All of our motorcoaches include an onboard restroom, video systems, reclining seats, footrests, overhead storage, window shades, climate control, individual reading lamps, device charging outlets, and more! And, with advance notice, we can provide wheelchair lifts.

Our tours include accommodations at three and four-star hotels, and you will have a professional escort for the entire tour.

What to Expect on Your Bus Tour

Our coach tours are comfortable, affordable, and offer enriching experiences as we escort you on your travel dreams. For customers of all ages, we work to provide memorable and enjoyable experiences without the stress of planning the details of vacations and family trips. Our fleet of motorcoaches is ready to take you on exciting excursions, relaxing vacations, or delightful tour traditions.

Our tours offer a luxurious and comfortable travel experience. Coaches stop every 2 to 2½ hours for rest breaks, and exciting roadside and town attractions are planned along the tour route.

When you travel with Heartland Tours, your trip experience will be much more than a simple bus ride. Not only are our motorcoaches clean, comfortable, accommodating for all ages, and wheelchair friendly, they are luxury vehicles with onboard bathrooms, video systems with multiple monitors, reclining seats, headrests, fold-down foot rests, climate control, tinted windows, window shades, individual reading lamps, ventilation, and more.

Each seat includes Wi-Fi, extra leg room, 110v electrical outlets, and more. We’ve outfitted our motorcoaches specifically for a comfortable touring experience.

Environmentally Conscious Bus Tours

In addition to comfort for passengers when on the road, you can also take comfort in our environmentally-friendly coaches. Our buses are fueled with a biodegradable, nontoxic, sulfur- and aromatic-free B20 biodiesel fuel. Motorcoaches are also an average of six times more fuel and energy efficient than single occupancy vehicles like cars. When measuring passenger miles per gallon, motorcoaches with over 50 passengers will still have an efficiency of 350 passenger miles per gallon, compared to the 28 passenger miles per gallon of an average car.

Carbon dioxide emissions are reduced by about 85% per passenger mile per person when driving a motorcoach. That’s about three times more efficient reduction of CO2 output compared to commuter trains and cars.

The Great Adventure

We think the Italy, Switzerland & France itinerary were excellent. (5 stars) , The Canturbury & London Day 1 were also excellent. London day 2, could use some work, as the time in the London museum is too short (2 hours) Another hour there would help a great deal. Likewise Camden Market was also too short. 2 hours, minimum, and then I would recommend going to Colchester and Ending the day there. Or on the overnight Ferry. In our case the overnight ferry was not available and it forced us to skip Colchester and instead drive from London to Dover/Calais to Antwerp... That wasn't fun at all. Then that forced us to have 45 minutes in Antwerp (not nearly enough) and instead of going to Amsterdam, they chose to follow intermarry and go to Volendam, which only gave 45 minutes there. A big mistake, as we then went to Amsterdam and only got 2 hours of free time. (horrible). We would have rather skipped Volendam and have the extra time in Amsterdam. Likewise the Amsterdam Diamond factory was a waste of time. Not interesting, not on the itinerary we had, and boring. Bottom line, the last 2 days London to Amsterdam were 2 stars.... If not for this we would have given 5 stars for Itinerary & transportation.

We have multiple tour guides.All are very friendly and accommodating towards everyone's need.I am overall satisfied with the services that I received.I believe it could be much better if a seperate tour was arranged for big Indian group.I understand their limitations.But as a traveller i missed some of my opportunities to make my tour more enjoyable and exciting. There should be age limit also.And I would like to know about my fellow travellers prior to my tour.

Rome to Berlin: Piazzas, Prague & the Past

Great diversity of countries and cities but WAY too fast paced. One night in Slovenia and Poland was ridiculous and with travel time some days we spent less than 15 hours in the city. The guide was a but inexperienced so we didn't have a good description of some of the cities. Great way to make friends and see cities! Would recommend going end of August or later as it was still very hot going through the cities!!

Ruben Amorim silent on West Ham links after trip to London

Sporting CP head coach Ruben Amorim is remaining tight-lipped about his future following his short trip to London amid speculation he could take the reins at West Ham .

Amorim, 39, smiled at the cameras but refused to talk to reporters after landing at Lisbon airport in the early hours of Tuesday.

Amorim had travelled with his agent Raul Costa on a private jet to London after Monday's training session to reportedly discuss a potential move to West Ham.

The aim of the trip, according to Portuguese newspaper A Bola , was for Amorim and his agent to evaluate an official offer that he had received from West Ham earlier this month.

Sources have told ESPN that Amorim is one of the main candidates the east London club is considering to replace David Moyes.

A Bola add that West Ham's offer is more lucrative than Liverpool 's.

Sources told ESPN that Amorim has a contract with Sporting until June 2026 with a €20 million ($21.3m) release clause set for foreign clubs.

He is considered one of the top candidates to succeed Jurgen Klopp at Anfield this summer after Xabi Alonso announced his intention to remain at Bayer Leverkusen next season.

Earlier this month, Amorim angrily denied reports he had held talks with Liverpool or any other club regarding his future.

Amorim previously said he could not guarantee that he would continue at Sporting next season.

Sporting are aware of Premier League clubs' interest in Amorim but the Portuguese outfit remains hopeful that the coach will continue managing the league leaders for a fifth straight season.

While Sporting have not started a search for Amorim's potential successor, the club is reportedly keeping an eye on the market.

Amrim's team are seven points clear of nearest rivals Benfica in the Primeira Liga and are also through to the Portuguese Cup final.

Sporting are back in action on Sunday when they face FC Porto in the league.

Marching Chiefs Coaches Club Established

TALLAHASSEE  – Florida State Athletics and the Seminole Boosters have created a new fan involvement opportunity to support the Marching Chiefs with the formation of the Marching Chiefs Coaches Club, it was announced Monday.

"Florida State has an unmatched game day environment, and the Marching Chiefs play a huge role in that," FSU Vice President and Director of Athletics Michael Alford said. "With this new initiative, we are providing fans an opportunity to directly support the Marching Chiefs' efforts to take the impact they create inside Doak Campbell Stadium to support the team on the road. We look forward to other stadiums feeling a little bit more like home while allowing fans in different areas of the country, and world, to experience the Marching Chiefs."

The new Marching Chiefs Coaches Club will enhance the travel fund, allowing band participation at more away games. Previously, the band was limited to one or two road games per year, but with the support of the Marching Chiefs Coaches Club the Marching Chiefs have plans to travel with a pep band to Dublin, Ireland, Dallas and Miami during the 2024 season.

"The Marching Chiefs are an essential part of the Florida State game day," Seminole Boosters President and CEO Stephen Ponder said. "They enhance our atmosphere for the fans and give our sports teams a competitive advantage. Seminole Boosters want to ensure that their program is funded properly to continue their legacy of excellence."

Fans who get involved with the Coaches Club will experience a greater connection with the Marching Chiefs and FSU Athletics, while directly impacting away games. The Marching Chiefs, part of the FSU College of Music, is an academic ensemble comprised of 420 students from across the university. The Marching Chiefs support athletic events throughout the school year, bringing a high level of performance and an unrivaled school spirit to the events in which they participate.

"The College of Music is excited to be working closely with Seminole Boosters to support the Marching Chiefs," Dean of College of Music Todd Queen said. "This unprecedented new partnership will support travel activities for our Marching Chiefs, who serve as important ambassadors for the university."

Rowan football coach Jay Accorsi retires after 22 seasons, 4 trips to NCAA Division III Final Four

GLASSBORO, N.J. (AP) — Jay Accorsi, the Rowan University football program’s all-time leader in victories, has announced his retirement as head football coach after 22 seasons.

The Division III school in south New Jersey announced the retirement of the longest-tenured head coach in the program’s history on Friday. There was no mention of who would replace him.

Accorsi posted a 143-78 record with seven shared or outright New Jersey Athletic Conference titles and seven appearances in the NCAA Division III Championships. The Profs advanced to the NCAA semifinals in 2004-05. His teams had a .500 or better record 17 times, including the past two seasons, and an overall record of 103-54 in NJAC games.

A native of Somers, Connecticut, and an alumnus of Nichols College in Massachusetts, Accorsi received NJAC Coach of the Year honors five times — 2014, 2013, 2005, 2004, and 2002 — and earned the Maxwell Football Club Tri-State Coach of the Year award in 2005.

North vs. south softball: rangers get off to hot start on chilly day, dump rebels, 6-1.

Before the North softball team departed the school for a short trip to rival South on April 24, Coach Matt McPeek challenged his players to overcome what they were facing.

What they were facing were three adversaries — the rival Rebels, frigid temperatures with wind-chill temperatures near freezing and a two-losing streak in which the team did not play particularly well.

The Rangers accepted the challenge.

Paced by a 14-hit attack and a dominating pitching performance by Amanda Dobida, North defeated South, 6-1, to snap the two-game funk and remain atop the Western Reserve Conference with a 12-5 (5-1 in league play) record. Riverside is a game back with a 3-1 league mark.

“They did a 180 (degree turn) from our energy on Monday,” McPeek said of the aura around the team’s 9-2 loss to Gilmour, which came two days after a 10-7 loss to Boardman. “When they got off the bus here, I could tell it was a different team.”

Shrugging off the cold temperatures and wind, North jumped on South starter Violet Dichazy for two runs in the first inning and never looked back. Aly Hall ripped two doubles, including an RBI hit in the first inning, and Maddie Russo blasted a pair of solo home runs to dead-centerfield as part of North’s persistent offense that was silenced earlier in the week.

That made life a lot easier for Dobida, who pitched a four-hitter, walking two and striking out seven.

“This isn’t our preferable weather for when we play South,” Hall said, “but we did what we had to do. We came here with energy. That was the key to this one. We had to be up the whole time.”

A double-steal allowed Alyssa McPeek to score the first run before Hall doubled in Dobida to make it 2-0 early. It was a welcome start since their coach noted, “We haven’t been a good first-inning team, especially on the road.”

South (9-6) did have some good fortune getting leadoff batters on base, but nothing materialized for those instances until late in the game when the score was out of hand anyway. The Rebels got leadoff batters on in the third, fourth and fifth innings, but each time Dobida buckled down and got stops.

She was aided defensively by a slick 1-4-3 play to end the third, a leaping grab at second by Brynne Smith in the fourth inning and then a Dobida strikeout in the fifth. That kept North’s 2-0 lead safe.

“That’s something (Dobida) has been working on, trying to minimize damage,” McPeek said.

Instead, North kept dishing out damage, with Russo hitting a no-doubter home run in the fifth to go with another solo bomb in the seventh. In between, Dobida doubled in Smith to make for a 6-0 lead.

“The first one, I kind of watched it,” Russo said of her mammoth homer. “I was iffy about the second one. Their centerfielder (Makenna Owens) made a good play. If she would have caught it, it would have been one hell of a play, but she didn’t.”

South got on the board in the seventh when Taylor Zupancic and Summer Bliss strung together back-to-back doubles. But Dobida retired to the final three batters to end the potential threat and close out the win.

“That’s a good-hitting club 1-through-9,” South coach Jeff Morganti said of the Rangers, a program he used to coach. “I thought Violet put us in position to win. She was hitting spots and trying to jam them.

“We can’t leave runners in scoring position. I think we had a couple opportunities there. … Dobida did a nice job of throwing the ball on the outside of the plate.”

Morganti credited Bliss, who hammered two deep doubles off the fence in right.

“It was nice to see Summer do that,” he said. “She hit the ball to the opposite field, which was good to see.”

The two teams will meet again in May in their annual under-the-lights game at Todd Field, a game that no doubt will have league implications as North aims to hang a WRC banner this year.

“We know that we have to beat Riverside to win this thing,” McPeek said, “but we still have to beat (South), too.”

NORMAN — Paul Finebaum creates buzz wherever he goes.

So when the longtime radio and television host, whose show on the SEC Network airs five days a week, strolled into town last weekend for the OU football spring game, fans took notice. 

“You know we’re getting close to the SEC,” one fan said as he posed for pictures with the SEC personality during the Sooners’ softball game at Love’s Field. 

Finebaum had only been to Norman for a gameday once over 20 years ago, so it was important for him to return before the program’s official entry into the SEC on July 1. He’ll be back that day for a live taping of his show, while the school will be hosting an all-day SEC “launch party.”

On the eve of OU's spring game, Finebaum spoke to The Oklahoman to discuss everything from Brent Venables’ evolution as a head coach, previewing the Sooners’ first season in the SEC and looking ahead to Oklahoma’s first game in the conference vs. his alma mater Tennessee.

Q: What differences did you see from Brent Venables’ first to second seasons as head coach?

“Well, what I saw that stood out the most was a dramatic turnaround and I think everyone expected a better year in his second year out. But I was really caught off guard by how well they played and how much in command and how much he had seemingly grown as a head coach from year one to year two. And I think for that reason, I feel very good about OU's future. I still think this team is a little bit shy of being a contender. But I don't think they're far off. And I think the transition to the SEC will, I think it's gonna go fairly well. I know I remember the day the announcement came out three years ago, there was a lot of trepidation from everyone about how OU and Texas would fit, but I really think what happened last year, and especially beating Texas, I just think that was so critical to the momentum that this program really needed to add to the SEC.”

Q: What fans can expect from OU’s SEC road game trips in 2024.

“I think getting LSU in this first year, it is a goldmine. People call me all the time and say, what game would you go to if you could go anywhere? And I usually try to advise them to go to a game, preferably at night at Tiger Stadium. It is probably the most unique SEC scene and having said that, probably the most eagerly anticipated and thoroughly enjoyed tailgate, is obviously Ole Miss. You don't need me to tell you the reputation of the Grove, but it is legendary. And I think that was fortuitous for OU to get those two games the first year. I mean, I'm well aware about OU playing Tennessee a couple of years ago so a lot of fans have already experienced Neyland Stadium. So I mean, I think that's really fascinating how it worked out. Missouri is, you know, a lot of people here have probably been to Missouri, and I don't think they’ve added anything to the game in Dallas. But I think you’ve really hit the mother lode getting those two games the first year at Ole Miss and LSU. I’ve spent most of my life in Alabama and Auburn is, I know it sounds like I'm saying it for every school, I'm not. But Auburn is a truly unique experience to go to a game there.”

Q: Looking at the Sooners’ schedule, how many games do you see them winning?

“I think nine games is realistic. I think beyond that is maybe a little overly. I think nine is a good number. I know OU won 10 last year, but I think the schedule is considerably more difficult. In Ole Miss and Alabama, you're looking at probably two top-six teams, top-seven teams. You add LSU. And they will likely land probably right outside the top 10. And in Texas, Alabama, LSU and Ole Miss, you’re probably talking about four of the top 12 teams in the country. I think getting above nine might be a challenge. But I think nine is doable.”

Q: What does OU need to do to improve its tailgating/gameday experience for the SEC?

“I know people at OU have already looked around the SEC, I think there's a lot to learn just in terms of the experience. And I don't mean a lot to learn in terms of how OU’s been doing it because I'm really not an expert on that. But in the SEC, it really is an all day experience and I think it matters. There's a line that you may have heard at Ole Miss, they like to say we may not win every game, but we've never lost a party. I mean, they take that seriously. The tailgating part of it and the experience part of it. I could go down 10, 11 or 12 SEC schools and give you something specific. Now again, I've written books about the SEC, so I'm probably a little more well-versed than most fans, but it is unique.”

Q: How do you see OU’s first game in the SEC going against your alma mater, Tennessee?

"Somebody was asking me on the show, what are the four or five SEC games you’re most looking forward to? And naturally, I had Texas-Georgia and Georgia-Alabama, but I included the Tennessee-Oklahoma game, it's probably among my top four or five games because that is such an intriguing matchup. And yeah, I mean, the complicated past of Josh Heupel, I think adds to that. But it is going to be pretty emotional for the head coach at Tennessee to be leading one of the major programs in the country into a place where he led them to a national championship.”

Maple Leafs' Sheldon Keefe: Bruins' Brad Marchand 'elite' at getting away with penalties

Boston Bruins pesky star Brad Marchand played a major role in Game 3 against the Toronto Maple Leafs , scoring twice for a 4-2 victory and a 2-1 series lead .

He also hauled down Toronto's Tyler Bertuzzi before Boston's Trent Frederic tied the game 1-1 in the second period. He did it again before the final Boston goal.

Maple Leafs coach Sheldon Keefe lamented the lack of a call but indicated it was typical for Marchand, whom he called a world-class player for his ability and his gamesmanship.

"He gets calls. It's unbelievable, actually, how it goes," Keefe said. "You've got to play through that stuff. I don't think there's another player in this series that gets away with taking out Bertuzzi’s legs the way that he does. There's not one other player in the series that gets away with that, but he does. It’s an art and he's elite at it."

SHARKS: Last-place team fires coach David Quinn

Bertuzzi, also known for his peskiness, played for Boston last season in the playoffs after the Bruins acquired him at the 2023 trade deadline. He and Marchand were going at each other throughout Wednesday's game.

After Bertuzzi tied the game 2-2 at 11:25 of the third period, Marchand responded 28 seconds later with a perfect shot into the top corner of the net after Maple Leafs goalie Ilya Samsonov lost his stick.

The Bruins captain added an empty-net goal after first knocking down Bertuzzi. He leads Boston with six playoff points in three games.

"He's a great player," Bertuzzi said. "That's what he does. He's been doing it a long time. I don't expect it to stop."

Marchand has 55 playoff goals, tying Cam Neely's franchise record. He passed Neely to take the lead with his 12th playoff game-winning goal.

"He obviously wants to get under our skin and influence the refs," said Toronto's Matthew Knies, who scored the opening goal. "I think we just have to be composed and not kind of get into that (expletive)."

Golden Knights go up 2-0 on Stars

The Western Conference-leading Dallas Stars are in trouble after the defending champion Vegas Golden Knights won 3-1 to take a 2-0 series lead.

Vegas is now 5-0 against the Stars this season as goalie Logan Thompson improved on his shaky Game 1 win with a 20-save effort. Jonathan Marchessault, the 2023 playoff MVP, had a goal and assist and Noah Hanifin scored the game-winner.

Kings tie up series with overtime win vs. Oilers

Los Angeles Kings captain Anze Kopitar, who tied Luc Robitaille for most playoff appearances in franchise history, scored at 2:07 of overtime for a 5-4 win that evens the series with the Edmonton Oilers at 1-1.

Kopitar also assisted on Adrian Kempe's two goals. Kempe batted the puck out of the air on the second goal.

The Kings held Connor McDavid to one assist after he had five in the opening game.
