I have used Cruise Nation for several bookings over the past 3 years. They are very competitively priced and are happy to do bespoke packages to meet the needs of me and my group of friends, I don't think we have ever booked exactly what is on their website and we have always been very happy with service and our holidays! I have spoken to many staff during this time, who are professional and always give excellent customer service. Jemma!!! What a wonderful lady! She is the most kind, understanding, patient, helpful person I’ve come across. Jemma really listened to me and fully understood how I felt. I explained about my high levels of anxiety especially regarding technology/online requirements etc and she was immediately ready to help me in every way she could.
