Bought broken earphones on an easyJet…

Bought broken earphones on an easyJet flight and DNATA are the company that provides them. I have sent back the forms and the earphones to DNATA and it has been over a month and despite multiple emails to them and WhatsApp messages they have ignored my pleas and not refunded me or replied to me so they have effectively stolen my earphones and money.

Big thieves …dnata/ Saudi-Arabië

My son flew from Addis Ababa to Schiphol with Saudi Arabia Air on May 2nd, and his two suitcases were not taken on the flight. One of the suitcases was delivered after a week, but the other is still missing. We have contacted Dnata via phone, email, and WhatsApp, but we received no response. No one can help us. We also inquired at Schiphol, but they couldn't assist us either. In Addis Ababa, we informed Saudi Arabia Air, but they keep giving us the runaround. It is truly hopeless. We will not be flying with Saudi Arabia Air again.

The customer service was so poor from Area 6 V-MUSE desk that caters for saudia Airlines. The woman at the counter wasn't cooperative when asked for assistance and also she had a condescending tone towards black people. Also the online service too is very hectic.

Dnata help team members are liars

Currently at the airport, I sought assistance from a DNATA team member for handling my luggage until reaching the check-in gate. After paying the agreed amount, he assured me he would return once the gate opened. Given my pregnancy, I relied on this help. Unfortunately, he did not return as promised. Fortunately, a fellow passenger came to my aid. It's important to be cautious of such unprofessional behavior from service providers.

NOT TO BE TRUSTED

NOT TO BE TRUSTED! They literally respond via email a month later and don't allow you to pick up your bag normally as you should. their phone is ekspres off to customers who want their luggage. It is a toxi work culture I hear from 2 employees and one of them quit while I still don't have my bag. Now finally contact with them because I went there 5 times in person. And my bag is not found and lost. This is very strange because they also blame a company ground express. They steal your stuff and you can't do anything about it because you can't sue them or do anything against them. Never again fly with a company that works with them because they are really not a normal company. After 3 months I am still waiting for my bag and a reaction.

Bad customer service

to be honest when me & my friend first booked thru danata in dubai- mirdif city center they were kind and helpful , the employee even gave us her private number for any help. But, when we reached bali specefically hideaway uluwatu hotel which we had a very bad experience and we needed help with the hotel to change.. we contacted the employee for danata to help us the only thing which she sayed write an email. honestly bad service costomer, after paying alot of money they are not helpful.

This company doesn't even deserve a…

This company doesn't even deserve a start! The team that was on duty in heathrow airport on the 2nd of April 2024 didn't know what they were doing. A Family of 6, with young children with special needs, got separated in 2 groups, mum and a baby from the oldest. They told the mum to go ahead with the baby through security and the older children would go with the special assistance team up to the boarding gate. That didn't happen. Mum nearly at the gate and no sign of the older children. Quite frankly they shouldn't be separated to begin with. Because of this mistake, the family lost their flight. The situation was bad already But the worst part is that same members of that team, including the supervisor who ripped the children's boarding pass, were implying that it was the family's fault for being "late" when they were the ones at fault. Disgusting behaviour and dreadful customer service!

Rude and mean

Really unprofessional being so irrespectful for my parents over 70s . It was an over boeking flight so they have to deliver the over boeking document while the checking just begin or call the flight manager . What the young blond guy and the other girl with him had done they kept yelling on people and being unprofessional instead of calling the manager. In add I bring the po to try to talk to them and respect the process. What they did they were both talking dutch making fun on us like the po van reply the same answer to us so we may disappear from his sight .....and if you complain to dnata supervisor she gonna say I donno I cannot follow that . Please be a lot to report to them becoz otherwise we got like those ppl in future

Lost baggage

The airline lost my baggage at Schiphol airport days ago, been trying to contact dnata all this time to finally receive an answer days later saying that they have been too busy to even process the claim.

Been waiting for an Overchage for 18 days now even after recieving an email i was entitled to the double charge refund. Now with my Law Firm do not use your card on Easyjet flights.!!! Gangsters from Dubai.

Poor Service

I was being served at G14, by a lady at 16:30pm on 25th March 2022. I am very disappointed with the lady unprofessionalism and the way she spoke to me and my family. My luggage was kind of 2 kilo above the requirement, so she told me to take some stuffs out. However, I agreed and I understand the protocol of the requirement. As it was just 2 kilo, I decided to take it out at the check-in area. As I was with a disabled elder (aged - 75yrs), I did not want to leave the desk as my grandmother has been on her feet for a long time and has several health issues . She has some problems on her right knee, diabetic and has high blood pressure. The lady served us was arrogant and unprofessional and most outrageous customer service. The previous passenger served by her before us was allowed to take over 4 kilo extra. I over heard them while standing in the queue and I had only 2 kilo. The previous passenger did not pay extra fee. I believe the lady was racist and she kept on laughing, which escalated the situation. She told us to move the baggage or she will leave the ticket and go. A friendly guy who worked at that Heathrow helped us and tried to solve the situation. Hats off to the guy. He knows how rude she was and he agreed that he did not like her service,attitude and behaviour and how wrong she was. He also told us he is waiting for the desk to be clear so he can have a word and he will report her too. Due to the unprofessionalism, I have taken videos and image of her, as no name was disclosed. I would like her manager "Samir" to take action against her because she is the face of the service for Biman and Dnata. Akiqur Rahman
