Despite specifically booking a Red Sand Dune Desert Safari, we were misled and ended up at a White Sand Safari location instead. Additionally, the behavior of the assigned driver was disappointing, as he consistently displayed a rude demeanor throughout the trip. Despite bringing the issue to the attention of Rayna Tours' senior officials, no action was taken to address our concerns. The sheer lack of professionalism, honesty, and hospitality exhibited during this experience was completely unacceptable. Overall, the unethical practices leading to the mix-up in safari services and the unprofessional conduct of the driver greatly detracted from what should have been a memorable experience. The half-day tour allows you to visit the desert and come into contact with a world different from that of the city. I can absolutely recommend the sunrise tour - it starts at 5am, but our group of 5 had each stop in the desert completely to ourselves, which was perfect for photos. Many special thanks to Munir, our lovely tour guide that drove us skillfully through the dunes (an experience you don’t want to miss out on!) and took lovely pictures and videos! You'll spoil your trip with them Avoid this company, they are a bunch of scammers with no respect for their customers. They have unprofessional, liars and racist drivers who don't shy off from making derogatory remarks towards their customers. I made a reservation through Headout and to my badluck this company was assigned to me. Nowhere in the ticket it was mentioned that the Dune Bashing is going to be in a shared car, when the driver (Adnan) was questioned about this by both the families (pickup 1 and pickup 2) he started shouting at us and was frustrated to answer any questions. He started passing derogatory remarks that we wouldn't be having money to use our phones to make calls so we should use his phone to do that. FIrst family who were picked up half hour or 45 minutes earlier also mentioned that when questioned if dune bashing and the tour is going to be shared the driver started scolding them. He threatened us that if we raised our voice he would call Dubai police and then the police will show us how we need to respect drivers in Dubai. The next minute he got a call from his company he started acting scared and told his company that we are threatening him to call the police, which was totally a false claim. He closed/smashed the second seat of a car on my wife's foot twice and all this happened while I was on a call with Headout team over my phone. Only mistake I made was not to call Dubai police right there, I was busy in sorting the whole matter out with Headout and his manager. Management of Rayna tours is also a bunch of liars - as our tickets were through Headout they were not ready to talk to us and asked us to go back and speak with Headout. They told us that Headout team has told them that they don't want to talk to us. This feedback was also passed to Headout team as I was already on call with the Headout team. Heated argument did happen between myself and driver which only happened when the racist driver Adnan from Pakistan started passing comments on us. In the end we were asked to come down as he didn't wanted to take anyone for Safari and told the same to his management as well. His car no is X57627. We didn't received any calls from management or other car was arranged. I'm still in discussion with Headout about 475 AED refund but this Rayna tour is trying to make every possible excuse, driver even blamed us that we started abusing him and threatened him. WHY will I do all this when I'm on holiday, my whole day was wasted cause of them and Adnan. They are bunch of Scammers and will take your money without delivering any thing. I've already sent an email to Dubai Tourisim about their driver and this company, hopefully if more people join then they will look into them too. Read more Written April 1, 2024

My tour guide Stephan Dsouza who was really helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. I expected a big group, as the price was reasonable for an 11 hour day tour, but we were only with three people. This made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Stephan had great stories to tell about the country and his live in the Emirates. Really would recommend him and Rayna Tours. He started passing derogatory remarks that we wouldn't be having money to use our phones to make calls so we should use his phone to do that. FIrst family who were picked up half hour or 45 minutes earlier also mentioned that when questioned if dune bashing and the tour is going to be shared the driver started scolding them. He threatened us that if we raised our voice he would call Dubai police and then the police will show us how we need to respect drivers in Dubai. The next minute he got a call from his company he started acting scared and told his company that we are threatening him to call the police, which was totally a false claim. He closed/smashed the second seat of a car on my wife's foot twice and all this happened while I was on a call with Headout team over my phone. Only mistake I made was not to call Dubai police right there, I was busy in sorting the whole matter out with Headout and his manager. Management of Rayna tours is also a bunch of liars - as our tickets were through Headout they were not ready to talk to us and asked us to go back and speak with Headout. They told us that Headout team has told them that they don't want to talk to us. This feedback was also passed to Headout team as I was already on call with the Headout team. Heated argument did happen between myself and driver which only happened when the racist driver Adnan from Pakistan started passing comments on us. In the end we were asked to come down as he didn't wanted to take anyone for Safari and told the same to his management as well. His car no is X57627. We didn't received any calls from management or other car was arranged. I'm still in discussion with Headout about 475 AED refund but this Rayna tour is trying to make every possible excuse, driver even blamed us that we started abusing him and threatened him. WHY will I do all this when I'm on holiday, my whole day was wasted cause of them and Adnan. They are bunch of Scammers and will take your money without delivering any thing. I've already sent an email to Dubai Tourisim about their driver and this company, hopefully if more people join then they will look into them too. Read more Written 1 April 2024

My tour guide Stephan Dsouza who was really helpful , friendly and knowledgeable. I expected a big group, as the price was reasonable for an 11 hour day tour, but we were only with three people. This made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Stephan had great stories to tell about the country and his live in the Emirates. Really would recommend him and Rayna Tours. Oh my gosh, if I could give this 10 stars I would!! What an incredible experience! It was only made better by our wonderful guide, Ikram, who was just lovely and always ready to take a picture for you and come up with fun ideas for them. I cannot say enough about this excursion, truly my favorite experience, not just here in Abu Dhabi but anywhere. Due to the fact that I went during Ramadan there were a few things that are a part of the safari but we’re not offered during that time but I never felt at all that anything was lacking. SO MUCH FUN! It was a really great experience for our family for our recent trip to Dubai for 7D & 6N. Overall arrangement & service extended by Rayna Tours was excellent class from day one of our tour. All their staff are very friendly and customer centric with a smiling attitude. The activities included in the package was worthy and we enjoyed it a lot. The hotel (Movenpick) chosen by Rayna was excellent to stay with family and amenities provided by hotel are best in class. Main Coordinator/contact point Mr. Hrushikesh was amazing to help us to make our trip more memorable and comfortable. He has nicely handled all our queries and added on services. We are especially thankful for his help and outstanding coordination. Dubai Coordinator also nicely handled everything on time with more perfection. Our only suggestion is to improve quality of Dubai city tour (one day) with a stretched hours to cover all main locations comfortably to avoid hurry movement and in between one refreshment/food location can be added to eat lunch, which will add more quality to single day tour without any tiredness especially people travelling with kids. Also, Desert safari was not up to the level since we are not experienced any big dune bashing moments except few up & down location and Qud bike charged for AED 150 is useless which is not a good experience since we felt that ‘it was just for squeezing our money ‘ & not worth to purchase it and over all rating for Desert safari is ‘below Average ‘ including camel ride . The food also served during Desert safari is average quality only, even we did not get chance to take few good photos of desert is a really great missing part. Finally, we are extremely happy to be chosen ‘Rayna Tours ‘as our travel partner considering overall experience during this trip & we prefer ‘Rayna Tours ‘again for our next trip without any doubts. Being a botany student, I was in heaven at the Dubai Miracle Garden. For me, the garden was like a huge, opened textbooks where I could study different plant species and their care.

Dubai Miracle Garden is a dreamy place for couples. It was very romantic to walk hand-in-hand with my beloved amidst the blossoms. It was like being in a fairyland. There is a secluded spot in the garden where couples can enjoy a romantic picnic.

As a photographer, I couldn't have asked for a better location. The garden offers endless spots for stunning shots. It was visual feast to walk through and see various creative floral arrangements.

Dubai Miracle Garden is a paradise for nature lovers. The vibrant colors and intricate designs of the flower arrangements created a visual spectacle. It was amazing experience to see the use of real flowers in installing various structures all around the garden. I felt like being inside a botanical wonderland.

This was an amazing experience thanks to Rayna Tours and especially to Mr. Ozair Hussain who planned our tour so well that we didn’t have to face any hassles…I highly recommend their services!
