Fantastic service

Haven’t used a travel agent in years and didn’t know what to expect . Well Claire at silverburn absolutely fantastic went the extra mile and beyond to arrange our special holiday . Claire listened to what we wished and came up with the exact vision we had . Will definitely be using Barrhead travel for all our holidays now .

A good travel agent makes it easy to book a holiday.

We had been searching and getting more confused with all the options when we looked for a holiday on line ourselves, so when we popped into Barrhead Travel Cumbernauld, Donna made it easy for us with her suggestions and help,and we have now booked a week in Cyprus which we are looking forward to . Very helpful friendly service. Well done.

Another fantastic experience

We have been using BT, Clydebank for many years and always found them helpful, professional, highly experienced but most of all friendly. We give them our desired dates and leave the rest to them. Excellent customer service

Once again 5 star customer service from Joanne at Falkirk Barrhead. Jo got our large family holiday all booked and sorted with ease. Jo is professional, friendly and organised and once again no query or request was a problem, thanks Joanne.

I've been dealing with a young lady called Shannon who works in Gordon St Glasgow. She is so helpful. I was going to NY last year and I was a bit apprehensive as I'd never been before. She made everything so easy for me so much so that I've booked a further 2 holidays with her. She's my go to when I want to get away. You can't beat the personal touch when going on holiday.

A quick phone call…

A quick phone call an hour before they closed on Easter Saturday got the holiday I wanted at a great price. Kim handled my call in a professional & knowledgeable manner. The booking process was so quick & easy. I would definitely recommend & will definitely use them again

Right First Time

* we prefer to arrange our holiday with the more experienced or specialist staff such as Kelly, who is patient, very knowledgeable and accommodates all our constant questions...( we're not the easiest of customers, lol) * can be frustrating waiting long periods of time for an experienced member. ( a tea/coffee machine would be good). * Stirling branch seems to have no heating..... * we like the fact that you are provided with coloured, original , holiday info sheets before you leave the branch . This enables you to jot down any additional info, answers to questions etc that you otherwise might not remember. * would like to see a LOYALTY SCHEME in place for repeat business customers..... * being undercover in a shopping mall with parking, is a favoured location for us.

The staff at barrhead travel (fort) are so lovely and pleasant we were looking at holidays and Michelle helped us find the perfect location.Big thankyou to Louise C who helped me with a few queries super quick email responses.

Always give a very professional service and nothing is ever a bother to the staff at Barrhead Falkirk. Would not use any other travel agent after having the highest standard of service for many years

Went on today Jan 18th to book a holiday for 4 people. Woman was rude, unhelpful and customer service was shocking. She basically told us to go away and book ourselves online. She was extremely abrupt then told us her customer had came in told us to go to another desk. We left with no helpful information and no holiday booked. I wont set foot on the place again. Terrible service

At last on our way to Jamaica booked with Barrhead travel East Kilbride and that's where we went wrong. Firstly they were all over you to book once booked that's where it ends. They sold us a cruise and when we got our ticket information the wrong destinations then we were told to book our seats on the wrong date so when we went to book them the ones we wanted were all gone. Having made a complaint to the manager this was swept aside her staff could never make these mistakes until we produced written evidence in the member of staff a own handwriting still brushed away. Finally we wrote to customer service and yep again nothing. Absolute shambles would never use this branch or company again. Good luck to anyone who does.

All holidays booked so far have proved excellent buys. Staff are always most helpful and professional. Nothing to complain about. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

The customer service is fantastic, book with them all the time, Hugh is especially good, and so helpful.

If you go here ask for Hugh he is brilliant his customer service is outstanding and he knows what he is doing nothing is to much trouble. He was the only reason I booked found him to be honest , knowledgeable and patient. would have no hesitation in booking with him again.

Helpful and attentive.

The sales person, Barry, was helpful and not in any way pushy, he found the venue we were interested in quite quickly. Unfortunately his knowledge of the area(Tenerife) was not that good, however he did utilise Google mapping to try and help with queries we had.
