Red Velvet Announces Dates And Cities For Upcoming World Tour "R To V"

Red Velvet may be coming to an area near you!

On March 27, SM Entertainment announced the dates and locations for Red Velvet’s upcoming 2023 global tour “Red Velvet 4th Concert : R to V.”

Previously, Red Velvet announced their first concert in over three years at Seoul’s KSPO Dome held on April 1 and 2. After kicking off their world tour in Seoul, Red Velvet will travel to 10 cities across the globe for a total of 13 concerts in Singapore, Yokohama, Manila, Bangkok, Jakarta, Paris, Berlin, Amsterdam, and London.

This will mark Red Velvet’s first group concert in Europe. Following their world tour, Red Velvet will also attend the global music festival Primavera Sound 2023 in Spain as the only K-pop group to be invited. The festival will kick off on June 1 (local time), and Red Velvet will perform on June 8 in Madrid.

On March 27, SM Entertainment has took off the veil on Red Velvet's upcoming world tour, "Red Velvet 4th Concert: R to V." The group disclosed new details for their concerts, which will mainly focus on their stops across the globe.

Initially, on March 3, SM Entertainment revealed that Red Velvet will kickstart their tour with a two-night concert at Seoul's KSPO Dome. The concert will be held on April 1 at 6 p.m. KST, and April 2 at 4 p.m. KST.

According to the newly released poster, the "Feel My Rhythm" singers will continue their journey in Singapore on April 21.

For the month of May, Red Velvet will continue on Yokohama on May 3 and 4, Manila on May 7, Bangkok on May 13 and 14, Jakarta in May 20, Paris on May 24, Berlin on May 27 and Amsterdam on May 3.0. Lastly, Red Velvet will be performing in London on June 6.

Notably, this will also be Red Velvet's first ever European concert venture. For those who are unable to join the shows in person, the tour will be livestreamed through Naver's Beyond LIVE. The details for this option will be released on a separate date.

Afterwards, Red Velvet will also be performing at the Primavera Sound 2023, a global music festival which will take place on June 1. The group is the only K-pop act to be invited on the event, and will perform on June 8, to be held at Madrid.

Red Velvet will be performing at Manila's  Mall Of Asia Arena  on  7 May 2023 . Tickets will go on sale on  16 April  via  SM Tickets.

Ticket prices range from PHP 2,500 to PHP 12,000 and go on sale on 16 April, 12 PM via SM Tickets.

Red Velvet Sweetly Roars With Explosive Music Stages At “R to V In Seoul”

Red velvet vaunted unimaginable music highs at the seoul stop of their 2023 global tour.

Wendy, Irene, Seulgi, Joy, and Yeri staged their 4th solo concert R to V on April 1 and 2 at KSPO DOME, Olympic Park, Seoul.

It unfolded splendidly with a solid set list that included both the lively Red and luxurious Velvet concepts.

On the last day, the performance was also broadcast live online through the global platform Beyond LIVE in 90 regions around the world. Global fans in the United States, Canada, England, France, Germany, Switzerland, Ireland, Poland, Greece, Brazil, Mexico, Japan, China, Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, the Philippines, and more were able to witness simultaneous viewing.

In this performance, Red Velvet performed “Ice Cream Cake”, “Red Flavor”, “Peek-A-Boo”, “Bad Boy”, “Psycho”, “Queendom”, and “Feel My Rhythm”.

Remarkably, for the first time, the stages of b-side tracks from the mini-albums released in The ReVe Festival 2022 series were unveiled. As it was a solo concert after a long time, the audience was enthralled with the elaborate composition.

In particular, this performance is a magnificent spectacle by the 25-member mega-dancer crew who opened each section. A large music box set measuring 7.2m wide and 4.5m long. Along with that, fascinating stages were also performed.

Fans waved fanlights throughout the performance and sent loud cheers raising the intensity of the moment.

Red Velvet’s “Hello, Sunset” and “Remember Forever”, as well as a fan event decorated the unforgettable concert. Admirably, at the fan event, local ReVeluvs show placards with a message that says: “We met again after going around this season” and “R to V This moment is for us”.  Inevitably it impressed the members of Red Velvet.

At the end of the concert, Red Velvet expressed feeling grateful for meeting their fans anew.

“It became a beautiful memory. Thank you for making us a happy artist. We will become a Red Velvet who respects your unconditional love and can receive that love with gratitude. With your strength, we will work hard on the tour.”

RED VELVET will embark on an international tour in 2023 with its fourth solo concert “ Red Velvet 4th Concert: R to V ”.

Including shows in the United Kingdom, France, Singapore and beyond

K-pop girl group Red Velvet have announced the dates and venues for their upcoming ‘R to V’ world tour.

The quintet will be bringing their upcoming ‘R to V’ concert tour to major cities in Asia and Europe. The girl group had initially announced two shows in Seoul, South Korea for their concert tour.

The Asia leg of Red Velvet’s ‘R to V’ world tour will kick off an April 21 in Singapore. The girl group will then play two shows in the Japanese city of Yokohama in early May, before heading to the Philippines, Thailand and Indonesia.

Red Velvet will head to Paris, France on May 24 to kick off the Europe leg of their ‘R to V’ tour. The quintet will also play concerts in Germany, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom as part of their world tour.

Notably, between the dates of their European tour, the girl group are also set to perform at Primavera Sound Festival in Spain on June 1 and 8 in Barcelona and Madrid, respectively. See the full Primavera line-up here .

Tickets for the Manila show start April 16 at 12 noon via SM Tickets. Bangkok shows will go on sale April 23 for those with an SM True Membership, and the day after for general sales.

GENERAL REGULATIONS

By purchasing a ticket for Red Velvet 4th Concert : R to V in JAKARTA , Event Attendee has agreed to all applicable Terms and Conditions. All forms of violation of the terms and conditions will be dealt with strictly.

• All Prices exclude 15% government tax and ticketing platform fee of 4%
• Purchased tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or cancelled.
• 1 (one) account can only purchase a maximum of 4 (four) tickets per transaction.
• Tickets are only valid if they are purchased following the procedure that has been determined by the online purchase through electronic/online transactions on the Promoter’s official website or ticket box appointed by the Promoter (authorized ticket box). Otherwise Event’s attendee will not be able to verify if the e-voucher is an authorized or unauthorized copy.
• Each Ticket holder of Category 1, 3, 4 (festival/standing) will receive a queue number to enter the concert area.
• Each Ticket holder of Category 2 (tribune/seated) will receive a seat number
• A queue number and seat number will be assigned to Event attendee automatically based on the time of purchase and the best available number.
• The queue number and seat number will be sent to Event Attende via registered email at the time of purchase within 7 (seven) days after e-voucher is received.
• Each e-voucher has a unique barcode and is only valid for one person. E-voucher can only be used once. E-voucher duplication for multiple entries to the event are prohibited.
• Your ticket purchase constitutes a personal license to attend the Red Velvet 4th Concert : R to V in JAKARTA concert. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to your personal data collection and usage.
• E-voucher must be redeemed with a wristband during the redemption period.
• The time and place for wristbands exchange will be informed via social media and Dyandra Global’s website
• It is recommended to exchange the e-voucher beforehand to avoid the queue on the day of the concert.
• Tickets or evoucher that have been purchased are not to be resold at a higher price than the official price determined by the Promotor. If there is an indication of a violation, the Promotor has the right to take legal action and or cancel the ticket.
• Printed e-voucher
• Original National Identification Card/ Driver’s License/ Passport/ Student Card that is still valid (name on ID must be the same with the one written on the e-voucher)
• Printed e-voucher.
• Letter of Attorney signed on a IDR 10.000 (Materai) stamp by the person that you are representing.
• A copy of National Identification Card whose name is written on the e-voucher.
• No replacement wristband will be issued under any circumstances if lost & damaged for any other reason. Promoters are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged wristband(s).
• Tickets purchased at rtovinjakarta.com cannot be used for commercial purposes (giveaways, contests or sweepstakes). If tickets sold or used are not in accordance with existing regulations, they can be cancelled with no refunds being issued. Ticket holders will be refused entry into the event area, without exception.
• The Organizer has the right to change or add other terms in the Terms & Conditions without prior notification.

HEALTH PROTOCOL TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Promoter applies the TERMS & CONDITIONS for HEALTH PROTOCOL in accordance with the provisions imposed by the Government of the Republic of Indonesia and can be changed anytime.
• All Event Attendees are expected to check-in through the PeduliLindungi app.
• All Event Attendees are expected to have received complete vaccinations as recommended by the Government, stated on Surat Edaran Gugus Tugas Penanganan Covid-19 20/2023 (SE).
• Visitors are expected to use masks at the event venue and throughout the event. Please only use medical masks (not material masks and/or cloth masks).

Regulations for international Event Attendees are as follows:

• You are required to bring a printed Complete Vaccine Certificate and/or Vaccine Card showing that you have received Vaccines Booster.
• You are required to bring an official Identity Card with the name as stated on the Vaccine Certificate or related certificate. Please have all the documents translated into English. For more info, please check link

AGE RESTRICTIONS

• National Identification Card or Kartu Tanda Penduduk (KTP) for Indonesian citizens, Driving License, Passport, Student Card, and Basic Resident Registration Card are valid forms of ID (with photo).
• Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian and no children under the age of 12 are permitted in the festival standing zone.
• Children under 3 years old will not be admitted into the performance venue.

SPECIAL NEEDS SERVICE

• Only CAT 3 tickets can be accessed by Event Attendees with special needs using wheelchairs (limited space).
• Event Attendees who have special needs using wheelchairs can contact the organizers via [email protected] by attaching a medical statement letter from a hospital and required to be given to Helpdesk on concert day for further assistance.
• Pregnant women are required to bring a doctor’s recommendation letter and a stamped permit from their husbands and are not allowed to be in the festival area
• Attendees with serious medical conditions such as heart problems, low blood pressure and others are not allowed to attend events/concerts. For further information, please contact [email protected]
• Attendees accept they have a duty to take reasonable steps to ensure their own safety, taking into account any personal medical conditions

NO RE-ENTRY

• Please keep in mind that re-entry is not allowed to the concert and event area, regardless of your ticket category. Once you enter the venue, you will not be able to leave and enter again.
• Organizer/promoter reserves the right to take action to prohibit entry to the venue for actual ticket/wristband with barcode that has been used previously by others.

CONCERT LINES GUIDELINES

• Waiting in line overnight is prohibited.
• Please be friendly and respectful to others in line.

GENERAL POLICIES

• Organizer/Promoter reserves the right to process and litigate in accordance with Indonesia regulations through civil criminal proceedings against people who make illegal ticket purchases, including but not limited to counterfeiting or copying a valid ticket or get a ticket in a way that do not match those specified by the organizer/Promoter as in item (a) of this provision.
• Organizer/Promoter is not responsible for any negligence that resulted E-voucher/ wristband is misplaced or lost (or in the mastery of others’ hands) and is used to enter the venue by others.
• Purchaser hereby agree to release the organizer/promoter from legal claims through the courts or any means permitted by law in the event of cancellation of a concert that was made unilaterally by the artist or the government or others causes beyond the capacity and will of the organizer.
• If the event is cancelled, the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the promoter. The cost of convenience fee (charged to the buyer with a credit card) will not be refunded.
• The event organizer has the right to prohibit visitors from entering the event location if visitors do not have a valid ticket.
• Organizer is entitled to remove the audience from the venue event if it is deemed necessary for safety, for the convenience of other audiences, and to ensure the integrity of the event.
• Event attendees must wear wristbands at all times at the venue. Those who lose their wristband for any reason will not be allowed entry into the event.
• Event attendees within the event (inside) that are not in possession of a valid wristband, will be removed from the concert area with no exception.
• In certain circumstances some areas within the venue may become restricted.
• The organizers, promoters, and artists are not liable for any compensation and/or cancellation charges for travel expenses resulting from the event being cancelled or postponed.
• Event attendees who are behaving in a disorderly, offensive or inappropriate manner, and guests who refuse to obey instructions/warnings from event staff will be removed from the Event immediately. No refunds will be given.
• Any attempt to enter the event without a valid ticket or valid credentials will result in the immediate removal from event grounds. In certain cases, we will contact police and press charges against the violators.
• The event operators, organizers, promoters, and artists cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged possessions or accidents resulting in injury occurring anywhere in the venue during the event regardless of fault or reason.
• The Organizer/Promoter will refuse entry to guests who are severely intoxicated and clearly affected by drugs. Anyone found carrying these items will be reported to the police immediately. No refunds will be given. Guests found to possess illegal substances, weapons and/or other prohibited items will also be refused entry.
• The organizer will not use or disclose guests’ personal information collected at the time of ticket purchase without consent.
• Event attendees who are removed or exit from the venue for any reasons will be banned from entering the event.
• For security reasons, the Organizer/Promoter has the right to postpone, cancel or stop the event; temporarily detain Event Attendee at the location until the event ends; evacuate some or all Event Attendees from the location and also refuse to give access to Event Attendees to enter the event location even though they have a valid entry ticket, without any compensation to the Event Attendee.
• The Organizer/Promoter disclaims all responsibility for losses or damages to vehicles parked on or near the Event.
• The Organizer or Promoter is not responsible for losses or damage to any vehicle towed from the event site.
• The organizer reserves the right to change the layout and the seating of the audience in the event location at any time.
• The event is intended to be a friendly and enjoyable event.

WHAT NOT TO BRING

• NO outside food and drinks allowed in the venue.
• NO professional and semi-professional/SLR/DSLR camera. Recording and transmission at concerts is generally prohibited. Cameras with removable lenses, video cameras, recording devices, and action-cam are prohibited. No flash photography.
• NO selling inside the location of the event.
• NO unauthorized solicitations, handbills, sampling or giveaways without prior approval from promoter/organizer.
• NO weapons of any kind
• NO paint of any kind including paint markers and spray paint
• NO fireworks
• NO illegal drugs or substances or drug paraphernalia
• NO official medicines without a doctor’s prescription, except over-the-counter medicines. Carrying products that are harmful to human health is prohibited.
• NO large chains.
• NO laser pointers.
• NO flags or totems with metal or wood pieces.
• NO large umbrellas.
• NO unsealed sanitary products
• NO big portable fan
• NO carrying a corkscrew or bottle opener.
• NO backpack, travel luggage, and others bag that may exceed 20 cm x 30 cm. There will be no lockers at the venue.
• NO glass bottles are allowed.
• NO tripod for cameras.
• NO projectiles or explosives materials.
• NO knives or sharp objects.
• NO flammable products or aerosol cans.
• NO open fires.
• NO water guns or air guns.
• NO drones and/or other similar flying apparatus.
• NO sleeping bags.
• NO smoking, vaping and electronic cigarettes in concert area.
• NO item that can be used as a means to disturb the peace, endanger the safety of the crowd and/or inflict damage to people and goods in the sole discretion of Event Staff.

SECURITY ENTRY

• Your safety and security are important to us. You understand that you and your property may be subject to a reasonable inspection upon entry to the event. If you refuse to participate in these security measures, we may deny you entry. We also reserve the right to ask you to leave the event if your behavior causes us concern for the safety or security of event attendees. If we deny you entry or require you to leave, you will not receive a refund.
• All attendees are subject to being searched prior to entry into the event, including members of the media. By requesting entry into the event, all attendees shall be subject to a thorough airport-style pat down search, including emptying pockets and bags, and having your items examined. Electronic drug detector and K-9 search will be used. Event organizer shall, at all times, reserve the right to either deny any person entry into or to eject any person from the event, who in the sole and absolute discretion of event organizer is in violation of event rules, which rules may be updated from time to time, with or without notice.

RECORDING RIGHTS

• Promoter/Organizer and its affiliations/association reserves the right to film, record, and/or photograph the visitor, participant or wristband holder’s image, likeness, action, and/or statement of this event for television, moving picture, webcast and/or other public broadcast in any medium for any purpose. Any visitor, participant and/or wristband holder of this event hereby fully releases and discharges Promoter/Organizer (including its employees and subsidiaries) and its affiliations/association from any rights, claims, damages, losses, liabilities, fines and causes of action whatsoever arising directly or indirectly from the filming, recording and/or photography of this event.
• Please don’t throw things, especially hard objects on stage because it would harm the artist(s) and enjoy the concert!

The Hologic WTA Tour heads back to Europe, where the Porsche Tennis Grand Prix, this year's first WTA 500 event on red clay, will take place in Stuttgart, Germany.

The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix is typically full of marquee names, and this year is no exception, with nine of the world's Top 10 players expected to participate.

Here's what you need to know about Stuttgart:

When does the tournament start?

Main-draw play starts on Monday, April 15th, and continues through Sunday, April 21st. The qualifying rounds take place the preceding weekend, on Saturday, April 13th and Sunday, April 14th. The tournament will take place at Stuttgart's Porsche Arena.

The singles main draw contains 28 players, with the top four seeds receiving first-round byes. 20 singles players are direct entries, and there will be four wild cards and four qualifiers.

The doubles main draw will have 16 teams, two of which will be wild-card teams.

Stuttgart is on Central European Summer Time (GMT+2).

This is one of two indoor-clay tournaments on the Hologic WTA Tour (the other, the inaugural WTA 250 Open Capfinances Rouen Métropole in Rouen, France, takes place during the same week).

The Wilson Roland Garros ball will be used at Stuttgart.

Champions Reel: How Iga Swiatek won Stuttgart 2023

When are the finals.

The singles final will take place at 1:00pm local time on Sunday, April 21st. The doubles final will follow the singles final on Sunday.

Who are the defending champions? 

Iga Swiatek won her second straight Porsche Tennis Grand Prix singles title last year, defeating Aryna Sabalenka 6-3, 6-4 in a rematch of the 2022 final. Sabalenka has reached the last three Stuttgart finals, finishing runner-up to the World No.1 on each occasion (Ashleigh Barty defeated Sabalenka in the 2021 final).

In last year's doubles draw, Desirae Krawczyk and Demi Schuurs also went back-to-back. They defeated Nicole Melichar-Martinez and Giuliana Olmos 6-4, 6-1 to win their second straight Porsche Tennis Grand Prix doubles title.

Who is playing?

The cut-off for singles direct entry was based on the Hologic WTA Tour rankings of March 18th. No.31 Linda Noskova was the last direct entry.

Wild cards have already been awarded to two-time Stuttgart champion Angelique Kerber, her fellow Germans Laura Siegemund and Tatjana Maria, and 2021 US Open champion Emma Raducanu.

With Swiatek, Sabalenka, Gauff and Vondrousova on the entry list, this year's edition will feature all four of the reigning Grand Slam champions.

When are the draws?

The Porsche Tennis Grand Prix singles draw will take place on site at 1:00pm on Sunday, April 14th. The doubles main draw will come out on Saturday, April 13th.
