University of Minnesota Duluth Transfer Visit Programs

Welcome, Transfer students! We invite you to explore UMD and join us for one of our in-person or virtual programs. In-person programs include an admissions presentation with our Transfer Coordinator and a campus tour. They may also include time to talk with representatives from Financial Aid, Career Services, Student Life, and our Multicultural Center and Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Get the chance to learn more about Programs and Majors from our four colleges. If you can't make it to campus, we invite you to participate in one of our Virtual programs. Master of Learning and Talent Development (MLTD)

Learn how to inspire people to be successful in an organizational environment. The Master of Learning and Talent Development (MLTD) program for practitioners who need both knowledge and credentials to support their teams and move forward in their careers. You will be prepared to lead training and development in organizations, assess when various development strategies are needed, and implement and evaluate solutions for organizational change. All courses are asynchronous. You can remain fully employed while completing the requirements for this degree.

University of Minnesota Online

The University of Minnesota Online offers many online courses in a variety of degree programs. Online offerings are available from Crookston, Duluth, Morris, Rochester, and the Twin Cities campuses. Many programs can be completed entirely online. Others combine the benefits of online learning with other types of educational opportunities. The University’s online courses offer the same excellent quality as face-to-face courses but with greater flexibility for both scheduling and learning pace.

30-Hour-Fast-Track Supervision Training

Learners can register for all of the classes to complete the full 30 hours in just five days, conveniently spaced over two weeks, or take stand-alone classes as needed.

Trauma-Effective Leadership

Imagine creating an organization where everyone understands their 'why', purpose or belief and are working from a place where they can innovate, grow, adapt, inspire, and influence teams, clients, systems, and communities. This is a fully online, rigorous, ten month synchronous online education certificate program.
