Bali Trip Mate Team.

Discover Lombok

This was my first tour with Intrepid, and it won't be my last. What an absolutely incredible experience. We saw so many cool things, from waterfalls to beaches to volcanoes, not to mention all the awsome people we met along the way. I can't recommend this tour enough. You'll stay in some really awesome places that are a bit off-the-beaten path, and you'll learn a ton. Seriously, do this tour!

Bali Bucket List Boutique 10 Day Tour

Breathtaking, beautiful and safe To say I would recommend this trip to friends, family and strangers alike is an understatement. When booking any tour most of the time it is a shot in the dark. With so many variables from the hotels to excursions to the tour guides and management should issues arise it can be difficult to know if you are booking a good tour. This trip was amazing not just because of the breathtaking views and the marine life but also because of the way our tour guide Andy made each and every day simple and without worry. Each day was full of fun and beautiful excursions and great food. The evenings and nights were comfortable because the restaurants and accommodations were relaxing and first class. Andy our guide was so helpful that no one need worry about anything. All transportation was handled and all we needed to do was show up and be ready for the day ahead. Changing hotels or taking a boat to a new island was seamless and without issue. Issues arise on every trip and it’s how the company and guide handle them that will dictate the overall experience. Andy was always ready to help and it was a true pleasure to navigate the 10 days with such a wonderful person. I would highly recommend this trip for both the value, accommodation, excursions and most of all the people you will meet. Thanks Andy for making this trip such a memorable experience. There are no words to describe how amazing this tour was! In 12 days we had the time to see all the must to see places in Bali and around! I owe a special mention to our tour guide Yosia aka Josh! This guy is a true legend! He didn’t leave an unanswered question not even once from all the guys in the group. His knowledge, dedication but mostly his love for his place made us to respect and love this place too! Always understanding and very capable to give the solution to any issue that could arise. He was definitely the key person on this tour, I shall be always grateful to him!

We had a wonderful trip with our excellent tour guide Holly. She was great showing us around and being like a good friend. The tour is perfect for first time Bali visitors. In 9 days you visit most of the island like wonderful temples, rice terraces, beaches, surfing, snorkeling, a Bali family visit and a language session and in the evening there are wonderful sunsets and fun to go out.

I was able to enjoy many activities with my family throughout the trip. The views were incredibly beautiful to the human eye! However, there are 2 concerns when visiting this island. Very high powered and exciting although a bit heavy going at times. I used to race offshore power boats in the UK in the 70s and it brought back some terrific memories of those days. The island of Lembogan was disapointing. It seems to be stuck in the old days, roads are incredibly rough, we saw a lot of girls riding the motorbikes and I thought 'good luck!! There are very few amenities, only a few basic cafes. We took a TukTuk into the interior which was an uncomfortable expensive ride! I can recommend the boat ride but not the island. Its a nice place but the roads are vary bad. and the steamer service is pathetic. there is no deck to enter the steamer. steamer drivers drive it like a racing boat, they treat tourist like a hurd of sheep. ppl were hitting the roof as they were driving at full throttle. its the worst day of my life. do not go there with family. it will be good if you like to go adventure without worrying about your safetly, u can try this otherwise leave it Read more Written 7 August 2019

Roads and infrastructure need a lot more work. A lot of nice beaches and scenery but way too much time spent traveling on overcrowded and unmaintained roads. The roads are bumpy and it takes time to get to one place to another. Angel's Billabong was disappointing. We visited during the low tide but it was not as cool as some of the photos you see online. No a cess to the water either. Broken beach and T-Rex (Kelingking) were absolutely beautiful. But it was full of tourists and it seems as if taking photos is the main purpose here. At T-Rex, we went down to the beach. It's very tiring and dangerous. It took us an hour to get down. The beach is very nice but the waves are very strong. We didn't stay for long. I wouldn't have gone down to the beach if I knew what the route was like. Then the Cristal Bay. Snorkeling here was interesting. This is where you can relax on bean bags. It begins right at Sanur harbour which doesnt even have a jetty which means one has to wade through knee deep water. Of course one wave and you are drenched. Once there you are taken to Kellingking beach which is an hour of super bumpy ride.. the roads are so bad that its unbelievable it even support civilisation. After that Angel Billabong another 40 mins, and crystal Bay another 40 mins. There are no freshwater showers at any of the beaches which means you are spending the whole day in that state. the place that they will stop at for lunch will be very basic. I wont do this again, nor recommend it to any of my friends. Yes what one could do is trek down to Kellinking beach and back and spend rest of the day having a late lunch and head back at about 3 oclock Read more Written 21 May 2018

There are only 3 spots worth visiting and between each is a 30 min drive on terribly potholed roads ( although some are being relaid). I thought the watersports being offered on the island was a full fledged one, but then learnt it was only snorkelling on offer. Then another choppy fast boat ride back. • To and fro economy class air travel for ‘Mumbai to Mumbai Tour’ guests as mentioned in the itinerary
• Airfare, Airport taxes and Visa Fees

• Travel by comfortable A/C coach as per the tour itinerary
• Entrance fees of all sightseeing places to be visited from inside
• Accommodation in comfortable and convenient hotels on twin sharing basis
• All Meals – Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner (set menu) as mentioned in the itinerary
• All Tips – Guide, Driver & Restaurants
• Cost of internal airfare as mentioned in the itinerary
• Complimentary insurance up to 59 years of age
• Govt Tax of 5% over and above the Tour Cost mentioned
• TCS (5% or 10%) upto7 lacs and TCS @20% on amounts above 7 lacs is applicable on GST inclusive price wef 1st October 2023.
• Any increase in Airfare, Visa fees, Airport taxes, Govt Taxes, Fuel Surcharges and any applicability of new taxes from Govt
• Any up gradation in Airline class or hotel room category
• Cost of Air ticket deviation charges
• Any Increase in the rate of exchange leading to an increase in all land arrangements which may come in to effect prior to departure
• Cost of pre or post tour hotel accommodation
• Any extra expense such as route change, Airline change, Date change, Accommodation facilities, etc incurred due to the unforeseen, unavoidable forced majeuere circumstances during the tour
• Cost of insurance for 60 years and above
• Porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines & alcoholic beverages, items of personal nature and food or drink which is not part of a set group menu
• Any extra cost incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any personal emergency
• Any services or activity charges other than those included in the group tour itinerary
• To and fro Air fare, Airport transfers, visa fees to join/leave the group for joining and leaving guests
• Anything specifically not mentioned in the ‘tour price includes’ column
• As everyone is becoming a frequent traveller now, we suggest that you make your own travel accessories kit to ensure a stress free holiday.
• Always make sure to carry less and light luggage, use a four wheel small or medium suitcase and please make sure that you are carrying only one suitcase per person. This will ensure that you will travel smartly and without any inconveniences.
• It is also recommended that you have one cross shoulder bag or haversack for your handy needs which will ensure that you are comfortable at the time of sightseeing and also easy for photography during your tour.
• A smart cap/hat and sunglasses are definitely something that you should have in your kit.
• Though Veena World provides all three meals, that is breakfast, lunch, dinner and Veena World treats as per the itinerary, you can carry dry snacks of your choice in small sealed packets for munching during air travel or road journeys.
• If you are travelling during the monsoon or to destinations where it is rainy, please carry a small umbrella or poncho.
• For international tours, please carry a universal adapter for charging your cameras and mobile phones.
• Ensure that your clothing and footwear is suitable for the destination you are travelling to.

Documents Required for Travel

• Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa
• A valid Tourist Visa for the duration of the tour
• For all Schengen countries passport validity should not exceed more than 10 years
• Handwritten passport is not acceptable
