Everything was perfect. I was skeptical about the place at first because there's no office and because of certain reviews but this place is perfect. One complaint was the water wasn't hot. We had to turn it to cold because it got to hot. Loved it!! One complaint was bugs, we did see a few but it was like flying ants and water bugs. We always bring bug spray no matter where we stay so. The kitchen was equipped with your basic needs and I loved how they had coffee and filters already. Nice!! There are no bowls or plates just so you know to bring some. The staff was friendly, the pool was nice, the location was perfect and the beach access was right in front. The beds aren't the most comfortable but it made due. We'll bring a topper next time but we're okay with that. They have free WiFi which my friend and the kids loved. This place is nice. They are working on the rooms upgrading them so bare with them. Altogether it's a nice place. Oh they have grills your able to use with full propane tanks.

the staff was so nice- friendliest people we met so Carbon our journey !we had a absolutely 1 min walk to the beautiful beach :)

A cable TV and ironing facilities are included in all motel rooms. A microwave, small refrigerator, and coffee machine are provided, and the private bathroom is equipped with a bath or shower. Florida State University - Panama City Campus is 3 minutes' drive from the Econo Lodge motel . Saint Andrews State Park is located 11 km away. Gulf World Marine Park is 14 minutes' drive away from the property.

Everything in room worked and staff was friendly. Little mini fridge turned the sodas into slush in 2 days, pretty nice. Wi-Fi was suitable for what we needed. And maybe 500 ft or 1,000 ft on the road right beside it, behind it, it's a public walk access to the bay. Not a beach, just a neighborhood access but would be excellent for anybody with a canoe or kayak. Water was hot, everything was very clean, air conditioner worked well. Payments and deposit refund went the same day, no problems there. There is a circle k right across the road with hot and cold munchies, just don't expect there to be a break in traffic but once every 10 minutes.
