Karol G Heads to Stadiums for Her ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ Tour

Karol G is going big. On April 27, the Colombian reggaetón star announced her Mañana Será Bonito tour this summer, which will make stops in stadiums across the U.S. for her biggest shows in the States yet.

“I know I said I wouldn’t but with the love I have for this album and the ganas I have to sing the songs with you all, I couldn’t stand not doing it,” Karol wrote on Instagram alongside a video featuring a Mexican kid named Íker, who went viral on TikTok months ago. “ Mañana Será Bonito tour is a reality.”

Karol will visit cities such as Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and East Rutherford on her tour. On June 1, she added dates in San Francisco, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta, and Orlando.

The new run of dates comes just a few months after she went on a two-part Bichota Tour in 2021, and followed it up with 2022’s $trip Love Tour last fall, both of which saw her stop in arenas across America .

The new stops will celebrate songs like “Mientras Me Curo Del Cora,” “X Si Volvemos,” “TQG,” and “Gatúbela” with Maldy. “This LP is a testament to her place as one of Latin music’s true originals,” read a Rolling Stone review about the project.

“This definitely represents a specific phase of my life. The name of album is a a phrase I kept repeating to myself when nothing felt great,” Karol told Rolling Stone earlier this year about the album. “I mean, I was going through the best moment of my career, but personally I was really disconnected from myself and from my friends. I wasn’t unhappy, but I wasn’t happy either. So every day I’d say to myself, ‘It’s okay , mañana será bonito   —  tomorrow will be beautiful.’”

Colombian artist Karol G has added 2023 tour dates in conjunction with her new album, Mañana Será Bonito.

Six new North American dates are planned in August and September, bringing the total number of upcoming shows to twelve. The singer plans to entertain audiences at large-scale venues in Nevada, California, Florida, Texas, New Jersey, Illinois, Georgia, and Massachusetts. Karol G also has a festival performance at Lollapalooza in Chicago.

When do Karol G 2023 tour tickets go on sale and what is the presale code?

For the new dates, the general public on-sale begins as early as June 9. Registration for Ticketmaster Verified Fan is currently open and will close on June 4. Karol G is hitting the road for her first-ever stadium trek across the United States supporting her chart-topping album , “Mañana Será Bonito.” Produced by Live Nation, the six-date tour is set to begin on Aug. 11 at Las Vegas’ Allegiant Stadium and will hit Pasadena, Miami, Houston and Dallas with an end date of Sept. 7 at the Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey.

Fresh off her turn as the musical guest on NBC’s “Saturday Night Live,” Karol G is making history next.

Starting Aug. 11 and running up until Sept. 7, she’ll become the first female Latinx entertainer to launch a stadium tour when she takes her ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ Tour on the road.

Columbian-born singer and songwriter Carolina Giraldo Navarro – better known as Karol G – has had an astounding musical journey leading her from her native Medellín to New York City and beyond.

Exciting audiences with her música urbana tracks, the singer has experimented with many other genres from reggaeton and Latin trap to Spanish hip hop and pop. Whipping up some of the most amazing Latin music collaborations of the 2010s, including a huge hit with none other than Bad Bunny, her star remains on the rise into the 2020s.

Interested in a singing career from an early age, Karol G got into the game young and has persistently grown in popularity ever since. Her first big foray into the music business was when she participated as a contestant on the Columbian version of The X Factor. Even though she didn’t win, her performance garnered her an early early contract with Flamingo Records.

After a few early releases failed to gain much traction, Karol G realized she needed to level up her understanding of the music business. To that end, she enrolled in classes at the University of Antioquia, supporting herself by doing backup vocals for other professional singers, including Reykon. Trying to parlay these experiences into another label deal, the future star was turned away by Universal Records in Miami, which was unsure about women singing reggaeton.

This led to two major decisions which changed the course of Karol G’s career. First, she toured Columbia extensively, racking up hits in her native country such as “Ricos Besos.” Such successes helped her score collaborations with bigger artists like Nicky Jam, whom she worked with in 2013. By 2016, she landed a deal with Universal Music Latino. That same year, she recorded the single “Hello” with then up-and-coming star Ozuna.

In 2017, Karol G had her biggest breakthrough. Teaming up with international Latin music superstar Bad Bunny on the song “Ahora Me Llama,” both singers garnered over a billion views on YouTube and reached #10 on the Billboard Hot Latin Songs charts. With her reputation sealed, Karol G now had the ability to forge her own path with her own album, Unstoppable, which she released in 2017.

In 2019, along with a number of singles like “Secreto,” Karol G released her next record, Ocean. Inspired by experiences she had on various beach islands, the album went platinum over ten times. That same year, she released another massive crossover song, “Tusa,” with superstar rapper Nicki Minaj. For that effort, Karol G was nominated for both Record and Song of the Year at the Latin Grammy Awards.

Never one to rest on her laurels, Karol G kept cranking out hits. Her collaboration in 2020 with the Jonas Brothers on “X” made it to #33 on the Billboard Hot 100. Then her third album, KG0516, went on to reach #1 on the US Latin charts. Landing endorsement deals with Smirnoff and already well into her next album, Karol G continues to deliver fans the musical goods.

Karol G Announces Summer 2023 Tour [Updated]

Karol G is making her return to the stage with a Summer 2023 stadium tour.

The “MAÑANA SERÁ BONITO” tour kicks off on August 11th in Las Vegas Further dates are scheduled in Pasadena, Miami, Houston, Dallas, and East Rutherford, NJ over the course of August and September. Additionally, Karol G will play Lollapalooza in Chicago.

Update : Karol G has added new headlining stadium shows in San Fransisco, San Antonio, Chicago, Atlanta, Orlando, and Boston.

For the newly announced dates, registration for a Ticketmaster Verified Fan pre-sale is now ongoing through Sunday, June 4th. The Verified Fan pre-sale will commence on Wednesday, May 7th, followed by a general on-sale on Friday, June 9th at 12:00 p.m. via Ticketmaster .

Tickets for the rest of Karol G’s other upcoming shows can be found via StubHub , where orders are 100% guaranteed through StubHub’s FanProtect program. StubHub is a secondary market ticketing platform, and prices may be higher or lower than face value, depending on demand.

Karol G Announces Latin America ‘Mañana Será Bonito’ Tour Dates

Update 10/3: Karol G officially announced the dates for her upcoming Mañana Será Bonito leg in Latin America.

Her new tour dates will start at the Estadio Atanasio Girardot in her hometown of Medellín, Colombia, on Dec. 1. It will continue in 2024 at the Estadio Azteca in Mexico City, Mexico, on Feb 8; the Estadio Mobil Super in Monterrey, Mexico, on Feb. 16; and the Estadio Tres de Marzo in Guadalajara, Mexico, on Feb. 23.

Then, the tour will hit the Explanada Cardales de Cayalá in Guatemala City, Guatemala, on Mar. 1; the Estadio Cuscatlán in San Salvador, El Salvador, on Mar. 5; and the Estadio Nacional in San José, Costa Rica, on Mar. 9.

The last string of Latin American shows will take place at the Estadio Olímpico in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, on Mar. 15; the Estadio Monumental in Caracas, Venezuela, on Mar. 22; and finally at the Estadio El Campín in Bogotá, Colombia, on Apr. 5.

She also revealed that the Medellín date will actually be a festival.  We’ll keep an eye out for further details.

After a successful U.S. stadium run, Karol G is finally taking her Mañana Será Bonito tour to Latin America. On Oct. 3, the Colombian pop star revealed her upcoming tour plans, which include Latin America and Europe.

The new visual features the same young boy in most of her recent album’s promo. Iker, reportedly famous in Colombia , is seen painting what appears to be the artwork for Karol’s latest album , Mañana Será Bonito (Bichota Season) . He then gets a phone call from Karol G. She tells him Mañana Será Bonito Bichota Season is activated, and they’re going to Latin America. Iker ties his shoes, puts grey-framed shades on, and gets on his pink makinon – which ends up being a toy car. At the end of the visual, there’s another reveal. The tour teaser reads: “Europe coming soon…” 

Though we don’t know exact dates and venues yet, social media users are excited about what’s to come. A social media user commented: “I just saw that karol g is going to be touring in latin america!!!!! Everything is shaking hopefully she comes to Uruguuuuuuuuay.” Another X/Twitter user wrote: “From now on, manifesting that @karolg comes to Venezuela😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭😭.”

Karol G helps fan with gender reveal during her 'Mañana Será Bonito' concert

Karol G was part of one fan's special life moment during her March 16 concert in the Dominican Republic.

In video shared on social media by Marleny Peralta, Karol G holds a confetti cannon while on stage and shoots it to reveal that her fan is expecting a baby girl.

"Es una Bichota," Karol says, in which she means that it's a baby girl. Bichota is the nickname that Karol has given herself to mean badass.

Peralta told Hoy Dia that she found out she was pregnant the month she bought her Karol G concert tickets. While at the show, Peralta made a sign asking the singer to help her reveal her baby's gender. With the help of everyone around her, they got the singer's attention, she said.

Peralta said that Karol was singing "Contigo" and signaled that she had seen her poster before grabbing the confetti cannon.

She also told the Telemundo website that she and her husband were going to name their baby Delaney Carolina, a nod to Karol G's given name Caroline.

The Colombian singer embarked on her “Mañana Será Bonito Tour” (which translates to “Tomorrow Will Be Beautiful” in English) in August 2023. In June 2023, she announced 15 dates in stadiums across the U.S. The news came after she made history, becoming the first female artist to sell out three back-to-back shows at the Hiram Bithorn Stadium in Puerto Rico, according to Live Nation.

The tour is pegged to her fourth studio album of the same name, which was released in February 2023, as well as her EP "Mañana Sera Bonito (Bichota Season)."

The “TQG” singer first announced six dates in April 2023 , but due to fan demand, she added additional concerts to the summer tour. She later added shows in Latin America and Europe. The tour will run until July 23, 2024, when it ends in Madrid, Spain.

Shakira is going on a world tour!

The singer made a surprise appearance during night one of Coachella on Friday, April 12, to perform alongside Bizarrap. Fans online were ecstatic to see the Latin superstar on stage performing her song, “Shakira: Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53,” alongside the DJ.

They got even more excited when Shakira announced that she would be going on the road for her “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran World Tour.”

What is Shakira’s most recent album ‘Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran’ about?

Shakira released her 12th studio album, “ Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran ,” which translates in English to “Women No Longer Cry,” on March 22. The album comes seven years after she released “El Dorado” in 2017.

A mix of pop, reggaeton, regional and rock, Shakira told  the Sunday Times that “Las Mujeres Ya No Lloran” represents “the transformation of pain into creativity, frustration into productivity, anger into passion, vulnerability into resilience.”

Karol G has traveled across Latin America with her Mañana Será Bonito Tour, paying homage to the countries she’s performing in by wearing a special outfit that represents each country’s respective flag colors. It may be a simple wardrobe choice, but it’s thoughtful and attention to detail that really marks the difference.

According to Billboard Boxscore, in 2023, Karol — who was honored with woman of the year at  Billboard ‘s 2024 Women in Music event — grossed $155.3 million and sold 925,000 tickets from 20 shows. She landed at No. 11 on the 2023 Year-End Boxscore Charts. The tour is named after her 2023 history-making album, which became the first Spanish-language album by a female artist that has topped the Billboard 200 .
