Our Brewers brew more than 20 different varieties throughout the year, rotating our staples (Peacepipe Pale Ale, Enchanted Rock Red Ale, Not So Dumb Blonde Ale, Pioneer Porter) as well as seasonal selections. You'll find at least 5 selections (usually more) on tap for your enjoyment any time you stop in. Our Brewmaster has claimed many awards and we have long maintained our reputation for quality, fresh beer in addition to being "the granddaddy" of brewpubs. In operation since 1994, we are currently the oldest operating brewpub in Texas! Street consumption is legal on Main Street Fredericksburg, making The Brewery a must-see in Fredericksburg's downtown historic district. Sit at the bar and watch the brewers at work while you sip your brew, or take your beer to go and stroll the shops on Main.  We take great pride in offering a consistent product and that doesn't happen by chance. Our beer is brewed from quality malt, yeast and hops by experienced and passionate brewers. From the dining room in our brewpub you can see much of the brewing equipment and often times watch our brewers at work. We do not offer brewery tours, as the majority of our brewing equipment is visible from our dining area (located right behind the bar) and we are a working brewery and restaurant. Our bartenders, waitstaff and brewers are happy to answer your questions. We do offer our brews in samples size for purchase, so that you can try whatever is on tap. You can also take a growler full of beer home! We hope you'll stop in and see for yourself what we're all about. We like to call our brewery, "Your Brewery" because we want you to feel right at home when you visit. Cheers!

The 290 Wine Shuttle runs on Fridays and Saturdays. The pricing is $39-49 depending on the day. https://290wineshuttle.com/ They only visit 1693 Distillery, and I have not been there.

As for private drivers, that will be significantly more expensive. I have heard good things about Cellar Rat Tours, but I have not personally used them. https://cellarratwinetours.com/ They visit Garrison Bros. Distillery, which I highly recommend.

Nightlife in Fredericksburg can be a little quiet. The biggest place is Luckenbach: https://www.luckenbachtexas.com/ I also like Bankersmith: https://bankersmithtexas.com/ The Fredericksburg Brewery also has live music: https://www.yourbrewery.com/ I love the Lincoln Street Wine Bar at 111 S. Lincoln Street.
