Fantastic experience: Not the first holiday I’ve booked with Cassidy but definitely one of my favourite holidays. Thanks so much to Linda. She helped us pick out our holiday in Crete, made it very easy for the package (flights, seats, bags, transfers, accommodation etc) we got a great deal and our hotel was lovely. Only issue we had were delays with TUI which is the airlines fault not Cassidy. Overall great experience, we will definitely be returning to book our next holiday.

Everything great apart from seats on plane but got sorted in the end

Yes e erything was great, booking mad easily for holiday, staff lovely. It was a last minute holiday, so we flew oit the next day. The only problem was our seats on the flight were 3 rows apart and it was just me and my 9 year old girl who is a bit nervous flying. Luckily a lively family moved seats for us so we could sit across the aisle from eachother. For our return flights, i was told by the air hostess that i had to go onto the Tui app to book our seats together. The tui app would not rexognise the reference number i had so i ended up ringing Cassidy travel to see if you could book the seats back for us together, i didnt want to take a chance on asking anyone else to move seats. Th girl said she would ring me back but never did so i rang again, they were very bisy but she said she'd get on to tui and ring back in the hour. I didnt hear back thst day. So ne t day i decided to ring Tui directly and they checked and said our seats were booked together. The girl in Cassidy Travel probably sorted this, but i could have done with a call to confirm as it was a bit stressful thinking i wouldnt get seats together with my daughter. The hotel/apts were lovely and staff in the hotel were lovely, food wasnt bad either, i couldnt fault anything really. Great to have transfer and everything to and from the airport. I will book with yois again and i was happy overall with everything

Booked my holiday on line very straight forward to do.On reading my itinerary I thought I had not booked my cases in the package so rang the number provided got talking to Lucy who reassured that I did and the no baggage was for the 10kg on plane but I had booked my 2x20kg happy days looking forward to my holiday now

Dylan is just an absolute pleasure to deal with. He is super honest with recommendations and will always find the best deals for you. I would never book big holidays without going to Dylan first! Unadvised additional charges

I was very disappointed after booking and paying for the holiday to EVI Apartments in Pefkos, Rhodes (Tui) where I understood there were no additional charges that there would be an additional charge of €75 per week for air conditioning payable on arrival. I was not advised of this prior to booking and discovered this myself afterwards when reading reviews online. It is standard that air conditioning would be included as a facility in the vast majority of accommodation and where in the small number of cases that it is an extra cost it should be brought to the attention of the customer prior to booking so at least the customer has the opportunity to compare accommodation on a like for like basis. €75 additional cost is not an insignificant amount and certainly for a family requiring two air conditioning units for two weeks would amount to €300. In order to improve your service, you need to ensure that your team are checking details like this when booking and fully informing customers.

We always try to go to Nathalie at Cassidys in Dundrum as she is so helpful. She’s very knowledgeable on whatever destination we choose - from Paris to Boston/ Cannes to the Canaries - Nathalie tells us what we need to know and books the holiday at lightning speed - no messing around! She’s friendly, yet professional and she makes booking a holiday easy peasy. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she knows her way around the various operators/airlines who specialise in specific holidays. Can’t wait for our next trip away as I know we’re in good hands with Cassidys, but more particularly Nathalie.

Excellent customer service

The sales advisor I booked my holiday with, was very helpful. However, I decided later that I wanted to change my hotel booking to another location. I was not hopeful, as it was a late booking and I had paid in full. I rang the next day, the person on the phone took my details and was very helpful. Within the hour, they emailed me with an option of alternative hotels in the location I was looking for. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me.

Fantastic Stay with Efficient Booking and Friendly Staff

We recently stayed at Grupotel Alcudia Pins for five nights on an all-inclusive package, and our experience was fantastic. Booking through Cassidy travel/TUI was a breeze, with everything handled efficiently and smoothly. From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendliness and professionalism stood out. They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcomed. The facilities were meticulously maintained, and the various amenities provided ensured we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mallorca! The beach side location allowed for amazing sea swims

The sales advisor I booked my holiday with, was very helpful. However, I decided later that I wanted to change my hotel booking to another location. Fantastic Stay with Efficient Booking and Friendly Staff

We recently stayed at Grupotel Alcudia Pins for five nights on an all-inclusive package, and our experience was fantastic. Booking through Cassidy travel/TUI was a breeze, with everything handled efficiently and smoothly. From the moment we arrived, the staff's friendliness and professionalism stood out. They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel truly welcomed. The facilities were meticulously maintained, and the various amenities provided ensured we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay. We highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Mallorca! Everything great apart from seats on plane but got sorted in the end

Yes e erything was great, booking mad easily for holiday, staff lovely. It was a last minute holiday, so we flew oit the next day. The only problem was our seats on the flight were 3 rows apart and it was just me and my 9 year old girl who is a bit nervous flying. Luckily a lively family moved seats for us so we could sit across the aisle from eachother. For our return flights, i was told by the air hostess that i had to go onto the Tui app to book our seats together. The tui app would not rexognise the reference number i had so i ended up ringing Cassidy travel to see if you could book the seats back for us together, i didnt want to take a chance on asking anyone else to move seats. Th girl said she would ring me back but never did so i rang again, they were very bisy but she said she'd get on to tui and ring back in the hour. I didnt hear back thst day. So ne t day i decided to ring Tui directly and they checked and said our seats were booked together. The girl in Cassidy Travel probably sorted this, but i could have done with a call to confirm as it was a bit stressful thinking i wouldnt get seats together with my daughter. The hotel/apts were lovely and staff in the hotel were lovely, food wasnt bad either, i couldnt fault anything really. Great to have transfer and everything to and from the airport. I will book with yois again and i was happy overall with everything

Booked my holiday on line very straight forward to do.On reading my itinerary I thought I had not booked my cases in the package so rang the number provided got talking to Lucy who reassured that I did and the no baggage was for the 10kg on plane but I had booked my 2x20kg happy days looking forward to my holiday now

Unadvised additional charges

I was very disappointed after booking and paying for the holiday to EVI Apartments in Pefkos, Rhodes (Tui) where I understood there were no additional charges that there would be an additional charge of €75 per week for air conditioning payable on arrival. I was not advised of this prior to booking and discovered this myself afterwards when reading reviews online. It is standard that air conditioning would be included as a facility in the vast majority of accommodation and where in the small number of cases that it is an extra cost it should be brought to the attention of the customer prior to booking so at least the customer has the opportunity to compare accommodation on a like for like basis. €75 additional cost is not an insignificant amount and certainly for a family requiring two air conditioning units for two weeks would amount to €300. In order to improve your service, you need to ensure that your team are checking details like this when booking and fully informing customers.

We always try to go to Nathalie at Cassidys in Dundrum as she is so helpful. She’s very knowledgeable on whatever destination we choose - from Paris to Boston/ Cannes to the Canaries - Nathalie tells us what we need to know and books the holiday at lightning speed - no messing around! She’s friendly, yet professional and she makes booking a holiday easy peasy. Nothing is too much trouble for her and she knows her way around the various operators/airlines who specialise in specific holidays. Can’t wait for our next trip away as I know we’re in good hands with Cassidys, but more particularly Nathalie.

Excellent customer service

The sales advisor I booked my holiday with, was very helpful. However, I decided later that I wanted to change my hotel booking to another location. I was not hopeful, as it was a late booking and I had paid in full. I rang the next day, the person on the phone took my details and was very helpful. Within the hour, they emailed me with an option of alternative hotels in the location I was looking for. Thank you to all the staff who looked after me.
