Who designs Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour outfits?
Taylor has been bringing out the big guns for her global tour. Notable designers include Fausto Puglisi who heads up Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli. Fausto describes himself as a Sicilian maverick. He designed 12 of the looks from Taylor’s Eras shows, including the skintight snake catsuit from the Reputation era, and the gold-fringed minidress from her Fearless era.

And Taylor isn’t the only superstar he has dressed – J-Lo and Zendaya have also had the honour. He also designed the cape that Madonna wore on her Madame X album.
Another designer that has been tapped by Taylor for her stage costumes is Donatella Versace. The legendary designer was the mastermind behind Taylor’s bejewelled bodysuits that feature in the Lover section of her shows.
And rounding off the Lover looks are a pair of custom-made, jewel-encrusted, knee-high boots from none other than Christian Louboutin. With their signature red soles, Louboutins are the footwear of choice for the rich, famous and impeccably dressed.

Italian dressmaker Alberta Ferretti also has a starring role on the Eras Tour. Her ethereal and dreamy gowns complements the Folklore section of Taylor’s shows completely.
Taylor has also selected a number of lesser-known names to wear alongside fashion powerhouses like Oscar de la Renta and Ellie Saab. Indie designer Anish Gupta created the sequin slogan T-shirts emblazoned with her iconic lyrics “WE ARE NEVER EVER GETTING BACK TOGETHER, LIKE EVER”
And with that impressive list of designers, we couldn't resist the urge to round up all the Eras Tour stage ensembles she's worn so far, check out all the Taylor tour looks (as well as her newest additions)...
Taylor Swift opens with the Lover era
Taylor starts the beginning of every show looking drop-dead gorgeous in a custom Versace sequined bodysuit and sparkly Louboutin heels, setting the bar high for the rest of the concert's wardrobe!

Taylor brings the 'Speak Now' fairytale vibes to The Eras Tour
It may have been short but sweet but Taylor made quite the impact with the one song she chose to sing from the 'Speak Now' record.
Her fairytale-esque dresses are back for The Eras Tour as she belts out fan-favourite track 'Enchanted' whilst wearing a sequinned ball gown fit for a princess!
The gowns are strikingly similar to the Valentino one she wore during the 'Speak Now' tour back in 2012.
Taylor is the 1989 pop princess all over again
Swift gave us another blast from the past with 1989 World Tour references whilst she sang the likes of 'Style', 'Shake It Off' and 'Bad Blood'.

100+ Taylor Swift Eras Tour Outfit Ideas + What to Wear to A Taylor Swift Concert!
Updated: May 13
It's been a long time coming but.... it's been a crazy few years for miss Taylor Swift. She's dropped hint after hint, easter egg after easter egg, song after song, music video after music video!! She's truly a great entertainer and artist, and genuinely one of my favorite musicians to fangirl over.
I got tickets to Taylor Swift's Era's tour, and am trying to decide what era I should go as. . I can't wait to see what Taylor Swift's concert outfits are for this tour!
What do I wear to a Taylor Swift concert? Especially to the Eras tour?
Attendees are planning to wear outfits inspired by their favorite Taylor Swift era. There are ten eras total: Taylor Swift (Self-Titled), Fearless, Speak Now, Red, 1989, Reputation, Lover, Folklore, Evermore, and Midnights. Each era has its own vibe, color aesthetic, and specific pieces Taylor wore during those periods. For example, Reputation is an absolute classic, with snake print, black leather, and tons of sass. Or maybe the Red era? I mean, that one IS my favorite Taylor Swift album. Come as a sad autumn girl with a red scarf, black high-waisted shorts and oxfords— that's definitely a vibe.
But as I was thinking through this, I thought maybe I could make mood boards and help others find the perfect Taylor Swift outfits from amazon to wear to Taylor Swift's concert on her The Eras Tour! I assure you, while putting this list together, with each era I worked on I listened to the album ;) Guaranteed inspiration!
Because of each stadium's bag policy, concert-goers need to bring a clear see-through bag to the venue. Here are a few realyl cute ones I've found. The first is pretty simple, but you can find clear bags that are really stylized to fit your eras tour outfit!
I'm also seeing a lot of people at Taylor Swift's concerts wearing body glitter and hair gems! Here are some options online that are great for doing glitzy hair and makeup the day of the Eras tour concert. The hair gem style has been SUPER popular, and you'll find a lot of other gals at the tour that are rocking similar!
To start off, here are a few pieces that would be good for any of her eras. Concert attendees are wearing "Friendship Bracelets" (a nod to the song You're On Your Own Kid), and the era's charm bracelet as well, which are both available on Amazon!
Jump to Each Taylor Swift Era
If you click on each link, it'll jump to each era and has Taylor Swift eras tour outfit ideas for each. I'll even include items you can buy that fit into each outfit!

The Tortured poets Department (TTPD) Era
Blondie's latest album, "The Tortured Poets Department," not only captivates with its haunting melodies and introspective lyrics but also showcases a distinct fashion style and creative direction that I absolutely love. Drawing inspiration from the album's themes of introspection, longing, and poetic melancholy, Swift's fashion aesthetic exudes a sense of timeless elegance fused with dangerous edge. She's been donning a mix of vintage-inspired pieces and modern silhouettes, often layered with intricate details like lace, embroidery, and statement accessories.
How to dress in Taylor Swift's TTPD era outfits
To capture Taylor Swift's "The Tortured Poets Department" era style, channel a blend of romanticism and vintage flair. Taylor has established a very dark, romantic and victorian feel for this era, both in her promo photos and videos, but also her new set at the Eras tour (premiered in Paris, May 2024).
The Tortured Poets Department vibe: whites, victorian details, old-time 20's era makeup, and anything that feels like pure unadultered female rage. ;)

Taylor Swift's Stage Outfits
If you want to come to the concert the MOST prepared, you can dress like the current Era: the Eras era! Pretty meta, right? Here are some of the outfits that Taylor's been wearing on her tour that you can recreate in your concert outfit:
Stage outfit 1— Midnights era Lavender Haze jacket
Taylor wears a pink/lavender sparkly dress with a fun faux-fur lavender coat. You can find a super sparkly dress and add a lavender faux fur coat, and look just like Taylor!
Stage outfit 2— Evermore era pink dress
Taylor's whimsical pink dress during her Evermore era is GORGEOUS. Play up your own ethereal vibe and wear a similar dress to the Eras tour!
Stage outfit 3— Reputation era jumpsuit
Taylor wears this awesome one-legged jumpsuit with red snakes all over it. You can buy a black sparkly jumpsuit and attach red snake appliqués to create a look similar to it.
Stage outfit 4— Sparkly RED era jacket
The RED era (my favorite!) has Taylor donning a long red sparkle trench coat. You can look similar to this in either this red velvet long trench I've found, or a men's sparkly suit jacket!
Stage outfit 5— "A LOT Going On At The Moment" shirt
She's reinvented her own RED era look with a shirt that instead of saying "Not a lot going on at the moment" it says "A LOT going on at the moment"! I've found a shirt that says exactly that new phrase on Amazon. Taylor also pairs it with a pair of sparkly black bottoms and a black hat.
Stage outfit 6— 1989 era green two piece
A very Taylor typical outfit, more sparkles! And this time we're working with fun and bright green. She has a sparkle fringed two piece set on stage.
Taylor Swift Debut Era
T-Swift's self-titled album is a classic, with songs like "Picture to Burn", "Stay Beautiful", and "Should've Said No". With so many Taylor Swift album era options, this one will surely stand out and be super identifiable.
Taylor Swift's debut album is a whimsical journey through the enchanting world of teenage dreams and heartaches. Bursting with charm and a sprinkle of country sweetness, the album encapsulates the essence of Taylor's early years as a rising star. The aesthetic is like a vintage photo album, filled with snapshots of innocent crushes, teardrop-stained diaries, and the magic of first loves. The vibe is undeniably cute, as Taylor's relatable lyrics and catchy melodies transport you to a world where love letters are written in glittery pens, and every emotion is felt with an extra touch of sparkle. It's a musical hug from the past that leaves you with a warm, fuzzy feeling and a desire to dance around your room like no one's watching.
How to dress in Taylor Swift (Self-Titled) era outfits
When you want to dress like the self-titled Taylor Swift album, you've got to transport yourself back to good ol' 2006! That means low rise flare jeans, floral dresses, and plenty of cowgirl boots. Taylor's look back then involved more soft, butterfly-like looks that harken back to her country roots.
The Taylor Swift Debut vibe: Teals, greens, butterfly, cowgirl, floral, low rise jeans, and flannels.
Where to find these Taylor Swift (Debut Album) outfits:
Moving onto Taylor Swift's sophomore album, Fearless...
Fearless Era (Plus Taylor's Version)
Fearless is when Taylor Swift really started to gain speed in the music industry, and the era evokes an true nostalgia for the early Tay years!
Taylor Swift's "Fearless" album, both the original and Taylor's version, exude a timeless charm that feels like a musical hug from a dear friend. The aesthetic is a blend of sunlit fields and starlit nights, capturing the essence of young love and fearless adventures. With a dash of country twang and a sprinkle of pop magic, the album's vibe is irresistibly cute, much like a handwritten love letter sealed with a kiss. Taylor's reimagined version adds an extra layer of nostalgia, like finding a cherished childhood toy in the attic. It's a journey back to a place where heartbreaks were mended with laughter, and every melody carried the promise of a new beginning. The vibe is like a cozy sweater, warm and comforting, inviting you to relive those moments and create new memories with the same wide-eyed wonder.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Fearless era outfits
She loves sparkly dresses. Always has, always will. But this was the first era to REALLY bring that to the forefront. Soft whimsical touches, earthy kind of feelings, with a little bit of edginess.
The Taylor Swift Fearless vibe: Golds, sparkly dresses, fairy-tale fluff, elastic headbands, cowgirl boots, and boho.
Where to find these outfits:
Next up is Taylor Swift's third album, Speak Now! You can get inspired by the original Speak Now era, or the new Taylor's Version.
Speak Now Era
A fairytale in a nutshell, Speak Now era is like a sparkly purple dream.
Taylor Swift's "Speak Now" album is a whimsical fairy tale spun with the threads of love, courage, and a sprinkle of daydream magic. The aesthetic is like a storybook come to life, filled with enchanted forests and castle walls where Taylor fearlessly takes center stage. The vibe is both daring and adorable, as if each song were a secret whispered in a moonlit garden. With a blend of country roots and pop melodies, the album dances through the pages of a romantic novel, where every chorus is a chapter and every bridge a thrilling plot twist. It's a musical adventure that invites you to join Taylor in a world where love conquers all, and each note is a charming invitation to step into a dreamscape where happily ever afters are set to a delightful melody.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Speak Now era outfits
I tapped into a few iconic Taylor Swift outfits from the Speak Now era, which welcomed in her love for oxfords, vintage pieces, and an overall romantic take on everything. Finding the perfect halter purple dress from Speak Now era is ESSENTIAL. I've added the one I found below!
The Taylor Swift Speak Now vibe: Purple EVERYTHING, the number 13, slouchy beanies, flannels, twee Oxford heels, whimsical dresses, and revenge. Lots of revenge.
Here are some more modern versions of the Speak Now era (now with Taylor's Version!!)
Next is my FAVORITE era, the RED era!
Red Era (Plus Taylor's Version)
Arguably the best Taylor Swift album, hands down. RED is my personal favorite from her discography, mostly because this is the era where I because a HUGE Taylor Swift fan, rather than just a casual listener. All of the raw pain and anguish in this album make this era (and the TV era!) probably what I'm going to choose for the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour!
Taylor Swift's RED era is a sartorial symphony of passion and bold statements. The clothing aesthetic is a captivating blend of vintage glamour and modern sophistication, reflecting the album's emotional rollercoaster. Taylor dons iconic red dresses that symbolize both heartbreak and empowerment, showcasing her fearless style evolution. Picture timeless silhouettes, chic high-waisted shorts, and classic red lips that become a signature touch. The vibe is a mix of retro vibes and contemporary chic, with Taylor effortlessly balancing elegance and edge. From the glitzy red-carpet gowns to the laid-back yet stylish streetwear, every outfit in the RED era tells a story of self-discovery and resilience. It's a fashion journey that captures the essence of love, loss, and the vibrant hues of a life lived unapologetically.
How to dress in Taylor Swift RED era outfits
This era probably has some of the most iconic fashion moments of Taylor Swift's career. The Taylor Swift red tour outfits were amazing. The "We Are Never Ever Ever Getting Back Together" and "22" looks just scream 2012! Now ten years later in 2022, this style is still just as amazing and showstoppping... and iconically RED . Try to find a good striped shirt and some tailored high waisted shorts, and add a pair of red Keds to complete the look!
The Taylor Swift RED vibe: The color red (bright, like the original, or deep, like Taylor's Version), spectator Oxford shoes, heart sunglasses, fedora hats, high wasted shorts, and KEDS.
The "Not a lot going on at the moment" shirt is a classic for sure. You can buy it below. Also, with Taylor's new tour, she has a shirt that says "A LOT going on at the moment" too, which is featured here where I have some outfit ideas that are inspired by her concert looks from this Eras era!
During the show, Taylor gives her fedora-type hat to someone special in the audience. You can match her by wearing a black hat from her RED era!
From the RED Taylor's Version album cover, don a trench coat and a burnt Sienna newsboy cap, and the autumn leaves start to fall like pieces into place for your Taylor Swift concert outfit.
I Bet You Think About Me - Taylor Swift concert outfit idea
Something from RED Taylor's Version that is an instant showstopper: the I Bet You Think About Me outfit!
Here's where you can grab it:
Onto many people's favorite -- 1989!! This is the most recent Taylor's Version to come out. "1899 (Taylor's Version)" is not just an album; it's a captivating invitation to step into a lyrical ballroom where each song is a dance through time, and Taylor is the enchanting guide, gracefully leading us through the echoes of a century past.
A HUGE era for Taylor, commercially and her tour! She has so many fun and glitzy looks from this 1989 era. I pulled some Taylor Swift tour costumes from amazon that will make people double-take.... wait, is that Taylor Swift?? No? Shake it off!
How to dress in Taylor Swift 1989 era outfits
Be sure to wear plenty of sequins, shiny fabrics, and two-piece outfits for a true 1989 era look from Taylor Swift! Add on the quintessential white rayon-type sunglasses to look like a true 1989 fan.
The Taylor Swift 1989 vibe: Sequins! Lots of blues and silver sparkles, crop tops, white rayon sunglasses, and sparkly fringe.
One of these outfits is a callback to Taylor's look at the 2016 Grammy Awards. I think it's such a unique outfit to wear to the Era's tour, because it's not exactly a "era" look, but something SO iconic from that era! Also, can you GET more 1989 than a pair of white rayon sunglasses? They were a staple piece in Taylor Swift's 1989 era.
A callback to a Swift inside joke, the yellow "No It's Becky" shirt is available on amazon!
Seagulls everywhere, on everything. With the new 1989 Taylor's Version coming out, the coastal pale blue vibe is going to be a good choice.
If you want to be a little silly, you could come literally dressed like a seagull:
Reputation Era
This era is the most similar to my own personal style, so when I attended the Rep tour, I was living my best life!! All her songs have a pop edge to them, so make sure to dress accordingly.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Reputation era outfits
Wear as much snake print, black, fishnet, and combat-wear you can find. The more you look like a hell-raiser, the better for Taylor Swift reputation outfits. I've added in a few cool amazon t-shirts in here as well from the era!
The Taylor Swift Reputation vibe: Snake print, black sequins, camouflage print, chains, combat boots, and slicked back hair.
Much like her album cover, you can find a newspaper Reputation dress below!
Lover was all bright pink and multicolored, and it was AMAZING. The fun songs (and some deep love songs) created an incredible album from Taylor Swift.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Lover era outfits
Pink, lots of pink. Actually, all pink. Just kidding! I put together some outfit ideas that are inspired by some of her performance looks and music video outfits from the Lover era.
The Taylor Swift Lover vibe: Lots of pink, multicolor, fringe, pearls, iridescence, hearts, and sweetness all around.
Grab a hot pink jacket and pearl sunglasses to look like Taylor from "You Need to Calm Down"! Choosing to wear a pastel sky print is such a Lover look, similar to her album cover!
Check out these gorgeous Lover-esque earrings and accessories:
Just like in the "ME!" music video, you can wear a heart shaped top like Taylor for the concert.
Makeup for your Lover eras tour outfit
If you're wanting to dress up as Taylor's Lover era, it's a sweet detail to do the heart shape makeup over her eye like she does on her album cover! In order to do that, you'll need two main items: liquid latex and skin-safe pink glitter. You can find them here:
I've used the liquid latex above before and it works really well. All you'll need to do is outline the heart around your eye with the liquid latex, wait for it to get tacky, and then apply the pink glitter!
Folklore Era
If you aren't the sparkly-dress Taylor Swift fan, and want to be a sad cottage-core girl, here is your chance! This album screams alone-in-the-woods-and-in-the-feels.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Folklore era outfits
Tap into the cottage-core look and opt for some comfy sweaters, cardigans, and ditsy floral prints. I've grabbed a few items that look similar to the outfits she wore on some of her photoshoots from this era.
The Taylor Swift folklore vibe: Knit sweaters, plaid jackets, chunky boots, mushrooms, trees and a general folksy vibe.
Evermore Era
Am I crazy to say that Evermore is one of my favorite TSwift albums? It's definitely the most forgotten one, but WOW does it have some bops, both sad and lovely.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Evermore era outfits
This era was so short-lived, but it gave us some beautiful looks! An easy go-to would be the brown/orange plaid jacket from Evermore. (I've linked on similar) Also, the Willow music video is a huge inspiration for these, and other Swifties will know exactly what you're going for!
The Taylor Swift evermore vibe: Deep plaids, ethereal jewelry, greens, leather boots, turtlenecks, and flown dresses.
From the "Willow" music video, you can choose a more whimsical and fairy-like look to fit in with the Evermore era! Below you can also find a dark green velvet cape like she wears during her Evermore set at the Eras Tour!
Midnights Era
Midnights only came out a few weeks ago while I'm writing this, so I'm still reeling from this album release! I know from the second I hear "Anti-Hero" that it would be an instant classic.
How to dress in Taylor Swift Midnights era outfits
When it comes to the looks from Midnights era, they span from glitzy blue midnight dresses and plenty of sparkles, mixed with vintage looks that evoke a sense of 70s retro. Combining these all together will be the ultimate Midnights tour outfit!
The Taylor Swift Midnights vibe: Honestly, Taylor's Midnights aesthetic is all over the place, but can be boiled down to: 70s vintage, starry night, retro, oranges, blues, lavender, clocks, and anything, and I mean anything that is bejeweled.
Inspired by her 70's glam looks in much of the material for the release of her album midnights, you can don some burnt orange and corduroy and fit in well! The top and fur jacket look similar to the starry dress Taylor wore out when she was promoting "Midnights". For a more casual "Midnights" look, you can wear this sheer celestial top as well. Check out some of these that also scream "Lavender Haze"!
Where're ya going? You going out tonight? ;)
You can find a corset similar to Taylor's from her "Bejeweled" music video!

Taylor Swift’s 12 Best Outfits from the 1989 World Tour
Decked out head-to-toe in all-black and all-sequin everything by Kaufman Franco (including matching microphone), Taylor even managed to look good with a golf club in Kanata in Ontario, Canada.
One of our all-time favorite looks from the tour so far, nothing says pop princess more than this bejeweled all-in-one number, paired with a trademark red lip.
Sporting another sparkling outfit in a shiny green jacket and purple skirt, it’s no wonder she needed sunglasses. The varsity detail on the jacket gives it a nice too-cool-for-school edge.
Swift shook it off in this green flapper-inspired, tasseled crop top and skirt that she wore during a performance in Montreal.
Swift looked fierce in a sharp long-line blazer with sequin detailing and black sparkly booties in Montreal.
Throughout her shows Swift has flaunted her long legs in an array of shiny skirts and jewel-encrusted crop tops, as pictured here in Dublin, Ireland.
Swift’s overall fun vibe on the tour has extended to her fashion choices. Not one to shy away from bold colors, she is pictured here performing in Philadelphia in a rainbow-colored sequin jacket.
Swift quite literally lit up the stage in Las Vegas, where she looked flirty and feminine in this summery pink skirt and matching top complete with L.E.D. lights and silver strappy heels.
Swift revealed her sultry side in this sexy, black, glittery outfit, pictured during a concert in Las Vegas.
In Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Swift made the stage her personal catwalk in black thigh-high boots and suspenders.
Singer or supermodel? Swift showcased her incredible figure in another all-black, killer combo.
In yet another crop top and skirt, it shows that as far as Swift is concerned, this combination will never go out of style.

Taylor Swift kicked off her 1989 tour in Tokyo yesterday, and from the get-go, it was obvious that her edgier, maybe-due-to-Calvin-Harris style wasn't taking a backseat to the tailored shorts and flat sneaks she wore on the Red tour last year.
To open things up, she picked a sparkly skater mini and a bra top with side cutouts (her glitter-covered boots are by Stuart Weitzman ). This fan group counted eleven different outfit switches, and while there were some more classically demure Taylor, others had the bombshell level cranked way up.

For one, she wore a sparkly catsuit similar to the one BFF Karlie Kloss showed off on the Victoria's Secret runway.

Her other sparkly pick was a short romper, worn with wings.

She paired thigh-high heeled boots with high-waisted shorts, connected by garterlike straps.

And from neck to toe, this all-leather look had a sexy dominatrix vibe that was hard to deny (especially paired with that cage-like contraption).

Taylor Swift Just Debuted New 1989 Outfits—See the Pics
It's a new era. The European leg of the much-lauded Eras Tour officially kicked off in Paris tonight, and Taylor Swift had plenty of newness up her sleeve. For starters, she added a section for her newest album, The Tortured Poets Department , during which she debuted a new all-white outfit. She began that part of the performance wearing a marching band coat complete with epaulets. She then shed that layer and revealed a white dress custom-made by Vivienne Westwood emblazoned with the lyrics, "I love you, it's ruining my life." The dress is made of recycled taffeta, and she completed the look with custom Christian Louboutin lace-up ankle boots.
During the Paris show, Swift also debuted a new fringe dress and black boots for the Fearless era, new tops and skirts for 1989 , and a new Midnights bodysuit by Zuhair Murad Couture. Phew! How does she continue to top herself every single concert? Scroll down to see the photos.
Taylor Swift's New 1989 Outfits
So far, Taylor Swift has debuted four new color combinations for her 1989 era, all designed by Roberto Cavalli with Christian Louboutin boots. On May 17, Swift revealed her latest look in Stockholm, Sweden. The yellow and blue represent the colors of Sweden's flag.

The best and most daring looks Taylor Swift wore during her original '1989' era
Taylor Swift's "1989 (Taylor's Version)" was released on Friday.
- The album's release comes exactly nine years after "1989" was originally released in 2014.
- Swift's "1989" era was defined by some of her most iconic looks to date.
Swift has re-recorded the album , which was originally released under Big Machine Records on the same date in 2014, as part of a bid to own all of her own music .
"My name is Taylor and I was born in 1989," Swift wrote in a social media post alongside the album art work and a longer, hand-written statement celebrating the album's release.
"I was born in 1989, reinvented for the first time in 2014, and a part of me was reclaimed in 2023 with the re-release of this album I love so dearly," she wrote in part of the statement.
The original album marked Swift's transition from country-pop to pop music.
The singer's style also changed during this time period. She debuted her short hair in 2014 , and that same year her wardrobe consisted of crop tops, sunglasses, and sparkly outfits with daring cut-outs.
As fans continue to recreate the star's best looks for her 2023 Eras concert film, it's likely that "1989" will serve as inspiration. Here are some of Swift's best looks from the original "1989" era, which lasted from the album's release in November 2014 until the end of her tour of the same name in December 2015.
In the video for "Blank Space," Swift wore a striped Stephanie Waldrip co-ord with her signature red lip and sunglasses.
Taylor Swift's "Blank Space" was the second single from the "1989" album, and the music video premiered two weeks after the album's release on November 10, 2014.
She wore a handful of iconic outfits in the video, including this striped Stephanie Waldrip co-ord paired with Linda Farrow sunglasses, InStyle reported at the time.
Swift became known for crop tops during this time. She paired a black crop top with a purple, high-wasted skirt, a green sequinned jacket, and white sunglasses while performing on tour.
Swift wore the ensemble during "Welcome to New York," the opening song of her 1989 world tour. The tour kicked off in Los Angeles in May 2015, according to ABC News , and she completed the final leg in Australia in November of that year, Daily Mail reported at the time.
Swift wore a sparkly black bra and matching shorts to perform at the Victoria's Secret fashion show in December 2014.
Swift wore the daring ensemble to perform alongside her then-close friend Karlie Kloss .
She also performed in a satin, pink nightgown at the same event, Insider's Samantha Grindell and Amanda Krause previously reported .
The musician made nine outfit changes during the tour, and one of her most glamorous looks was a sequinned, fringe leotard.
Her nine outfit changes during the 1989 tour, as reported by Daily Mail in May 2015, are nothing compared to how many looks she has worn during the 2023 Eras tour .
Swift has worn at least 16 different looks for the concert, drawing inspiration from the past 17 years of her career, Capital FM reported in July 2023.
Swift wore a Balmain jumpsuit with daring cutouts and a plunging neckline at the 2015 Billboard Music Awards.
Swift's jumpsuit was designed by Balmain, Glamour UK reported at the time. She rounded off the look with a black clutch bag and smokey eye makeup.
She went for a completely different look with dark curls and a vintage wardrobe in the "Wildest Dreams" music video.
The music video, starring Swift and Scott Eastwood, premiered in August 2015 and tells the story of a fictional actress who falls in love with her costar.
At the 2015 iHeartRadio Music Awards, Swift wore a sparkly minidress with side cut-outs.
The dress was designed by Kaufmanfranco and paired with Tamara Mellon heels, Us Weekly reported at the time.
Swift wore a teal Elie Saab gown with a dramatic skirt for the Grammy Awards in February 2015.
Swift's gown was designed by Elie Saab, Cosmopolitan reported in 2023. She took home three awards at the 2015 ceremony , winning record of the year, best pop solo performance, and song of the year for "Shake it Off," the lead single from "1989."

Every Single Outfit Taylor Swift Wore to Kick Off Her Eras Tour
John Shearer / Getty Images for TAS Rights Management
When Taylor Swift's highly anticipated Eras Tour kicked off in Glendale, Arizona (aptly changed to "Swift City" for the concert weekend), fans were treated to a journey through the singer-songwriter's extensive music history. In true Taylor fashion, though, this doesn't just mean a performance of her top hits. Taylor transported concert-goers back to her many “eras” through larger-than-life visuals, but more importantly, through every memorable fashion moment. During the first two nights of her 44-song concert, Taylor wears over 20 different looks, from custom Versace to Roberto Cavalli.
We're breaking down every outfit the singer has worn on her Eras tour thus far. Scroll on to see all of our favorite "Bejeweled" looks.
Kevin Mazur / Getty Images for TAS Rights Management
Night one of the tour began in Taylor’s Lover era, which can best be described through rainbows, pastels, and lots of glitter. Ms. Swift took the stage in a custom bejeweled bodysuit by Versace. The outfit nodded back to her Reputation tour days when Taylor would perform in embellished bodysuits and shiny pantyhose, but the pastel jeweling on this leotard gave it the ultimate Lover treatment.
Still in her Lover era, Taylor slipped into a bedazzled suit jacket from Versace to perform her hit song “The Man.” The coat matched perfectly with her Christian Louboutin silver knee-high heeled boots, which she donned during the performance.
For night two in ERAzona, Taylor started the night in a similar bodysuit, but this time with blue and gold jewel detailing, as opposed to the pink and blue colors she wore the first night. She also switched up her blazer for “The Man” and wore black pinstripes with hints of sparkle.
Following Lover , Taylor dove right into her Fearless era while wearing her “best dress,” a gold fringe Roberto Cavalli mini dress. Fans will remember seeing a similar version of this dress during the 2011 Fearless tour. Of course, this early-era look wouldn’t be complete without pairing it with her iconic crystal-encrusted acoustic guitar.
During Fearless night two, Taylor took a less literal approach to her 2011 look and instead opted for an ombre gold and silver midi dress, also by Roberto Cavalli.
Fans often joke that Taylor doesn’t share the same love for Evermore as she does for its sister, Folklore , but she set the record straight while performing five songs from the album while wearing this ethereal yellow number by Etro.
Taylor took a surprising jump into her Reputation era following a few tears shed during Evermore , but Swifties know to expect the unexpected. To perform “Ready For It?” she embodied her edgier side in a snake-embellished one-legged bodysuit.
Speak Now Swifties only got to hear one song from the singer’s third album, but the jaw-dropping ball gown that Taylor emerged in eased the pain. For her “Enchanted” performance, she chose a Nicole + Felicia gold ball gown that felt like the older sister to the gold Valentino gown she wore during the 2011 Speak Now Tour.
The next night, Taylor wore an equally as show-stopping pink ball gown from Zuhair Murad to perform during her Speak Now era.
Taylor might be 33 years old now, but she took us back to her Red era with a performance of “22,” which, by the way, is 10 years old. It’s fine, we’re fine. She embraced the iconic outfit from the “22” music video and performed in a shirt that read “A lot going on at the moment,” a subtle change from the “Not a lot going on at the moment” she wore in the original video.
For night two, she wore the same look, including Christian Louboutin loafers and a Gladys Tamez hat, but wore a tee that read, “Who’s Taylor Swift Anyway? Ew.”
Taylor continued the Red era by changing into a black and red sequin Ashish romper. She also added a sequin Ashish coat to the look while singing her ten-minute version of “All Too Well.”
Taylor entered her cottagecore era with Folklore , wearing a flowy purple Alberta Ferretti gown. Excuse us while we find an equally as elegant dupe from Free People to wear to our concert.
The next night, Taylor wore a similar airy gown from Alberta Ferretti during Folklore , but this time in an off white shade.

Taylor entered her 1989 era in style—sorry, we had to—wearing a matching Roberto Cavalli set. She matched the maroon two-piece with a pair of Christian Louboutin boots in the same shade.
On night two, Taylor kept the same style Roberto Cavalli set, but this time she wore it in a bright green shade, again with matching Christian Louboutin boots.
It’s not over yet. During her debut era, Taylor wore a Jessica Jones dress while singing an acoustic version of her first breakout song, "Tim McGraw."
To begin her Midnights set, Taylor wore a glittering Oscar de la Renta dress with an Oscar de la Renta faux fur coat, similar to the one she wore in her music video for “Lavender Haze.”
Taylor closed the three-hour show wearing a midnight blue Oscar de la Renta beaded bodysuit with matching Christian Louboutin heeled boots. The best part, though? She finished the look with a rainbow fringe coat. It’s not a want—it’s a need.

Inside Taylor Swift's 'Eras' tour wardrobe – from designer sketches to outfit details
The star performs a three-hour set in a series of striking bodysuits and ball gowns
Taylor Swift's record-breaking 'Eras' tour has now returned to Wembley for a further five nights, with the final show on 20 August closing the European leg of her tour. It's the second round of shows in London, with her previous batch seeing an an on-stage cameo appearance from her American footballer boyfriend, Travis Kelce.
The return comes after the three-hour show was forcibly cancelled in Vienna; Swift's three sold-out shows at the Ernst Happel Stadium were called off after the Austrian authorities arrested three suspects who were reportedly planning an attack on the concert. Swift has since announced five new support acts for her upcoming live shows in the capital; alongside Paramore, Raye, Suki Waterhouse, Maisie Peters, Sofia Isella and Holly Humberstone are all slated to appear.
The show, which previously travelled across America before heading off internationally, is split into different sections to represent each of Swift's albums, and naturally features a string of high-octane looks, with bespoke outfits for each era.
"The tour represents a very important moment in Taylor's career, because she conceived and built it as a journey through the different moments or, as the title suggests, the musical eras defining her career," explained Alberta Ferretti, one of the designers behind one of Swift's many on-stage ensembles. "I'm honoured that she asked me to design dresses for this special occasion. I have always been fascinated by women who constantly question and challenge themselves and Taylor, with her work, has demonstrated to be a multifaceted artist, able to constantly transform and evolve."
Each look was carefully considered and designed to reflect the feel of each album: a floaty lilac Alberta Ferretti gown and a ruffled orange Etro design for Folklore , for example, or a one-legged snake-motif Roberto Cavalli jumpsuit for Reputation. As the tour has progressed, Swift has debuted the occasional new piece at each destination, switching up the wardrobe slightly from venue to venue.
In the brief tour hiatus before the European leg, Swift released a new album – The Tortured Poets Department – which means that fans were treated to an expanded set list from those who saw earlier versions of the show, with new costumes to match. Having initially kicked off in Arizona in March 2023, the tour will finally conclude in Vancouver in December 2024.
Here, we chart some highlights from her impressive tour wardrobe, from designer sketches to up-close details:
Zuhair Murad
Swift unveiled a new Zuhair Murad look while on-stage at Wembley Stadium – her fourth variation of bodysuit by the Lebanese designer for the Midnights era section of the tour. The corseted design was decorated with beaded fringing, silver stars and a crescent moon.
Vivienne Westwood
The singer debuted a new custom Vivienne Westwood dress on her opening night in Milan.
The white taffeta corseted design was embellished with black crystals spelling out the lyrics, "Who’s afraid of little old me? You should be…", from her single, Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me? .
Tiffany & Co
For the London leg of her tour, Swift added an elegant piece of jewellery in the form of a Tiffany T Diamond Wire ring in 18k gold by Tiffany & Co , which she wore on the index finger of her right hand.
Swift took to the stage in Paris wearing this custom silver twill tailcoat with black crystal-embellished lapel by Vivienne Westwood, paired with a custom silver twill bustier and matching high-waisted briefs. She completed the look with a three-row orb choker in black agate.
The previous night, she wore the same Vivienne Westwood look but in gunmetal and black.
Roberto Cavalli
The singer also debuted this colourful two-piece set created by Roberto Cavalli creative director Fausto Puglisi, which she wore with mismatching boots.
The mini skirt and bustier were meticulously adorned with stones, sequins, and bejewelled crystals in varying colours, with ombré shading to add depth.
She also wore a yellow and orange version of the look.
Another bright Roberto Cavalli look came in the form of this floaty gown with a tiered skirt, which has been created in multiple colourways.
The chiffon dress features an ombré design in varying sunset colours, and a hemline that's shorter at the front and extends longer in the back.
Taylor Swift kicked off the European leg of her tour in a sparkling double-breasted Versace blazer, embellished with iridescent fuchsia crystals and accented with gold Medusa buttons. She paired the custom jacket with ombré Christian Louboutin boots – a bespoke version of the Eleonora Botta style – covered with thousands of glittering strass crystals.
Underneath the blazer she wore a crystal-embroidered Versace bodysuit with bustier boning structure, covered in paillettes in tones of orange with iridescent elements.
For the new Tortured Poets Department section, Swift debuted this custom corseted Vivienne Westwood dress. The design, created from recycled white taffeta, featured lyrics from her latest single, Fortnight : "I love you, it's ruining my life."
She styled the dress with a matching white military jacket with tasselled epaulettes, and lace-up Christian Louboutin ankle boots.
The singer also added a new Zuhair Murad couture bodysuit to her wardrobe rotation in Paris. The cut-out piece featured fringing and embroidery in varying shades of midnight blue.
Alberta Ferretti
The singer has worn numerous Alberta Ferretti designs throughout the tour so far, including this flowing yellow dress seen in Paris.
The custom tiered gown featured voluminous sleeves and delicate crystal and micro-beading embroidery.
Nicole + Felicia
In Singapore, Taylor Swift performed onstage in a voluminous lilac Nicole + Felicia ballgown, featuring a tiered tulle skirt that captured the light, thanks to its crystal-embellished finish.
Nicole + Felicia shared a glimpse into how the breathtaking dress was made in the brand's atelier, from the original sketch to the final product.

Taylor Swift Brought Out a New Look for the ‘1989’ Section of ‘The Eras Tour’
Taylor Swift is back on tour, ushering in a sea of Swifties analyzing everything, down to the colors of her outfits and what all of the changes mean for each section of the tour. Now we get to do that again during the European leg of the tour.
One of the biggest reveals of her Paris concert is that Swift has a new outfit for the 1989 part of her concert. The new look is a sparkly crop top with a sparkly skirt and matching sparkly Christian Louboutin boots. Previously the outfit was a Roberto Cavalli matching fringe bra and mini skirt. The new 1989 outfit brings us right back into that era of Swift’s life, as fans will remember she would wear those skirts often back in 2014.
The details of the outfit are fun: The top is an ombré pink, the skirt is an ombré turquoise color, and the shoes are mismatched, with one being the pink coloring and the other being the turquoise color. A user on X (formerly known as Twitter), joked “With all these changes, Taylor should rename it the Eras Tour (Europe’s Version) ” and they’re not wrong. She did open the Europe tour and say “time for change” in the eyes of fans.
With the new outfit came a change to the setlist as well. Swift, who recently released The Tortured Poets Department , added songs from the album to the tour. “But Daddy I Love Him,” “So High School,” “Who’s Afraid of Little Old Me?,” “Down Bad,” “Fortnight,” “The Smallest Man Who Ever Lived,” and “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” were all added to the set. And that means that other songs were cut.
But back to this new 1989 outfit
Many fans online pointed out that the change in the 1989 outfit does feel like the original tour looks that Swift was wearing at the time. During The 1989 Tour , Swift had a lot of cropped sparkly tops and sparkly skirts as part of her wardrobe!
@jessicagolich Omg I’m obsessed with the new 1989 fit!! ?? #new1989outfiterastourparis #erastourparisnight1 #erastourfrance #parisnight1 #pariststheerastour #swifties ♬ original sound – JessicaGolich
While her previous fringe top is also a staple of Swift’s wardrobe, this is a much more fitting look for that era of her concerts. Plus it is now another outfit I justwant to add to my wardrobe too!

Taylor Swift Wears 5 Blue Outfits Inspired by Her Album '1989' During Final Los Angeles Show on Eras Tour
The 12-time Grammy winner also announced her re-recorded album ‘1989 (Taylor’s Version),' out Oct. 27
Kevin Winter/TAS23/Getty
Taylor Swift is ready to throw it back to 1989 – and she’s doing it in style!
On Wednesday, the Grammy winner, 33, performed her sixth Los Angeles Eras Tour show at SoFi Stadium, where she announced her re-recorded album 1989 (Taylor’s Version) . The record will be released on Oct. 27 , nearly a decade after the original came out in 2014.
During the concert — her last in the U.S. until she returns in 2024 after the international leg of her tour — the Miss Americana star went out with a bang by debuting five blue outfits inspired by the colorways of 1989 , which houses hits like “Welcome to New York,” “Style,” and “Shake It Off.”
“Here we are on the last night of the U.S. leg of the Eras tour in the eighth month of the year on the ninth day. You might have noticed there are some new outfits in the show,” she said in a speech before officially unveiling the cover art and release date for 1989 (Taylor's Version) .
Read ahead for all the details on the newest additions to Swift’s tour wardrobe.
Shaking It Off in Fringe for Her 1989 Set
During her 1989 set, Swift danced in a cobalt blue bandeau top with spaghetti straps and a matching mini skirt. Both pieces were decked out in beaded fringe and metallic diamond-shaped paneling. She completed the get-up with glittery block heel ankle boots.
An Enchanting Blue Gown for Her Speak Now Set
Swift took the stage in a romantic custom Nicole + Felicia ballgown that looked like it could've been pulled right out out of a fairytale.
The icy blue confection featured intricate rays of silver, turquoise and navy sequins and beads going down the criss-cross neckline, bodice and voluminous skirt, which was also speckled with delicate three-dimensional floral appliqués.
The original gold version featured "over 200,000 sequins and crystals," as noted by the couture label on Instagram.
Blue Bohemian Vibes for Her Folklore Set
Swift debuted an ethereal Alberta Ferretti sky blue gown complete with gossamer cape sleeves that were decorated with a lace pattern and small rhinestones.

Swift threw on a teal dress over her sequined two-piece set to not only surprise fans with her new album, but to also perform "New Romantics" and "New Year's Day." The design featured pleated tiers, an asymmetrical hem and off-the-shoulder puff sleeves.
Bejeweled for Her Midnights set
During her last two nights in Los Angeles, Swift wore a custom Zuhair Murad Couture midnight blue beaded bodysuit with cut-out detailing on the bodice and reflective fringe.
She rounded out the ensemble with a Zuhair Murad Couture beaded garter over her fishnet stockings and knee-high boots with rhinestones.
The Eras Tour will pick back up in Mexico City beginning on Aug. 23.

She'll be in the continent until she wraps up at Wembley on August 20th (that's only four days away, people) – having completed shows in Munich, Warsaw and Vienna over the past few weeks. Swifties lucky enough to be attending this weekend, are you ready for it ? And more importantly – what are we wearing?
It's not as though we've had little time to prepare. Taylor's first The Eras Tour concert was held in March last year (!), but as is the case with holiday packing and festival outfit selection, we've left it to the last minute.
Last-minute outfit choice is abundant, of course. Particularly if you’re hoping to ditch the merch and curate an outfit inspired by your favourite Era. From the classics on Fearless – here's hoping we see a Love Story proposal – to all The Tortured Poet's Department songs, yes all 31 of them, every era is covered on Taylor’s killer set list . As such, which one to choose – and the best accompanying Eras Tour outfit – remains hot topic in the GLAMOUR office.
If you're a Speak Now girly like our resident Beauty Commerce Writer Denise Primbet , (Taylor's version, ofc.): look towards lilac rhinestones, beading and frills – bonus points for butterflies in undone hair. Denise attended the show which saw Taylor bring Ed Sheeran out on stage (!), on Thursday 15 August, and wore an ASOS DESIGN godet frill midi dress in lilac , and these adorable purple butterfly hair clips from Amazon.

Elsewhere, those taking inspo from the Fearless era should consider tassels and knee-high boots, or, shop a boho maxi dress and cardigan combo if you’re going after Folkore.
If you're a 1989 fan, baby blue is the colour of the moment – paired with denim and a cowboy hat – and you can put a grown-up spin on the Red era with a Reformation crop top you’re sure to wear throughout the summer.
Whatever your chosen era, our in-house Swifties have scoured the internet to find the very best last-minute Taylor Swift Eras Tour outfit. Just remember an arm-full of friendship bracelets to trade on the night.
Ahead, shop out full edit of last-minute Eras Tour outfits, by era.
The first section of the tour is Lover – an era which is signified by growth and comfort – and which sees Taylor kick things off in an iridescent purple custom Versace bodysuit . She pairs it with fishnet tights, a purple mic, and an equally glitzy pair of custom, studded Louboutin boots .

This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
This sequin-adorned co-ord from ASOS has Lover written all over it – not least because it does all the talking for you. The sequin boots are totally optional (I found some on ASOS Marketplace , if you're on board), but all you really need to finish the look is a pair of heart-shaped sunnies and Beauty Bay's Berries eyeshadow palette . Alongside the the winged liner and red lippie , it'll help you achieve a sweet, Taylor-approved makeup look.

2. Fearless
Fearless is, potentially, my favourite era – one where Taylor keeps hold of the sparkly boots but switches the bodysuit for a shimmery, metallic dress. Fringing is a huge theme across all of her eras, but it's the star of the show in her Fearless custom Roberto Cavalli dress – later traded for another fringed dress, but in silver.
ASOS Design's chain fringe belt will help you recreate the look without having to invest in a sequin fringed dress that you'll likely never wear again. Best worn over a white ruffle mini skirt – that you'll definitely be able to pair with bikinis on a summer holiday later this season. A sequin cami top would act as the perfect take on Taylor's Cavalli number, while a pair of gold cowboy boots nod to the era that cemented Taylor as a global superstar and style icon.

This one's easy. If the era of 22 and I Knew You Were Trouble is your favourite – the one in which Taylor revisits the "Not A Lot Going On At The Moment" T-Shirt from the "22" music video, and later, another shirt that says, “We Are Never Getting Back Together, Like Ever," – then a slogan tee or head-to-toe red is the vibe.
Etsy stocks a variety of Taylor Swift lyric T-shirts, while Taylor's-adored Reformation stocks a bardot knit red top which would absolutely be reworn with jeans throughout the summer. Red lipstick is a must with this Eras Tour outfit.

We've been loving Taylor for quite some time, time, time.
4. Speak Now
Taylor sings one singular song from the Speak Now era in her tour, much-adored Enchanted – and to do so, she has worn a bespoke Nicole + Felicia Couture gown , a Zuhair Murad Couture custom gown , an Ellie Saab Fall 2020 gown, and a gown also by Saab from the 2022 AW collection. All of which a resurgence, in many ways, of the Valentino gown she wore to sing the same song on her Speak Now tour.
Of course, similar levels of glitz might be a tad overboard for attending the concert yourself (no judgement, though) – so opting for purple, as well as butterfly motifs, is a good way to bring her iconic tulle cover to life. ASOS Design's frill mini dress plays into Gen-Z's current adoration of cottagecore , while the clip-in butterflies and More To Come's butterfly top add a playful injection to your Eras Tour outfit.

5. Reputation
Moody, grungy and dark is the vibe for Reputation girlies, and we're convinced this sequin mini dress by Topshop at ASOS is the perfect outfit from which to scream ‘ Don't Blame Me ,’ ‘ Delicate ,’ and ‘ Look What You Made Me Do ’ from the top of your lungs.
You'd be taking inspo from Taylor's own Reputation costume if you invest: she brings fierce energy in an asymmetrical black Roberto Cavalli bodysuit during this segment of the tour. Once again, adorned in sparkles.

6. Folkmore (“Folklore” and “Evermore” combined)
Beautiful boho vibes are the name of the game for those looking for Folkmore-inspired outfit ideas, with milkmaid dresses your best option for mirroring the muted purple Alberta Ferretti and Alberta Ferretti dresses Taylor wears for this section of the show. Think: fairytale, rustic and whimsical. Comfort is key, obvs, so pair your boho Motel Jati dress with a pair of Gigi Hadid -approved Adidas Gazelles.

Roberto Cavalli is, once again, behind the sequin two-piece that Taylor wears for the era of Blank Space , Shake It Off and Wildest Dreams . But while Taylor opts for magenta or bright green chunky fringe and sequins, we're convinced that taking inspiration from the New York views, girl squad hangouts and seagulls that depicted 1989 is the best route to go down with your outfit.
H&M's strap detail top would look epic paired with white jeans or denim shorts and cowgirl boots – and this cute fur-trimmed cowgirl hat can definitely be reworn at all those hen parties throughout the summer. Throw an open linen shirt over your Eras Tour outfit to fight the British weather.

Released on April 19, 2024, The Tortured Poets Department is the eleventh studio album by Taylor – and her latest. When it dropped earlier this year, it not only set new Spotify streaming records, but resurfaced Kardashian drama and kickstarted a new era for us to gain outfit inspo from.
On #SwiftTok, the TTPD aesthetic has been compared to everything from "greyscale clean girl" to “prep school dropout”, but the easiest – and most in-keeping – ways to mirror the vibe are by following “ office siren ” or “ dark academia ” aesthetics. Think: rose motifs, sleek blazers, tailored trousers, unbuttoned shirts and monochrome. Or, keep it simple with black jeans and this ”But Daddy, I Love Him" tee from Etsy.

9. Midnights
For the last – but not least – era on our outfit tour: Midnights. And in navy blue sequins, you'll look like you've stepped right out of Taylor's age of extravagance and reflection. Being in your Midnights era, after all, is thinking back to past versions of yourself (and wondering whether that's still you). You need to look bejewelled.
Taylor wears a custom Oscar De La Renta gown for this part of her tour, loose-fitting and studded in iridescent crystals – paired with a fur coat, also custom by Oscar De La Renta. She sheds layers as the era progresses, finally revealing a custom Oscar De La Renta bodysuit to perform Vigilante Sh*t . Topshop's navy disco sequin dress is reminiscent of Taylor's look, best paired with hair gems and silver accessories – like this epic shoulder bag from Topshop.

The singer channeled her 1989 era in a delicate blue Oscar de la Renta dress during the premiere of her Eras Tour movie in Los Angeles on Oct. 11. The "New Romantics" singer accessorized her red carpet look with a dazzling necklace, pale blue eye makeup, her signature red lip along and her 1989-era bob hairstyle (another nod to the release of her re-recorded version of the album out Oct. 27.)
Swift wasn't the only one whose red carpet appearance hit different, as hundreds of fans were at The Grove shopping center for the debut of her concert movie, which opens in theaters Oct. 12—one day earlier than previously announced.
Although Swift has recently been scoring headlines with her NFL outings in support of Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce , he didn't walk the red carpet with the 33-year-old and didn't appear to attend the movie premiere, which took place just one day before his team's home game against the Denver Broncos.
The football player has been clear about trying to protect their budding connection in light of their respective fame in sports and entertainment.

"What's real is that it is my personal life and I want to respect both of our lives," Travis said on his and brother Jason Kelce's New Heights podcast last month . "She's not in the media as much as I am doing this show every single week and having fun during the NFL season on other guys' shows."
He explained, "So everything moving forward, I think me talking about sports and saying, 'Alright, nah' will have to be where I keep it."

Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour, which has reportedly already sold $100 million in advance ticket sales, will show footage of the spectacle during its North American leg, which wrapped in August before she picks back up in Argentina in November.
"The Eras Tour has been the most meaningful, electric experience of my life so far," Swift wrote on Instagram in August, "and I'm overjoyed to tell you that it'll be coming to the big screen soon."
And for fans wanting to get in the true stadium spirit, she added, "Eras attire, friendship bracelets, singing and dancing encouraged."

Taylor Swift graced the burgundy carpet at the Taylor Swift: The Eras Tour world premiere last night (Wednesday 11 October), in a floor-length baby blue Oscar de la Renta gown.
The halter neck dress featured bold floral details , including huge appliqué flowers, which Swift paired with stiletto heels in the same colour.
The event took place at MC The Grove 14 in Los Angeles , as stars including Beyonce and Julia Garner gathered to mark the launch of the singer’s concert film, directed by Sam Wrench.
Taylor’s look showcased her love for mixing up fun, sophisticated and never-dull outfits. But if you think back to when the 33-year-old first walked a red carpet as an emerging artist in 2007, it’s easy to see how much her style has evolved over the years since crossing over into mainstream pop.
Here’s how Swift’s red carpet looks have gone from strength to strength…
2007 American Music Awards
Swift made her first appearance at the American Music Awards in 2007. Arriving at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, the fledgling star wore a mid-thigh-length black halter neck dress, with a pleated skater style skirt and embellishment detailing down the middle and around the waist, paired with black cowboy boots.
50th Grammy Awards in 2008
Still styling her hair to the side with curly lengths, Swift upped the glam factor in 2008 at the 50th Grammy Awards in Los Angeles. This time, the singer wore a lilac satin floor-length corset gown, with an organza skirt featuring petaled detailing.
2012 ACM Awards
The 47th annual Academy of Country Music Awards in 2012, which took place in Las Vegas, saw Swift grace the carpet in a bright white floor-length gown, with metallic gold detailing and cut-outs at the sides. The curls and side parting were replaced by loose lengths and a statement fringe.
2014 Capital Jingle Bell Ball
Swift attended the 2014 Capital Jingle Bell Ball at the O2 Arena, London, loud and proud with a no ‘do – a shoulder-length inverted bob. Sporting a multi-coloured, patterned mini dress, paired with black peep toe platform heels, her look was fun, bold and fabulous.
2015 Brit Awards
Scooping her first Brit award – for Best International Female Solo Artist – the songwriter wowed in 2015 in a high neck black grown, complete with a trail and red dragon design wrapped around her body.
2019 Time 100 Gala
Swift went for a bohemian look at the Time 100 Gala in 2019, in a salmon-pink strapless flowy maxi dress, with yellow panelling and flower embroidery details. She paired it with detached balloon sleeves and a delicate flower detail headband.
2019 Billboard Music Awards
Held at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Swift attended the 2019 Billboard Music Awards in a mini lilac dress, with frill details aplenty. It also featured lace detailing on the chest and long sleeves. She wore it with beige barely-there heels, still rocking her bangs.
2022 MTV Video Music Awards
Swift’s look for the 2022 MTV Awards red carpet brought the glitz and a racy edge. The star wore a see-through and heavily embellished camouflage halter neck mini dress, with low thin straps – paired with a deep red lip and small drop silver earrings to match.
2023 MTV Video Music Awards
Before taking home the top prize at the 2023 MTV Video Music Awards, for her Anti-Hero music video, Swift made a sophisticated statement in a floor-length black halter dress, complete with button detailing and a thigh split. She paired it with a collection of necklaces and strappy stiletto heels.
21 Best Taylor Swift Halloween Costume Ideas for Every Era
W hen Taylor Swift first embarked on her Eras tour, the songstress revived her most iconic looks onstage, with Swifties everywhere following suit. That included the sparkly dresses reminiscent of Fearless to the edgy black jumpsuits with snake accessories belonging to Reputation .
The tour reminded everyone that there's no shortage of looks to emulate. So, while there are plenty of great costumes for women to try this year, if you're a Swiftie, it's prime time to channel your inner Taylor with a homemade Halloween costume paying homage to the singer. Replicate anything from her tour looks, like the Versace bodysuit, to album aesthetics, such as cottagecore Folklore and Evermore .
First things first, think about which of Taylor's eras speaks to you most. Then, look to one of these best Taylor Swift Halloween costume ideas that you can easily DIY. If you really want to go all out, grab some friends for a group costume that shows off more than one moment from Taylor's iconic career, or try a Taylor and Travis Kelce-inspired couples' costume .
Want more country-style Halloween ideas? Try one of these Shania Twain or Beth Dutton costumes.
Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce Couples Halloween Costume
Couple up and cosplay as Taylor and her beau, Travis Kelce, who have been making headlines ever since their first IRL sighting together. Copy Taylor's biker-inspired Coachella outfit, including her viral pleated skirt.
Complete the pairing by decking your companion out with Travis's much more casual look that includes Converse sneakers, striped pants and an iconic Happy Gilmore hat.
2024 VMA's Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Taylor's tartan-inspired look for the MTV Video Music Awards made headlines, and not just because of how bold it was. Fans took to social media after seeing the yellow and black outfit (with leather gloves and boots!) with their theories that the singer's next "Taylor's Version" album would be the re-recording of Reputation . Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. But the outfit is definitely her most memorable of the year so far, and you can recreate it either by going true to the style with a bustier or more low-key with a flannel in the same pattern .
Taylor Swift Kansas City Halloween Costume
When Taylor walked in for the the Kansas City Chief's first game of the season wearing this denim set, there was no doubt that this was going to be one of the best popular culture costumes of the year. It's technically vintage Versace, but, of course, you can easily recreate the look for less.
2024 Grammys Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
On this night, Taylor broke the record for the most Album of the Year wins. She accepted her award wearing a watch choker that nodded to the winning album, Midnights , while her black-and-white ensemble alluded to her latest release, The Tortured Poets Department , which she surprisingly announced onstage.
"22" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
We don't know about you, but the "22" music video outfit is one of Taylor's penultimate looks, and it takes just a handful of items to emulate. This shirt on Amazon has you covered, or get a plain white tee and add stick-on letters yourself. A black fedora and a pair of heart-shaped glasses top it off to make it instantly recognizable.
"Shake It Off" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Put some pep into your costume by tapping the cheerleading sequence of Taylor's "Shake It Off" music video. It only takes a few simple pieces, including this uniform set that already has "TS" initials printed on it. A pair of white sneakers finish off the look.
"The Man" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
If you mean all business for Halloween, tug on a power suit and channel Taylor's performance 'fit for "The Man." All it takes is a glitter-y blazer dress and sparkly boots to match. Opt for a silver or a black ensemble, as the singer switches between either on tour.
"Lavender Haze" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Midnights marks Taylor's tenth studio album and manifested themes of ethereal purples , including this fluffy statement coat from Free People . While the original shaggy coat is sold out, shop a similar version on Amazon. Make the whole place shimmer by adorning a pink and purple sequined dress underneath.
Debut Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Taylor's self-titled debut album is one of the two remaining from her discography she has yet to re-record. And once she does, there will no doubt be a resurgence of cowboy-themed looks. Step into these embroidered boots that nod to the singer's early cover art, and pair it with this frilly dress, a signature outfit combo from her "Teardrops on My Guitar" days.
"Mirrorball" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Swifties think this AMA red carpet dress is "Mirrorball" coded. To achieve the futuristic vibe, style a metallic rhinestoned dress with equally shiny accessories.
Midnights Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Close out Halloween festivities with the look Taylor wore during the finale of the Eras tour. Tap midnight blue hues and incorporate tons of beaded details like a matching rhinestone garter. Pull the bejeweled look together with a pink tinsel coat.
Fearless Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
We don't know how it gets better than this... Nothing screams classic Taylor more than her Fearless era. Curl your hair to match her signature spirals and paint a lucky "13" onto your hand, then grab this Amazon dress that matches the energy to a T. A pair of cowboy boots pulls it together easily.
Speak Now Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Ahead of Speak Now (Taylor's Version) , there's no better time to honor the tour's most iconic look. Nearly identical to the wedding-crashing ensemble, this halter dress in royal purple is uncanny. A red lip , a ponytail and a guitar tie it all together.
"You Belong With Me" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
If you want to create your own costume, go the route of the songstress's canon looks. Write out "Junior Jewels" in fabric markers as a callback to the music video's camp tee, and tote a notebook for extra measure.
Evermore Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Consider this your Evermore starter pack: Think braids, flannels and peacoats galore. As the "sister album" to Folklore , a distinct woodsy element fits the brand. The “Willow” music video's witchy capes and storybook aesthetic conjure up more inspiration, too.
"You Need to Calm Down" Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Falling into the Lover dreamscape, the era married hues of pastel pinks and blues. Though Taylor never got to tour the 2019 album, a myriad of bold music video looks made up for it. She wears a faux fur fuchsia coat with vintage accessories in the “You Need to Calm Down” music video.
Folklore Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Give Folklore with images of beige and brown, stripes and plaid, smock-style dresses and of course, cardigans. It's especially fitting for Halloween with its autumn-inspired cottage-core theme. The original cardigan is no longer available on her merch site, but this Amazon version comes pretty close.
Red (Taylor's Version) Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
The Red re-recordings swiftly detour into nostalgia fueled by a never-before-heard 10-minute version of "All Too Well." A trench coat and tweed hat tap the autumnal spirit captured in the album cover. It wouldn't be complete without a certain red accessory...
Reputation Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
Slither into the Reputation era with a costume that channels Taylor's edgiest ensembles. All-black clothing is the common thread with undertones of snake motifs. You can replicate the aesthetic with minimal effort thanks to an oversized black hoodie and reptilian accessories.
Taylor's Version Halloween Costume
Honored as "Artist of the Decade" at the 2019 AMAs, Taylor made a powerful statement that hinted at her plan to re-record her song catalog. Easily pay homage to the moment by wearing a simple button-down and stamping the titles of her first six albums with lettered stencils and fabric paint.
1989 Taylor Swift Halloween Costume
It's the era of hits like "Style" and "Shake It Off" when Taylor hit her full-fledged pop stride with several guest performers in tow. During her 1989 tour, she wore a series of multi-colored sequin jackets over a sparkly black bustier, plus metallic skater skirts indicative of the times.

Since her debut at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2008, Taylor Swift has become a staple of the awards show. She’s earned a staggering 60 nominations, ultimately taking home 23 Moon Men over the years — just two short of Beyoncé, who currently has the most VMAs with 25 wins. Her red carpet appearances have evolved alongside her musical stylings, starting with a youthful knee-length dress in 2008, and progressing to bolder, avant-garde looks by the likes of Versace.

Here, WWD takes a look at Taylor Swift’s style evolution on the MTV VMAs red carpet over the past 16 years.
In 2008, during her first MTV VMA appearance, Swift wore an off-white minidress from Kaufmanfranco that subtly picked up the red carpet’s hue, reflecting a delicate blush tone on the pleated skirt. She paired the dress with shiny, silver heeled sandals.
The 2009 MTV VMAs are remembered for Kanye West’s interruption during Taylor Swift’s acceptance speech for Best Female Video. Swift was wearing this one-shoulder gown from Kaufmanfranco’s 2009 resort line, featuring waves of beads cascading down the full-length dress during the infamous moment as well. She completed the look with Lorraine Schwartz earrings.
Swift took a break from the VMAs red carpet for a few years following the 2009 incident with West. When she returned three years later, she did so with a complete style change, wearing a structured, all-white J. Mendel suit from the Spring 2012 collection. She completed the look with strappy gold sandals and her signature red lip.
Swift continued to channel vintage Femme Fatale vibes with her 2013 VMAs look, a form-fitting black crystalized gown featuring a plunging neckline by Herve Leger, complementing the vintage-inspired, dramatic aesthetics of her “Red” era.
Taylor Swift’s blue alphabet-printed romper by Mary Katrantzou at the 2014 VMAs captured the bold, pop-centric essence of her Jack Antonoff-produced “1989” album. The powder blue romper featured long sleeves, a high-cut style and was paired with maroon peep-toe booties. As Sarah Chapelle noted, “The ‘1989’ transformation was a fun period of time to be tracking her clothing as she took to the streets of New York in coordinating two-pieces and teetering tall heels.”
In the midst of her “Lover” era, Swift opted for a colorful ensemble courtesy of Versace. The bright, patterned blazer featured neon belts and safety pins, the latter of which her fan base interpreted as a symbol of protest against the Trump administration. During her performance of “You Need to Calm Down,” Swift added a matching indigo Versace blazer and gold Louboutin boots.
At the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, Swift shone in a crystal-embellished Oscar de la Renta dress from the brand’s resort 2023 collection. The halter-neck silhouette featured cascading crystals that created a cutout in the bodice. She once again paired the look with Lorraine Schwartz jewelry and Louboutin silver sandals adorned with charms.
Following the release of “Midnights” and the first leg of her Eras tour, Swift wore a custom black Versace dress. The gown featured an asymmetrical neckline with button detailing cascading along the skirt, left unfastened to reveal a thigh-high slit. She completed the look with strappy heels from Jimmy Choo at the 2023 VMAs.
Swift arrived to the 2024 MTV VMAs wearing Dior resort 2025 with multiple straps incorporated into her gloves.
The 2024 MTV VMAs featured performances by artists like Anitta, Camila Cabello, Eminem, Halsey and Lenny Kravitz.
