Great hotel in Tours”

I change my schedule in France at last minutes because of the riots in Paris. Just book this chateau Belmont 4 hours before check-in. Very impress with peaceful landscape with warm treat from hotel staff. Room at the chateau is big and clean. Above all, the value of money is the best. Highly recommend for travelers !!

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly, room clean and modern with cooking facilities (2 ring induction hob) and the grounds beautiful. There is an indoor swimming pool and sauna although on the Saturday we were there was very busy with children. About 20 minutes into the centre of Tours but a very pleasant walk although uphill on the way back - not a problem for us but something to be aware of. Definitely would go back.

Efficient hotel in a modern setting”

The staff (particularly Marie-Andrée) makes this a wonderful restful place. The modern setting of part of the hotel is surprising at first in the traditional city of Tours but turns out to be most pleasant. Food at dinner was outstanding.

Unremarkable”

This hotel was rather unremarkable. We had stayed in Paris at a similarly rated hotel (but not as expensive) so I expected a nicer room (the Clarion Hotel room was small, and nondescript, no personality. The restaurant was poorly staffed, the waiters were all noticeably frantic yet inattentive to patrons; they seemed flustered. And we had to beg for our check at the end of the meal.

Top hotel. Unfortunately due to COVID restrictions we were unable to enjoy any of the facilities that seem to be a highlight on the site.
