Phillip Island has an abundance of things to do whilst enjoying your holiday at Beach Park. Phillip Island has some really exhilarating walks with kilometres of beaches around the island. From Woolamai you can walk the circuit which is along the clifftops and headland where you have 360 degree views over the island, also a viewing platform to look out over the Pinnacles of pink granite. The Nobbies have a boardwalk which weaves around the escarpment.

Penguin Parade is a nightly, much loved attraction. San Remo also have a Pelican Parade daily, where you can see them being fed fish.

Beach Park is a popular holiday park and is situated on a north facing bay beach, ju st 800 meters from Cowes township.

The park features 50 large grassed tourist sites for caravans and tents, also drive through paved sites for easy maneuverability.

Large shade trees compliment the park like setting which is a haven for a wide selection of birds and wildlife.

The size and layout of the park is convenient for all; 2 amenities blocks, one with full size bath and a separate baby/toddlers bathroom.

A large B.B.Q barn/camp kitchen and a second B.B.Q next to the pool.

Our heated pool operates from the 1st of September through to the 1st of may.

The pool,beach, playground, and recreation/function room provide plenty of space for activities.

Right on the water. Great facilities for families with a kitchen, BBQ and pizza oven. Quite modern with new features being added.

Staff was really nice and helpful. There was a spider in our room and we were scared of it and she took care of it for us.

Our self contained cabin was lovely and it was so clean and tidy. The kitchen/dining area was spacious, comfortable and well appointed. The beds were clean and also very comfortable. The location was excellent right on the beach and only a minute or two from Cowes. Staff were so welcoming and friendly. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

Location excellent. Perfect fir us. I found the staff extremely helpful as my car wasn’t starting each day and we eventually tracked it down to I a key battery failure.

Clean, neat little cabin perfect for our family. Loved the four-bunk room - it felt like a tiny house! Location was also perfect.

Perfect location, friendly helpful staff and the cabin was above and beyond what we expected. Easy access to the high street with a ton of cute restaurants, easy access to the penguin parade. We had an amazing stay - highly recommend.

Located 3 minutes’ walk from Cowes Beach, Cowes Foreshore Tourist Park features accommodations with a kitchenette, flat-screen TV and DVD player. Cowes Foreshore Tourist Park is less than 10 minutes’ drive from Phillip Island Wildlife Park, F Oswin Robert Koala Reserve and Amaze n' Things Amusement Park. The popular Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and the Penguin Parade are both a 15-minute drive away. Each bungalow includes a stove, microwave and toaster. A 39-year-old woman has fallen more than 50 metres, after a photo she was trying to take at an idyllic spot went horribly wrong.

Inessa Polenko, 39, climbed over a barrier then stumbled and fell onto a beach below, according to eyewitnesses.

Paramedics rushed to the scene but the beautician died in hospital.

Tragic footage showed the Russian woman’s body on the beach below the picture spot.

She fell from the panoramic Gagry viewing point in Abkhazia, Georgia which overlooks the Black Sea.

A keen Instagrammer with 9,000 followers, Inessa regularly posted selfies from around the world.

She had shared snaps from her trips to Dubai, Egypt and Russian-occupied Crimea.

The popular beautician worked with clients mainly in Moscow and major Russian resort Sochi, where she lived.

Her funeral is set to be held today in Sochi.

An investigation is underway into the circumstances of her death.
