The STAFF was great. The FOOD was wonderful . The musician was very good. The SIGHTS were magnificent . The BOAT itself was clean. All in All it was better than expected !!!

Built in 1999 by Scarano Boat Building, Adirondack II is reminiscent of a classic turn-of-the-century Pilot Schooner. Like the Pilot Schooners that worked the coast throughout the 19th century she is a wooden hulled traditionally rigged schooner and is a working boat known for her elegant profile and surprising speed. At 80 feet, she provides a comfortable, safe, high-performance sailing experience. With her roomy deck space and large cockpit, Adirondack II can accommodate up to 57 passengers. Her size, comfort and classic lines make Adirondack II the perfect boat for corporate and private sailing charters, leisurely day sails and sunset cruises on Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay. Built in 2016 by Scarano Boat Building, Sloop Eleanor is a custom designed Scarano 48’ sloop that can accommodate up to 24 guests in her roomy cockpit with wrap-around seating. Her size and classic lines make Eleanor the perfect vessel for a more intimate private boat party .

Built in 1992 by Scarano Boat Building, Schooner Madeleine is a 72 foot sailing beauty. This yacht was specifically designed and built to carry passengers easily and safely sailing through the local waters of Newport. The Schooner Madeleine maintains 19th century sailboat style with a 21st century sailing comfort and convenience. She is certified for up to 49 passengers.

The classic yacht Rum Runner II was built in 1929 at the height of prohibition. This classic boat is certified for up to 49 passengers and is the perfect way to cruise through the Narragansett Bay water with style and a little speed! About Coastal Queen Cruises

Coastal Queen is a pristine, 58-foot cruising vessel that is owned and operated by Conanicut Marine Services Inc., a family-owned and operated business that has been a part of the marine industry in Jamestown and Newport since 1974. Coastal Queen Cruises, launched in 2019, offers daily cruises, sunset cruises, special event cruises, group tours and private charters. The cruises depart from Bowen's Wharf, Newport, with some special events departing from East Ferry Wharf in Jamestown. Cruises offer tourists and locals alike the opportunity to see the spectacular sights of Newport and lower Narragansett Bay, up close from the water. Sightseeing opportunities include views of the Newport Harbor lighthouses, "Clingstone" the house on the rocks, forts, Jackie Kennedy's childhood home Hammersmith Farm and miles of spectacular and charming New England coastline. Local history buffs may remember Coastal Queen originally as the Viking Queen. This ship sailed Newport Harbor and lower Narragansett Bay for many years. She took a brief detour to New York until Bill Munger, CMM, Founder and President of Conanicut Marine Services Inc., spotted the ship for sale and brought her back to Newport Harbor. She was restored to her full glory, renamed Coastal Queen, christened and re-launched in her home waters of Narragansett Bay. ‍ Coastal Queen offers panoramic views and ultra-comfortable seating from anywhere onboard. The upper deck features a hard top, open-air seating for fresh ocean breezes and clear, side curtains that roll down for comfort when the weather warrants. The glass-enclosed lower deck features a grand teak wood-center bar, mini snack bar, restrooms and is ADA accessible. The vessel seats up to 140 passengers and is spacious, cozy, and heated on chilly days—so cruises can operate throughout most of the year—weather permitting. ‍ Coastal Queen Cruises eagerly awaits the opportunity to take you on an enjoyable and memorable tour of her home, Newport Harbor and Narragansett Bay.
