One of the most comprehensive muscle car collections in the world is hidden in Salem, Oregon.

The Brothers Collection includes more than 600 cars.

Some 355, including muscle cars and exotic sports cars, are on display in a 117,000-square-foot warehouse turned museum that is not open to the public.

Only private tours can view the collection. The location and the identities of the owners are a closely-held secret. 

Here's a peek at just a few of the cars in the collection:

• A 1970 Chevelle SS LS6 454 with 34.2 original miles.
• Four 1969 Pontiac Trans Am convertibles — out of eight produced.
• A 1966 Shelby Mustang GT350, one of four built that year.
• Forty Corvettes, including three from 1953, the model's first year.
• A 1959 Ferrari 250 GT LWB California Spyder worth about $8 million.

Brothers Collection Tour

The Brothers Collection is the most amazing collection of Muscle cars I've ever seen. 130,000 square feet of 360 cars on display. We have the museum for 3 hours. I’ve been twice and I’m still needing more time. It is so mind blowing if you’re a muscle car enthusiast.

This event is indoors and there is no need to drive your mustangs if the weather is still bad.

If you need a power cart to use. They do have a few to loan out.

Meet up Spot near Portland on I-5 South. French Prairie Rest Area South of Wilsonville. Drive around to the RV area. Meet up at 7:30 and leave out at 8:00am.  Others can meet us at The Brothers Collection location at 9am.

After the tour we can gather for lunch. Looking at Gilgamesh Brewing. They do have 2 locations. The West side location has a bigger car lot for safer parking.

Tour The Brothers Car Collection In Salem, A Once In A Lifetime Experience!

Don’t miss the chance to join us on July 31st, 1 pm to 4:30 pm for a tour of one of the most amazing car collections in the world, the Brothers Car Collection in Salem, Oregon.  It is a well-kept secret and a private “museum” not open to the general public.  We will walk through their main 117,000 ft2 building which contains ~355 of the collection’s 600 cars.   The depth and diversity of this collection is amazing, muscle cars and exotic sports cars: Corvettes, Mopars, Chevys, Fords, Ferraris, Porsches, GT40s, Cobras, Lambos, …  you name it and they have 5-10 of them in near perfect condition.  Nearly every car has an incredible story; whether it be an ultra-rare color, options, or ownership history, none of these are “ordinary” supercars.

We will depart from the Starbuck's parking lot in the Cascade Village Mall at about 8 am July 31st.  There will be no organized lunch or overnight.  We should arrive in Salem at ~10:30 am which will give participants time to find a restaurant for lunch.  Since the tour will conclude at 4:30 pm, there is no plan for overnight stays, the assumptions is that most will drive home following the event.  Should you want to spend the night please make your own reservations.

The first 29 people who register will get to attend and if we get ~50 registering we will expand the number to 50.  The $22/person registration fee will be donation to the United Way.  Check out the video below.

Avants tour of the brothers collection.

I lived in Seattle for over 20 years as a car fanatic without knowing that the Avants car club existed and I joined the day I found out that it did. Avants embraces a drive everything philosophy and welcomes anyone interested in cars, trucks, SUVs and even has an Avants Offroad branch. It is a great community, publishes a first-class magazine and organizes fun events.

One of these events was a very special tour of The Brothers Collection down in Salem Oregon. If you have never heard of the Brothers Collection, you are not alone. Nobody has. It is a very low key private collection and the owners work hard to maintain their privacy so I won’t be doing anything to change that. I didn’t link to anything because there is nothing to link to. When you search The Brothers Collection, you will find links with titles like “the greatest car collection you’ve never heard of” and “the biggest muscle car collection in the world”.

On Sunday, June 27th, I had the good fortune to spend three hours walking around the collection, jaw open and completely overwhelmed by the cars…it lives up to the hype and so much more. One of the brothers was there to host us and was so gracious. They are not open to the public but they do offer limited private tours for charity. Private collectors can get a lot of grief, mostly due to jealousy inspired by the kind of wealth it takes to build a collection, but these brothers are doing so much to preserve automotive history and I’m so grateful for it. It seems like they are gearing up to open more frequently so hopefully more folks have a chance to experience this history for themselves.

Clearly I’m a huge Porsche fan…and I will get there eventually, but I need to start with Ford. The Brothers Collection is heavily weighted with America muscle cars and what better place to start than the Ford GT. Next to a 911, the Ford GT is my favorite car of all time…it might be tied with first. Not only does the collection have an actual 1966 Ford GT40 MK I (go watch Ford vs. Ferrari if you haven’t already) but they have four early 2000 Ford GTs and two of the latest generation Ford GT supercars.

Okay, with that out of the way, I can spend some time on the Porsches they had on display. When you can walk by a 911 GT3 RS without even glancing at it…you know something very special is in front of you. There it was, the first Porsche 959 that I have ever seen in person. This car was truly revolutionary as a sports car with the most cutting edge perfomance tech for its time, all crammed into a stunningly beautiful but purpose built design. Bill Gates bought one and petitioned hard to have the Show or Display laws passed so he could own it in the US. Now it was right in front of me so close I could smell the leather and imagine myself breaking all kinds of traffic laws in it…again… just like Bill 🙂

There were plenty of other stunning Porsches there as well, like a 918 Spyder and Carrera GT sitting together and row after row of rare aircooled models.

Let’s get the other exotics out of the way and head on over to Ferrari land…not a place I spend much time but they did have some drop dead gorgeous cars! Throw in some sexy Lamborghinis and a Bizzarrini GT 3500 Strada as well!

Let’s hop back to American Muscle with a stop by Shelby but we need to walk by a 2006 Saleen S7 Competition on the way (1 of 13 in the world).

You want row after row of Corvettes…they have it. You need a 63 or 64 or 65…I could keep going…they are all in a row by year and all perfectly preserved.

Okay, I’m going to shut up and just give you the orgy of American metal that awaits you when you have a chance to visit this collection. I did a few laps with my camera, a few laps with my phone and then I just had to put it all away and slowly walk the floor trying to absorb it all. I want to go back!

You can tell from looking at the building that something fun lives inside…and occasionally comes out to play outside. In fear of being chased off, I didn’t try to add any character lines in my Jeep. Instead I drove home in 111 degree weather without my hard top because I thought that would be a good idea 🙂

My Dad bought an AAR ‘Cuda brand new in 1970…the black one with the white interior looks just like it. I think only 3 were born with this color combination. How do I find out if this one was his?

Jonas Brothers to Perform 'Five Albums Every Night' on Massive Tour Kicking Off This Summer

The band's upcoming The Album drops May 12

If any Jonas Brothers fans missed seeing Nick , Joe and Kevin on tour for their favorite album, now's the chance to make up for lost time.

On Tuesday, the band announced Five Albums. One Night. The Tour., a string of 35 North American concerts kicking off this summer that'll presumably see them perform songs from 2007's Jonas Brothers , 2008's A Little Bit Longer , 2009's Lines, Vines and Trying Times , 2019's Happiness Begins and The Album , which drops May 12.

Launching Aug. 12 at Yankee Stadium in New York City, the tour will make stops in cities including Boston, Toronto, Detroit, Austin, Phoenix, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Philadelphia, Atlanta, Houston, Nashville and more before wrapping Oct. 14 at the Kaseya Center in Miami.

"It's official!" wrote the band on social media alongside the tour announcement. "Let's go!"

Tickets will first become available through Ticketmaster's Verified Fan presale, and fans can register to participate through 11:59 p.m. ET on May 6 before it opens on May 9. Additional presale tickets for most dates will go on sale for Citi cardmembers and Verizon customers from May 10 at 10 a.m. local time through May 11 at 10 p.m. local time.

VIP packages will also be available for the tour, which is sponsored by EVO ICL , a company that "provides vision correction in harmony with your natural eye, and can deliver sharp, clear vision day or night without causing dry eye syndrome," per a press release.

Jonas Brothers' Five Albums. One Night. The Tour arrives shortly after the band performed a series of worldwide underplay concerts as well as a 5-night Broadway residency, during which they performed one of their five most recent albums in full each night.

Last month, the band appeared on SiriusXM's Radio Andy to discuss the Yankee Stadium shows, which were announced ahead of the full tour. They confirmed that they'll perform "pretty much every song from all the albums" during the concert.

"Correct, a 17-hour show," joked Joe, 33, when host Andy Cohen asked for clarification.

Nick, 30, explained that the Broadway residency served as the blueprint for the upcoming shows. "For those that don't know, we basically played five nights and picked a different album that we spotlit for the first act of the show," he said.

"We played it in its entirety," Nick continued. "Which, for a lot of these songs, we've never even played them or we hadn't played them in 15-plus years."

He said they "had so much fun doing that," they got on a call a few days later to discuss how they could incorporate "another version" of the residency into their tour.

The brothers plan to "play the familiar songs from each album" with medleys and new versions of some songs.

"Someone could say, 'Oh, that's gonna be a really long show,' but the reality is that when some of these earlier albums came out, we were teenagers with tons of energy," Nick noted. "And so the tempo of the songs are a little faster... So, it's actually not gonna be that long."

Kevin recalled the first night of their Broadway residency, "We got off the stage, and we were like, 'Wow, that was a very fast set.' Everything was really quick."

The Jonas Brothers haven't visited the Bluegrass State in a long time. Joe Jonas performed with his band DNCE at the KFC Yum! Center in 2016 (and even worked out at the University of Louisville Cardinals' gym ), as an opening act for Selena Gomez (another Disney Channel alum), and Nick Jonas and Demi Lovato (also a former Disney Channel star) brought their "Future Now: The Tour" to the KFC Yum! Center in 2015.

Even if you have not heard The Jonas Brothers' recent music, you might be familiar with their older hits-- "Burning Up," "Love Bug," "Year 3000," and even "Fly With Me." But if you want to update your Jonas Brothers music library, head to TikTok and watch all the videos with the song "Waffle House," one of the singles of their new album.
