Stuart Mulvey was the most patient and personable cruise expert. He took us through all our options without any pressure to book during the calls we made. He also gave us some good tips on the ship we eventually booked as he had recently sailed on her. Tacos here we come!

Cruise Bookings

We have made a number of cruise bookings through Iglu and have generally found the process fairly clear and easy. There is also generally a small discount on the cruise provider's price.

Since last Friday, when booking made, immediately informed Iglu when discovered date was incorrect. Thought this would be ok when the amended booking was received? NOT SO! I cannot access my booking on virgin app, even though virgin confirm there is a booking. Cannot book seats on plane, even though ive added passports etc. Despite numerous calls and emails to both parties, during the week, I am no further forward into getting this resolved. This will be our first ever cruise to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary. I have been on the phone about an hour now to Iglu, stress is so bad I nearly passed out :-(

Bridgetown (Barbados)

Bridgetown is the capital and largest city of the nation of Barbados. The Bridgetown port, found along Carlisle Bay lies on the southwestern coast of the island. Bridgetown is a major West Indies tourist destination, and the city acts as an important financial, informatics, convention centre, and cruise ship port of call in the Caribbean region. Bridgetown´s centre was originally composed of a swamp, which was quickly drained and filled-in to make way for the city´s early development. At the heart of Bridgetown is the Careenage and Constitution River.This body of water provides the city with direct access from medium sized yachts or small craft boats. Although moderately shallow, the Careenage slices Bridgetown into two parts. During the rainy season the Constitution River flows into the Careenage area and acts as an outflow for water from the islands interior storm drainage network. Flowing into the Carlisle Bay on the southwest coast of the island, the Careenage can be observed as a marina for boaters entering or exiting the inner basin located directly in front of the Parliament buildings of Barbados. In the centre lies the main street of Bridgetown which is Broad Street which runs directly through the centre of the city. Broad Street passes the Parliament Buildings and serves as the centre of city´s shopping area.

Santa Lucia (Castries)

Volcanic island, located at the south east of the Caribbean. Surrounded by hills, its large, safe harbor at the head of a wide bay is a constant hive of activity. Castries is a major port of call for cruise ships, that dock at Pointe Seraphine. The islands population is around 140.000, the mayority are catholic africans. The oficial language is english although they also speak a french dialect (french patois). the capital and principal port is Castries. Its economy is based on agriculture, some industry and a growing tourism, and has good internal communications networks and airports. The island was discovered by the Spanish in 1500 and in 1660 a permanent French colonywas established, its control was contested between French and English until 1814 passed into British hands. The island gained independence within the Commonwealth in 1979.

Martinique (Fort de France)

Nowadays, Fort-de-France is the capital of Martinique which is located in the clear blue waters of the Caribbean with a background of green mountains... It is picturesque city, with it's french side very pronunced, ideal to go gift shopping, or going for lunch to a terrace of a small cafe. There is also a Central Park, with the gardens full of flowers and fountains, he historic Fort of St. Luis, the Cathedral and the Library. In the island you can find buildings such as the Paul Gaugin Memorial, the Museum of the Empress Josephine, Napoleons wife and the Museum of Art of Shells. The tourists that are hiking fans can climb the Bare Mountain.

St. Kitts (Basseterre)

Basse Terre is the Capital city of Guadeloupe, an overseas region and department of France located in the Lesser Antilles.The city of Basse-Terre is located on Basse Terre Island, the western half of Guadeloupe. Although it is the administrative capital of Guadeloupe, Basse-Terre is only the second largest city in Guadeloupe. ContentsBasse Terre lies at a transitional point between a tropical rainforest climate and a tropical monsoon climate.In town is the Cathedralof Saint Pierre et Saint Paul, a 19th century building which has a notable grey stone highlighted by white statues; many other colonial buildings; La place du Champ d´Arbaud, the main square and Le Jardin Pichon, the park adjoining to the south & the Zoological and Botanical Park lies on a 1,500 foot hilltop garden on the banks of La Rivière-aux-Herbes. This is a reserve of the plants and animals of Guadeloupe.

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria

Las Palmas de Gran Canaria is one of the largest cities in Spain, and is the largest city in the Canary Islands The Port of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria receives ships from all over the world. As a beach town, Las Palmas is specially popular for ocean-side activities. Catch a wave, grab your snorkel, or just soak up some sun. The south of the island is hot, dry, relatively arid and home to brash new resorts such as Playa del Inglés. The north and centre of the island is cooler, wetter, and retains more of a Spanish colonial atmosphere. The dramatic lush interior features spectacular volcanic peaks. The capital of Las Palmas functions as a bustling cosmopolitan city and a popular seaside. Those arriving by cruise ship can appreciate the island´s spectacular setting between two bays as they sail into the biggest port in Spanish territory. Most of the island´s top sights are in the north, situated within 30 minutes or so of Las Palmas. However, Las Palmas itself has a variety of first-class attractions plus an excellent golden beach, Playa de las Canteras, which is a 15-minute walk from the cruise terminal (as is the city centre).

La Coruna (Spain)

A Coruña; known as Corunna in English is a city and municipality of Galicia. It is the second-largest city in the autonomous community. The city is the provincial capital of the province of the same name A Coruña is a busy port located on a promontory in the entrance of an estuary in a large gulf on the Atlantic Ocean. The city is the site of the Roman Tower of Hercules, a lighthouse which has been in continuous operation since possibly the 2nd century AD. It has been declared by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site. It is surrounded by a large public park with a golf course and a former Muslim cemetery. The city is also well known for its characteristic

We have booked with Iglucruise because they're good.

We have booked with Iglucruise previously so had no hesitation to do so again as all previous bookings have been excellent. Our cruise advisor this time was Madeline. She did an exceptional job. She dealt with the details most professionaly but with a feel good factor and some humour. It is a holiday booking after all. We'll done to her.

Above and geyond

Helen always goes above and beyond what she needs to do. Nothing is too much trouble to help me get the best cabin available in the right part of the ship. She always knows what my likes and dislikes are. It’s an absolute pleasure to deal with such a knowledgeable person.

Fly and Cruise with Iglu

Just booked a Fly and Cruise with Iglu. The experience was exceptional. As my wife was needing Special Assistance throughout this holiday, Emily took me through all options. From flight times, hotel stopovers, cruise options, arranging taxis and arranging additional hotel stays before and after cruise. She certainly made the experience easier. Excellent customer service

Stuart Mulvey was the most patient and personable cruise expert. He took us through all our options without any pressure to book during the calls we made. He also gave us some good tips on the ship we eventually booked as he had recently sailed on her. Tacos here we come!

Cruise package required.

Cruise Bookings

We have made a number of cruise bookings through Iglu and have generally found the process fairly clear and easy. There is also generally a small discount on the cruise provider's price.

Since last Friday, when booking made, immediately informed Iglu when discovered date was incorrect. Thought this would be ok when the amended booking was received? NOT SO! I cannot access my booking on virgin app, even though virgin confirm there is a booking. Cannot book seats on plane, even though ive added passports etc. Despite numerous calls and emails to both parties, during the week, I am no further forward into getting this resolved. This will be our first ever cruise to celebrate a special Wedding Anniversary. I have been on the phone about an hour now to Iglu, stress is so bad I nearly passed out :-(

What we were quoted was what we got. All call handlers were very thorough and answered all queries. Grace who we booked with had personal experience of the ship and was able to give first hand tips.

Simple and Straightforward

Knowledgeable and helpful customer service operator. Gave guidance and suggestions without being pushy. Explained process clearly and confirmed by email. Gave me time to consider options then called back at agreed time.

Never used a third party booking site before . The advisor verity was most helpful and found me the exact deal on a p&O cruise . She had the answer to all of my questions and was very knowledgeable. I have a friend looking for a cruise and I will be recommending iglu to her .
