We've just come back from our very first 'cruise and stay' holiday which we booked through Iglu and I wanted to leave a review because their customer service and organisation was nothing but excellent. We have had an amazing holiday made even more fabulous because we didn't have to worry about a single thing and unbelievably, all done from my laptop sitting on my sofa at home! The price was fantastically cheaper than anyone we talked to who had booked through TUI and I am honestly amazed that they got everything just right....flights, boarding passes, transfers...it was a first class service. Very smooth and easy booking

The iglu cruise representative was extremely helpful, in fact she was excellent. Sarah went out of her way to arrange a return flight to Birmingham instead of Manchester at our request, and also coach travel to the cruise ship.

Very helpful and pleasant staff. Had a further query once booked andcemail was answered promptly. We have used Iglu for our last few cruises and have had no issues whatsoever.

Efficient but difficult paying with AMEX

Very efficient and pleasant consultant. The only difficulty I had was being able to pay with AMEX. This is my main credit card and is probably the only reason I wouldn’t use Iglu

Does not follow consumer regulations

Be very careful booking with this company. Their systems of the rooms layouts DO NOT match the actual layouts with P&O and hence they sell rooms which are missing features or facilities. When you find this out and request a refund from the company they refuse and start spouting all kinds of rubbish why they can’t do that and making assumptions. You are covered by the Package Travel Regulations and are entitled to a refund if what you book does NOT match what you actually get. You are also covered by the consumer rights act. This company does seem to have any knowledge of these regulations and are only interested in their bottom line as they obviously can’t claim back from P&O if they are the ones who have made the error. BE WARNED!

It was straightforward to book my cruise. I made a mistake with my payment details but the agent was very understanding and repeated the process until the payment went through.

Talked through my options for an Asian cruise with Chris D - couldn't have been more helpful. Left it with me to discuss with my husband but warned me he was heading off on holiday but that any of his colleagues would be able to help.
