Visit Villa Virtually

Description.

Villa Maria College is pleased to offer Virtual Admissions Visits to interested high school students and college transfers! Pick a date and time that works for you and an Admissions Counselor will send you a link to join our Virtual Visit! 

Visits are personal and will include a chat about your programs of interest, Q&A about the college, a virtual campus tour, help completing an application, and whatever else YOU want to learn about.

Do you prefer an in-person visit!? Us too! We are happy to offer in-person campus visits in addition to our virtual option! If you'd rather an in-person admissions visit, sign up here or return to the Visit page on our website.

Questions & Answers

Yes! Respond to our confirmation email with your preference and we'll update the meeting link to Zoom. 

Yes! Email [email protected] and say "I'm interested in a virtual visit on X day and X time" and someone from our team will reach out to schedule it with you. 

We've blocked off half hour time slots for visits, but if we're on a roll we can take as long as you like! 

Sure! Respond to our confirmation email that you'd like a Financial Aid Counselor at the Virtual Visit and we'll be sure one joins.

Since Mari de Villa has begun, our mission has been to care for the seniors of the St. Louis Region. Over the past 60 years, we had adapted our operation to continue to provide the highest level of care for existing and future guests. In an effort to keep you safe, please find below our options of virtual tours for both the All Inclusive Skilled Nursing and Independent Living Villas option, as well as some of our common areas.

While we would love to have you as a guest and visit in person, please know that we also want to do everything possible to keep you safe as well. If there is an option that you are interested in, please let us know! We would be more than happy to answer any questions, and when the time is right, to give you a tour throughout our facility.

Applying to Villa Maria Academy Lower School

Villa Maria Academy Lower School is accepting applications for the 2023-2024 school year. It is our goal to make your experience easy and enjoyable as we work together to get to know your family through the admissions process.

Please know that the admissions processes is unique to your family. Additionally, our admissions team evaluates all applications on a first-come, first-served basis until space in the grade is filled.

Step 1: Inquire

• Inquire about the process by clicking here

Step 2: Submit your Application

• Applicants can Apply online here. A $75 application fee is due at the time of submission.
• Applications are accepted on a rolling basis. The admissions process is unique for each family.
• We encourage you to contact the  Admissions Office with any questions.

Step 3: Visit with Admissions Office

• Please contact us to schedule a parent visit with our Admissions Office. During the visit, we will discuss your educational and personal goals, learn more about your daughter and answer your questions and tour the academy.  We look forward to meeting you and your family!

Step 4: Release of Records from Current School

• Transcripts, report cards, and teacher recommendations  (Grades 1-8), are insightful tools to help our Admissions team learn more about your daughter’s academic journey and accomplishments. Please send all forms to teachers or administrators in a timely manner to insure their return to Villa.
• Release of Records Form – (Required for Grades 1-8 only) Required records include attendance history, standardized test results and psycho-educational testing (ie:504, IEP, GIEP ect) if applicable.

Step 5: Submit Financial Aid Application (if Applicable)

• Please contact the Admissions Office to talk about the options available for tuition payment.
• Please visit FACTS to complete the Financial Aid application  and submit all required materials.
• Visit our Tuition and Financial Aid  page for more information.

Step 6: Review of Completed Applicant Files

• The Admissions Team will review applications on an individual basis as the applicant file is completed.
• Please check your online application status or contact our Admissions Office with any questions.

Step 7: Await Decision from Admissions Committee

• After submission of the completed application and receipt of records, uur Admissions team will notify families within two weeks of the decision of the Admissions Committee.

Step 8: Confirm Plans to Become a Villa Family

• Our Admissions team will send you an enrollment packet. Our Admissions team will walk you through the steps it takes to complete this process.
