Vacation Rentals

Renting a vacation home at Voyager Resort is the perfect way to fully experience the resort lifestyle. Renting allows you to “ try before you buy. ”

Our rentals range from approximately 400 square feet to 550 square feet and come fully furnished for your comfort. Each rental unit is different and varies in its location. Rental rates vary from $1,075-$3,553 per month dependent on the time of the year. The rental rate includes internet, water, sewer, trash, initial toiletries, as well as access to all Voyager amenities.

Reservation & Rates

• Mandatory two night reservations required for weekends and 3 nights for holidays.
• Single night midweek campsite reservations may be booked.
• Prices and site type are subject to availability.
• The rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
• RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests.  A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

• By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.

Daily/Weekly Stays

• Your credit card will be charged a deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.

Extended Stays

• For all stays of one month or longer, a one month deposit up to a maximum deposit of $750 is required at the time of reservation. Balance due on reservation start date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
• No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
• RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
• Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay. The only exception is a death or documented major family medical emergency, which will entitle the guest to full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made prior to check-in. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level.
• Pets are allowed. No vicious breeds of dogs.
• Rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
• For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 424-9191.
• Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.

• RV sites and lodging typically accommodate four guests.  A guest fee is added per day to the reservation rate for each additional guest over four.
• To make changes to your reservation please call our Reservation Department at (877) 864-2728 and specify that you booked your reservation online.

Deposit and Payment Schedule

• By using a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, you agree to the following: if I used a credit card for a deposit, guarantee or payment, I authorize MHC Property Management L.P. to charge any expenses incurred during my stay to that credit card or apply funds you have on deposit with MHC Property Management L.P. against what I owe.

Daily/Weekly Stays

• Your credit card will be charged a deposit of one night rack rate. Any remaining balance is due prior to arrival.

Extended Stays

• For all stays of one month or longer, a one month deposit up to a maximum deposit of $750 is required at the time of reservation. Balance due on reservation start date.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• In the case of multiple sites booked, cancellation penalties apply to each site that is cancelled or changed.
• No refunds will be issued for early check-out.
• RV campsites: We allow full refunds for cancellations up to 2 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• Rental accommodations: We allow full refunds for cancellations 7 days prior to your arrival date for daily and weekly reservations.
• Daily and weekly reservations: for cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, your deposit will be forfeited up to one night rack rate.
• Extended stays: For long-term reservations (28 days or longer), we allow full refunds for cancellations up to 60 days prior to your arrival date. For cancellations received less than the required notice period prior to arrival, the deposit amount will be held on account for a future stay. The only exception is a death or documented major family medical emergency, which will entitle the guest to full refund of the deposit if the cancellation is made prior to check-in. Refunds for death or extended hospitalization will be reviewed on an individual basis at the regional level.
• Pets are allowed. No vicious breeds of dogs.
• Rates displayed do not include any applicable service fees or charges for optional incidentals.
• For late arrival arrangements, please contact our Reservation Department at (800) 424-9191.
• Pet policy for rental accommodations: Pets are welcome. For those who camp with pets, there is a pet fee of $10 per pet per night for our pet-friendly rental units. The fee may vary at select properties. Service animals are not pets. The Company complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and state/local laws regarding service animals. Service animals may accompany a disabled person without any proof of disability or certification for the service animal. Guests traveling with a service animal will not be charged a pet fee. Charges may be incurred, however, should a service animal damage the rental unit.

Campground Services & Information

• WiFi hotspot located in the courtyard, pool area, and computer room.
• High speed Internet and additional WiFi service available from Jabba Communications for a fee.
• Mailbox key deposit is $15 ($10 refundable).

Voyager RV Resort

Arizona, Voyager RV Resort

Directions: I-10 to Kolb Rd. exit, south on Kolb for 1⁄2 mile. Resort on east side of street.

Voyager RV Resort is a Thousand Trails Resort near Tucson, Arizona.  The resort is open all year with 1576 RV only camp spots, no tenting.  Park model rental cabins are available.  There is also a Hotel/Inn for those friends that don't camp.   The resort has extended stay mobile homes along with the RV camp spots.  Day to day rates are available.    There are not a lot of services near the resort because it's in a rural area.  This is a large resort with numerous services and amenities.  There is a bar, grill, market, pool, golf, and much more, all inside the resorts gates.  Most camp spots do not have shade because this is a desert area.  The resort has full hookups and pull through camp spots along with paved camp roads.  The prime season is October through April.  Extreme summer tempratures tend to drive most RVers out of this area.  

No fire rings, limited shade. 

Local Recreation:

The Pima Air and Space Museum is one of those must-see museums.  It's located at 6000 E. Valencia Blve. Tucson.   (520) 574-0462 .  Www.pimaair.org.   The Pima Air and Space Museum also offers exclusive bus tours of the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Center (AMARG), also known as the "Boneyard." The AMAGR is located adjacent to the Museum.  Bus tours of the facility are available on a "first come first serve" basis.  The tour bus boards at the Museum entrance.

The Loop bike trail circles Tucson and is a good way to get around by bike.  It's a bike and walk trail.   Here is a link to The Loop.

Old Tuscon is an old west town where movies are made.  There is an old town street with restaurants and shops.  There are Can Can shows, gunfights, western cultural exhibits and more.  Www.oldtucson.com.   (520) 883-0100 .  201 S Kinney Rd. Tucson, AZ  85735.  

Saguaro National Park is great for hiking and wildlife viewing.  They don't have any campgrounds so its best if you stay at this resort.  Here is a link to the national parks web site:   https://www.nps.gov/sagu/index.htm
