He was very flexible with any changes we wanted to make in the planning stage. He was extremely accessible no matter what time of day and arranged all tours and transportation logistics (planes, trains, and automobiles!) over the 10 days we were in Germany. We couldn't have been happier with our time there or his references, and were truly amazed by the incredible range of experiences we had over the course of our travels from north to south. We took the most amazing trip to Norway to see the Northern Lights. I reached out to Zicasso, who put me in touch with our travel partner and their wonderful travel agent. She put together several options for the trip and we were able to choose the ones that best fit our family’s interests. Once everything was decided, she went to work doing everything. All the bookings, connections, transportation, etc. were handled and I didn't have to worry about any of it. Before the trip, she confirmed all of the details and included everything on an amazing travel app that we used while we were on the trip. I can't say enough about what an amazing experience we had on our trip and working with Zicasso and our tour operator. I have used both companies before and have never been disappointed.
