The Abu Dhabi City Tour is a comprehensive tour of the key sights of the city. As the UAE’s capital, there are many great stories to be shared about the history and heritage of what once was a tiny settlement many millennia ago, today transformed into a bustling metropolis with a population of over 1.5 million people.

This is a full day tour which takes you across the entire city, stopping off at its most iconic landmarks and driving through picturesque spaces. Starting with a pickup from your hotel or residence, the first stage of your tour will take you past Yas Island, home to the Yas Marina F1 Circuit, Ferrari World and Yas Mall. Yas Island is a hub for sport, entertainment and family adventure, and is worth a second visit.

A drive along Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed street then takes the tour to Louvre Abu Dhabi, a groundbreaking project in the home of UAE culture - Saadiyat Island. Admission to Louvre Abu Dhabi is included as part of your tour, allowing you to delve into the crossroads of culture that can be found in this phenomenal museum.

From Louvre Abu Dhabi, the corniche road takes you to Emirates Palace. Acting as both a 5 star hotel and major city landmark, this palatial hotel is home to the Gold Cappuccino. On your tour, we’ll take you inside Emirates Palace for a photo opportunity, and a Gold Cappuccino of your own. This is definitely an experience for Instagram!

Across the road, you’ll head to the 48th floor of Etihad Towers, where the observation deck provides panoramic views across Abu Dhabi. There will be an opportunity for a slice of cake and a choice of tea or coffee here.

Completing our tour of the Corniche area is a visit to Qasr al Watan, a picturesque museum that tells the story of the United Arab Emirates with a spirited charm. The Qasr is home to a breathtaking library, showcasing the role of education in the development of the nation. Please note, Qasr al Watan is sometimes used to host Presidential Events at short notice – in such circumstances, the tour will replace the visit to Qasr al Watan with Qasr al Hosn, a fortified palace with historical significance in the city.

As the tour says goodbye to the Corniche area, we take a picturesque drive through Al Bateen which is home to a beautiful beach and tranquil blue waters. All roads then lead to the jewel in the crown of the Abu Dhabi City Tour – the Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque. The Grand Mosque is a key place of worship for Muslims across the region, and acts as a symbol of the religion’s prominent role in Emirati society.

If the event of Qasr al Watan closures, this stop of the tour will be replaced by a visit to the equally incredible Qasr al Hosn, an old fort and the oldest stone building in Abu Dhabi

The 28-year-old comedian was slated to perform two sets at Indiana University's Auditorium in Bloomington, Indiana, on May 29 but pulled out at the last second due to an "unexpected medical emergency," per a post on the venue's official Instagram page .

Rife later apologized to his fans on social media, writing that he was “so f---ing sorry.”

“Due to a last minute medical emergency, I have to reschedule our shows tonight (again),” he wrote on Instagram Stories and X (formerly Twitter) . “I’ve been doing 40+ shows a month for a year and half and never had to do something like this.”

He concluded, “I hope you understand and I love you so much.”

In a follow-up to his X post , Rife told attendees that refunds would be issued for the two shows. “Working on it now,” he assured. “Sorry again.”

The venue also confirmed on Instagram that refunds would be “reflected within 30 days.”

An email received by ticket buyers from venues revealed that "due to immediate health concerns," Rife would also need to postpone his upcoming dates in Chicago and Nashville.

"On the way to a recent show in Indiana, Matt experienced extreme exhaustion symptoms and nearly fainted heading to the venue," the email reads. "Matt is currently under advisement from his medical team to take immediate time off from touring for two weeks."

The message assured that "future dates will not be affected," and the comedian will resume his tour on June 12 in Memphis. The Chicago Theater shows were moved to December 26, 27, 29 and 30, while the new dates for the Ryman Auditorium performances are pending. If fans are unable to attend the rescheduled stops, the email offers refunds "at point of purchase."

Rife is currently on a stand-up comedy tour that will take him around North America and Europe with one stop in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. His ProbleMATTic tour was set to end with two November dates in Oxon Hill, Maryland. 

In April, Deadline reported that the former Wild ‘n Out star signed a two-special deal with Netflix following the success of his first special on the platform, Natural Selection . Additionally, Rife received a development deal for a gym/workplace comedy series he will write and star in. 

He previously found success with his three self-produced comedy specials, Only Fans (2021), Matthew Steven Rife (2023) and Red Flag (2023). As an actor, he has taken roles in several independent films and guest-starred in a 2019 episode of Brooklyn Nine-Nine , as well as a 2020 episode of Fresh Off the Boat . 

The star also previously made headlines for his past romance with actress Kate Beckinsale , which began with June 2017 photos of the pair kissing in West Hollywood outside Villa Lounge restaurant. By March 2019, the couple had split, and Beckinsale, 50, began a brief romance with Pete Davidson .

Rife was most recently linked to Jessica Lord .
