On this ✨ Welcome Home Wednesday ✨, we're introducing you to one of our Emergency Department (ED) Technicians, Katie Dilley! Three years ago, Katie first joined our ED team. After a period away to focus on family and navigate personal changes, she returned, seeking the comfort and positivity of our health system's "uplifting environment." "Norman Regional has always been like family to me and you just can’t get that anywhere else!" said Katie. Katie says she loves her current role in the ED: "Especially since I plan on furthering my education in healthcare, working in the ED has helped me so much whether it’s being able to step in and help in an emergent situation, or just being a helping hand when needed. My fellow healers answer any question that I have willingly and encourage me in every way!" We're inspired by Katie's enthusiasm for her role as a healer and the hard work she provides to our patients each day. Welcome home, Katie! 💜
