Is Beyoncé's Renaissance Tour VIP Package Worth It? A Breakdown
Perks include great views, ride share vouchers, and exclusive merch.
While it’s no Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour , getting tickets to Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour hasn’t been an easy feat. Aside from battling scalpers and virtual queues, the biggest hurdle for many fans was just affording the price of the tickets. For fans who got codes for the BeyHive Presale , nosebleed section tickets in certain stadiums ranged from $62 to $162 before taxes and fees. While that might be doable, Renaissance Tour VIP tickets near the stage may cost you more than a month’s worth of rent. With their expensive prices, you might be wondering if Beyoncé’s VIP tour packages are worth it — and what perks they come with.
The first question you have to ask yourself is if you actually afford VIP. Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour is broken down into different price levels, similar to Swift’s Eras Tour packages . The lowest level is Club Renaissance, which gets you the following:
- Tickets to the Club Renaissance pit on the floor
- Access to a cash bar in Club Renaissance
- A specialty-designed Club Renaissance gift
- Club Renaissance VIP wristband
- Early entry
- A VIP concierge team and onsite hosts
The Club Renaissance tickets are around $889, which to put them into perspective, are almost as much as Swift’s most expensive VIP package — and that’s just the beginning. If you want the best seats in the house, you’ll need to fork over almost $5,000. While fans like TikToker @grandpahive claim VIP is “so f*cking worth it” to be that close to Beyoncé, your bank account may beg to differ.
How Much Are The Beyoncé Renaissance Tour VIP Tickets?
While tickets have been on sale for the Renaissance Tour since February, there are a few VIP packages still available in some cities — and it may be because of their price tag. Here’s a breakdown of each package:
- Club Renaissance Experience — ~$889
- BeyHive VIP Package — ~$1,401 to $1,902
- Alien Superstar Riser — ~$1,834 to $2,001
- Pure/Honey On Stage Risers — ~$2,501 to $3,757
- Pure/Honey On Stage Risers: Front Row Experience — ~$4,001 to $4,939
Seats & Merch For Beyoncé Renaissance Tour VIP Packages
All Renaissance Tour VIP packages will get you on the floor. It just depends on which package you buy whether you’ll be in a seat on the stage or standing in the pit. The Club Renaissance tickets get you access to the circle pit at the end of Beyoncé’s runway. The BeyHive VIP package is general admission as well, but to the BeyHive pit located on either side of the main stage.
The rest of the packages have reserved seats. The Alien Superstar Riser is located behind Club Renaissance on the floor, and the Pure/Honey Risers are on either side of the stage. The most expensive package is the one that will get you front row seats on these side stage risers, where Beyoncé will come right up to you. TikToker @cozypare shared just how close Beyoncé gets to one of the Pure/Honey risers during “I Care,” which just happens to be only song four in her over three-hour-long setlist .
In addition to incredible tickets, each package also comes with merch. It appears every VIP ticket holder gets the same limited edition gift , which includes a silver tote bag, Renaissance World Tour dad hat, and electric fan that says “fan me off.” Anyone BeyHive VIP and above also gets a collectible VIP laminate along with a Renaissance World Tour photo opp. The photo isn’t with Beyoncé, but more like a red carpet step-and-repeat. You also get early entry into the venue, and for VIPs on the risers, you also get a fast pass to the merch booths. Of course, the Renaissance Tour merch is also expensive, so you may not have the funds to buy a $60 tee after you paid almost $5,000 to be there.
Something that does come with your VIP package that will save you some money, if you’re on the risers, is a VIP parking spot or ride share voucher to use the day of the show. You also get two drink tokens to use on beer, wine, or any of the specialty Renaissance Tour cocktails .
Are Beyoncé Renaissance World Tour Packages Worth It?
If you have thousands of dollars to spend on a Beyoncé ticket, you’re going to say it’s worth it. Either you have the money to spend and $5,000 is nothing to you, or you’re a diehard fan willing to go into debt to see Beyoncé sing “Virgo’s Groove” three feet away from you. For anyone who doesn’t fall into either of these categories, VIP just doesn’t seem like a financially responsible choice.
It’s hard not to compare Beyoncé’s tour with the other mega tour happening right now — Swift’s Era Tour. One of the biggest complaints from VIP ticket holders for that show is that it’s a massive stage and when you’re on the floor, you can’t always see what’s happening. The risers definitely help in this case, but you can get just as good of a view (and sometimes better) from the nosebleeds. Sure, you’re not making direct eye contact with the queen, but you’re there in her presence.
Even if the merch was more exciting, it probably wouldn’t justify spending more than what you do on rent and groceries in one month. Considering there are still plenty of VIP tickets available at various shows, it looks like many fans also agree that these packages are just not worth the cost. Beyoncé may be telling you to release your job in “Break My Soul,” but unless she’s going to pay for your ticket, that might not be an option.

Grammy-winning artist Beyoncé is back on her first solo tour since 2016. Tickets are still on sale for those who wish to see Beyoncé perform in her celebrated Renaissance World Tour through October 2023. Stick with us, and we'll show you the best options for where to buy Beyoncé tickets today.
The 2023 Renaissance World Tour kicked off with an international leg in Sweden on May 10, 2023. Beyoncé then traveled across ten European countries before arriving in North America on July 8. The tour's United States and Canada leg will continue through October 1 as the musician plays 13 more shows in nine cities.
Supporting her 2022 album "Renaissance," the concert setlists have included Beyoncé playing each track from her seventh studio album. The Renaissance World Tour also includes "Queen Bey" playing various hits from her larger discography, such as "Formation," "Love on Top," and "Crazy in Love."
If you're aiming to buy tickets for the final performances of Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour, we've got you covered. Here's our breakdown of Beyoncé's remaining tour schedule, purchasing details, and resale and original ticket prices. Or you can browse through the available tickets left through StubHub and Vivid Seats at your leisure.

Beyoncé 2023 Renaissance tour schedule
The Renaissance World Tour still has 11 concert dates across eight cities, including three shows in Inglewood, California. In addition to one stop in Vancouver, Canada, the remaining shows will be held in the United States. Tickets are the most expensive in Beyoncé's hometown of Houston, Texas. All concert times are listed in local time zones. We've linked to the ticket site with the cheapest deals (at the time of writing) in the 'Prices from' column.
Where to buy tickets for Beyoncé 2023 Renaissance tour
You can purchase original tickets to Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour through Ticketmaster , although only a select number remain for each 2023 date and location. However, the tickets still available on Ticketmaster are typically more expensive than those found on verified resale platforms such as StubHub and Vivid Seats .
The prices for standard tickets to Beyoncé's concerts from StubHub start at approximately $102 on the lower end to nearly $400, depending on the venue. Vivid Seats offers similar price ranges for standard Renaissance World Tour tickets, ranging from about $100 in Las Vegas to $375 in Houston. When considering VIP packages, the cost increases significantly on each purchasing platform.
How much are Beyoncé tickets?
The prices for original Beyoncé concert tickets have risen considerably since the end of the initial Verified Fan Sale through Ticketmaster. Additionally, the cost of an original ticket varies depending on the demand for a particular location and date.
For instance, the cheapest price on Ticketmaster for a standard original ticket to the 2023 Renaissance World Tour is $91.83 for her Las Vegas, Nevada show on August 27. However, there are very few standard original tickets remaining for Beyoncé's concerts, so you may have better luck with verified resales.
Meanwhile, some original VIP packages, such as the Pure/Honey on Stage Risers, cost well over $3,000. At Beyoncé's August 30 performance in Santa Clara, the original VIP package costs $3,601. On the less expensive side, original Beyhive VIP Package prices are $1,401 in Seattle. Here's a breakdown of the various Beyoncé VIP packages from Ticketmaster's website .
Original prices typically come in much higher than resale prices for Beyoncé concerts. Many of the cheaper tickets are verified resales for nearer tour dates, suggesting you might find the best prices when it gets closer to the concert date.
Who is opening for Beyoncé's tour?
Beyoncé's world tour does not include any opening acts from other artists. Once the showtime begins for each concert date, it will be the Queen Bey herself who comes onstage.
There are no traditional opening acts for the 2023 Renaissance World Tour because Beyoncé is technically the opener to her own concerts. The time typically reserved for other artists at the start of the concert instead sees Beyoncé sing R&B ballads from her early discography, beginning with her Destiny's Child-era 2000 song "Dangerously in Love 2."
Approximately four songs are played in Beyoncé's "Opening Act" before moving into her "Renaissance" tracks. The concert is approximately two and a half hours long with 31 songs on the setlist, so Beyoncé's tour has more than enough hit music to fill the night.
Since Beyoncé opened with the international leg of her ninth solo tour, the music sensation will take her final bow of the concert series on October 1 in Kansas City, Missouri. While the remaining concert dates are primarily in the United States, there will be one last international show in Vancouver, Canada, on September 11, 2023.

What Does Beyoncé’s ‘Renaissance Tour’ VIP Package Include?
For weeks the Bey Hive has taken to social media to coordinate a financial plan in anticipation of Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour announcement. Although tickets for the upcoming haven’t gone on sale to the general public, social media has begun to speculate not only what the potential ticket prices will be but if there will be a VIP package add-on.
Well, one fan page on Twitter (not affiliated with the singer) alleges that there will not only be a VIP ticket package for the shows in the United States, but it will grant the holder access like never seen before. In the screengrab of what appears to be a Ticketmaster checkout screen, the VIP package is titled “VIP Front Row ON Stage Experience Package.”
The picture goes on to share that this supposed package will be available for purchase starting on February 10 at 10 am local time. Included in the package, holders will be given front-row seats on the stage, a red-carpet photo opportunity, commemorative laminate, exclusive tour merch, a dedicated restroom, and more.

Beyoncé Announces Renaissance World Tour
By Evan Minsker and Allison Hussey
Beyoncé has announced that she’s touring in support of her latest album, Renaissance . The tour begins with a European leg in May, followed by dates in Canada and the United States that extend from from early July through late September. It’s her first tour since her 2018 co-headlining On the Run II Tour with Jay-Z behind their collaborative album, Everything Is Love , and her first headlining tour since 2016’s Formation World Tour behind Lemonade . The Renaissance World Tour is produced by Parkwood Entertainment and promoted by Live Nation. See all of the dates below.
Renaissance arrived July 29, rising swiftly to No. 1 on the Billboard 200 and marking Beyoncé’s seventh album to summit the albums chart. It is the first act in what will be a three-part series, she has indicated.
Beyoncé hinted at her world tour in late October, during the fifth annual Wearable Art Gala, where the raffle included “ a UNIQUE experience ” to see her on the Renaissance tour. Purported images from the auction featured descriptions of the summer 2023 trek. Valued at $20,000, the package included first-class plane tickets, a three-night hotel stay, two concert tickets, and a guided backstage tour from Beyoncé’s mother, Tina Knowles aka Miss Tina. Beyoncé was reportedly in attendance at the gala. In January, she performed at the opening of a new luxury resort in Dubai, but did not play any Renaissance material at the private concert . It was her first live performance since 2020.
Since sharing Renaissance , Beyoncé has made a few adjustments to the album; she replaced ableist lyrics in “ Heated ,” and removed an interpolation of Kelis ’ “Milkshake” on “Energy” after Kelis said she was not informed by Beyoncé and her team that her music was going to be used on the new album. Beyoncé also dropped Honey Dijon and Madonna remixes of “ Break My Soul .”
In 2019, Beyoncé released Homecoming: The Live Album . The next year, she shared Black Is King , a visual album based on her 2019 soundtrack for The Lion King: The Gift . (Beyoncé voiced adult Nala in the CGI remake film.) On Juneteenth of that year, she surprise-released “ Black Parade ,” which would go on to win the Grammy Award for Best R&B Performance . At the same ceremony, she also won Best Rap Performance and Best Rap Song (for her feature on the remix of Megan Thee Stallion ’s “ Savage ”), as well as Best Music Video (for The Gift ’s “ Brown Skin Girl ”). “ Be Alive ”—her contribution to the King Richard soundtrack—was nominated for an Oscar at last year’s ceremony.
Beyoncé is nominated for nine honors at the 2023 Grammy Awards : Record of the Year , Song of the Year , and Best Dance/Electronic Recording for “Break My Soul”; Album of the Year and Best Dance/Electronic Music Album for Renaissance ; Best R&B Performance for “Virgo’s Groove”; Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa”; Best R&B Song for “Cuff It”; and Best Song Written for Visual Media for “Be Alive.”

Beyoncé Announces 41-Date 'Renaissance' Tour
The five-month romp takes her to the U.K., Europe, and North America.
Beyoncé won’t break our soul — but she’s about to break our wallets.
Finally, months after the release of her acclaimed seventh studio album , the superstar has announced her Summer 2023 Renaissance world tour. The five-month romp, kicking off in May and wrapping in September, will take the singer to over 40 cities in the U.K., Europe, and North America. This will mark the first-ever live performances of her new album, and first live shows for Beyoncé in general since her 2017 On The Run II tour with husband Jay-Z.
Details of the Renaissance tour leaked early, in late 2022, after extravagant VIP packages for the tour went up for auction at the WACO Theater‘s Wearable Art Gala charity auction.
Unlike with previous album cycles, Beyoncé uncharacteristically withdrew from the public eye following the release of Renaissance. To date, the singer hasn’t released any music videos or visuals to accompany the songs, nor has she made any public performances of the songs. On Jan. 23, Queen Bey gave her first performance in years at the Atlantis The Royal hotel in Dubai, though the theatrical show was invite-only and she didn’t perform any songs from Renaissance . Bey reportedly earned around $24 - $34 million for the gig.
That being said, we may finally see more activity from the Bey camp in the months leading up to her tour. For everything you need to know about attending the Renaissance tour, including the full tour schedule, openers, and how to snag tickets, read on.

Listen to this article
We may STILL be waiting for Renaissance visuals but Beyoncé has now announced the Renaissance World Tour and some of the tickets for it are already on sale (there are multiple pre-sales for die-hard fans to get their hands on tickets first).
Given that it's officially been seven years since Beyoncé's last solo tour, the demand to see Beyoncé live is higher than ever. Beyoncé Renaissance tour setlist: What songs will she play?
Over the course of her iconic career to date, Beyoncé has released seven studio albums, a collaborative album with JAY-Z, a soundtrack album, multiple live albums and four albums as part of Destiny's Child. It's also believed that Renaissance is the first album of a three-album project. Taking this into consideration, she has hundreds of iconic songs to pick from.
Like most of Beyoncé's previous tours, it seems likely that the Renaissance tour will mainly feature the songs of the album it's promoting alongside her biggest hits and fan favourite deep cuts. Expect to hear 'Break My Soul', 'Cuff It' and 'Alien Superstar' alongside the likes of 'Formation', 'Crazy In Love' and 'Love on Top'.
We're also keeping our fingers crossed that underrated bops like 'Blow', 'Find Your Way Back' and 'Schoolin' Life' will appear somewhere in the setlist.
As usual, we won't know the setlist until the first date of the tour. Return to this page then to find out what she plays.

Beyoncé may have announced her Renaissance world tour in the most Beyoncé way possible
A slide on an art auction at the Wearable Art Gala broke the news, meanwhile, a homing pigeon is expected to drop those visuals aaaaaaaaany day now.
Lester Fabian Brathwaite is a staff writer at Entertainment Weekly , where he covers breaking news, all things Real Housewives , and a rich cornucopia of popular culture. Formerly a senior editor at Out magazine, his work has appeared on NewNowNext , Queerty , Rolling Stone , and The New Yorker . He was also the first author signed to Phoebe Robinson's Tiny Reparations imprint. He met Oprah once.
Beyoncé continues to rewrite the rules of the pop icon playbook, from changing the days artists release their albums to dropping an album without a single visual — and Tiffany's doesn't count , mama.
Now, the Bey Hive has something else to buzz about: the Renaissance world tour. Mrs. Carter seemingly announced the tour, launching next summer, at an auction for the Wearable Art Gala where a concert ticket package, valued at $20,000, was on offer.
On Oct. 22 in Santa Monica, Calif., the Gala, founded by Tina Knowles-Lawson and her husband Richard Lawson, auctioned off a "UNIQUE opportunity" to see the Renaissance tour at any of its "national and international destinations around the world."
The package included two first class plane tickets, a three-night hotel stay, and two tickets to "one of the most sought-after musical performances of all time," the Renaissance 2023 Tour. As if that weren't incentive enough, you'll also get a guided backstage tour from the alien superstar's mom, Knowles-Lawson.
Bidding for the auction item reportedly reached $150,000, which is a steal compared to what the rest of us will have to pay when those tickets finally go on sale to the general public.
Beyoncé's reps had not responded to EW's request for comment at time of publication.

Renaissance World Tour 2023 North America Dates
Wondering if Beyoncé is playing a show in your area? Below are the remaining cities the Grammy winner will visit for the 2023 North American leg of the Renaissance tour . Beyoncé previously also added an additional three shows to the tour, including Atlanta (8/14/23), Las Vegas, (8/27/23), and Inglewood, CA (9/4/23).
Not surprisingly, Ticketmaster said it saw a massive demand for the Renaissance tour in a blog on its website. “Fan demand already exceeds the number of tickets available by more than 800% based on the registration numbers in the Group A cities. It is expected that many interested fans may not be able to get tickets because demand drastically exceeds supply.”

European dates started in May, and Beyoncé embarked on the North American leg of the Renaissance tour over the summer, including stops in Toronto (read our Renaissance tour review ), Los Angeles, Houston, and New Orleans. Though Beyoncé headlined a show in Dubai — her first concert in four years at the time — she didn’t play any songs from Renaissance , Rolling Stone ‘s No. 1 album of 2022 (“the musical highlight of the year”) and a frontrunner at the 65th Grammys .
When Beyoncé dropped Renaissance last summer, Rolling Stone ‘s Mankaprr Conteh wrote that “Beyoncé flung open the doors to a nightclub of her own making, a place where anyone can be the hottest person in the galaxy … the album traverses eras of dance music to conjure the superhuman confidence and deeply human connection of a night out. The thematic triumph of the auteur’s seventh album is this union of the extraordinary and the earthly across it, a duality that lives on the dancefloors Renaissance was inspired by — and in all of us.”
How to Get Beyoncé Tickets With BeyHive Verified Fan Registration
BeyHive Verified Fan Presale started Feb. 6 for those who registered in Group A, followed by Groups B and C.
The first round of the BeyHive presale arrived just one day after Beyoncé made Grammys history on Feb. 5. With 32 wins under her belt, Beyoncé broke the record for the most Grammy Awards in music history, winning the Grammy for Best Dance/Electronic Album for Renaissance .
“I’d like to thank my beautiful husband, my beautiful three children who are at home watching,” Queen Bey said during her acceptance speech. “I’d like to thank the queer community, for your love, and for inventing this genre. God bless you. Thank you so much to the Grammys.”
While Renaissance didn’t win a trophy for Album of the Year , Beyoncé still took home a slew of other awards, including Best R&B Song for “Cuff It,” Best Dance/Electronic Record for “Break My Soul,” and Best Traditional R&B Performance for “Plastic Off the Sofa.”
“You changed my life,” Lizzo told Beyoncé during her Grammys acceptance speech for her Record of the Year win. “You sang that gospel medley, and the way you made me feel, I was like, ‘I want to make people feel this way with my music.’ So thank you so much. You clearly are the artist of our lives.”

Beyoncé Announces Additional Dates For Her Highly Anticipated Renaissance World Tour
Updated on 2/2/2023 at 6:15 PM
After much speculation and months of waiting, Beyoncé is finally taking " Renaissance " on tour this summer! Queen Bey made the official announcement on Feb. 1 with a dazzling poster for the Renaissance World Tour posted on Instagram and tour dates listed on her website . The news caused so much excitement among fans that Beyoncé added additional dates the very next day.
Beyoncé's announcement comes a few short months after she first teased her world tour at the fifth annual Wearable Art Gala , at which the Grammy winner was in attendance. On Saturday, Oct. 22, 2022, she raffled off a lavish concert package valued at $20,000, which included first-class plane tickets, a three-night hotel stay, two "Renaissance" concert tickets, and a guided backstage tour from her mother, Tina Knowles-Lawson.
While the exact amount that the package was auctioned off for has yet to be revealed, video footage from the event shows bids reaching $50,000 and more, as reported by Yahoo News . The only thing that's certain is that the first two tickets to the "Renaissance" tour were sold ahead of its wider sale. Now, fans will be able to purchase their own tickets starting on Monday, Feb. 6, beginning with an exclusive presale to BeyHive members, per a press release from Live Nation.
Beyoncé's Parkwood Entertainment-produced tour kicks off on May 10, 2023, at Friends Arena in Stockholm, SE, followed by stops throughout Europe and North America. It comes on the heels of her seventh solo album, act one of a three-part series, which arrived in July 2022, six years after she gave us 2016's " Lemonade ."
The 41-year-old Grammy-winning icon celebrated its release on her website , writing, "We did it!!! Thank you all so much for you love and support . . . This was years of experimentation. This was years of hard work, blood, sweat, and tears. I'm so grateful and it was worth it. I'm thankful that it was received and understood." She also hosted a star-studded Studio 54-inspired dance party at New York City's Paradise Club to mark the album becoming her seventh No. 1 solo album and the biggest debut from a woman artist this year, per Billboard .
Back in August, Beyoncé teased a clip from her first "Renaissance" music video, " I'm That Girl ," and most recently put on a grandiose live performance at the reveal of Dubai's Atlantis The Royal Hotel, which POPSUGAR was on hand to see, in January — marking her first concert in four years. She didn't perform any of her "Renaissance" songs, but now it's clear she's saving it all for her world tour.
Read ahead to find out everything we know about Beyoncé's Renaissance World Tour, including dates and how to buy tickets.

What To Expect From Beyoncé’s 2023 Renaissance World Tour
The stadium tour kicks off in May in cities across Europe and the U.S.
Get ready for your soul (or at least your bank account) to be broken . Queen Bey is coming to a city near you soon. More than six months after releasing Renaissance , her first solo studio album in six years, Beyoncé finally announced the Renaissance World Tour , sharing the poster on Instagram and posting the tour dates on her website on Feb. 1. The stadium jaunt will kick off in May in Sweden, with dates currently confirmed across Europe and North America.
The Renaissance World Tour will mark Beyoncé’s first live shows in five years — aside from the extravagant private show she played in Dubai on Jan. 21 for the grand re-opening of the Atlantis resort, for which she was reportedly paid around $24 million . Naturally, demand has proven to be enormous, leading Bey to add more shows across the U.S. and Europe. She last co-headlined the On The Run II Tour with her husband Jay-Z in 2018. The singer was rumored to have planned a tour in 2020 to promote The Lion King: The Gift and its accompanying Black Is King film , but dates were inevitably scrapped due to lockdown. Her last solo outing was the Formation World Tour in 2016.
View on Instagram
In October, the “CUFF IT” singer indicated — in a very low-key way — that she would embark on a 2023 world tour to promote her seventh studio album . At the inaugural Wearable Art Gala, the 28-time Grammy winner auctioned off a “UNIQUE opportunity,” referencing her fan-favorite track “ALIEN SUPERSTAR,” to see one of her upcoming shows. The listing confirms that the Renaissance tour will kick off in the summer of 2023, calling it “one of the most sought-after musical performances of all time” and assuring international fans that Bey will take the tour worldwide.
That VIP package included two concert tickets, first-class airfare to select cities, a three-night hotel stay, and to top it off, a guided backstage tour from Beyoncé’s mother Tina Knowles-Lawson. According to Variety , the winning bidder paid between $45,000 and $50,000 for the honor of seeing Bey. Thankfully, this did not indicate the price range for normal Renaissance tour tickets.
Here’s everything you need to know about the Renaissance World Tour.
Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour Dates
The Renaissance World Tour will kick off on May 10 in Sweden and take Beyoncé to 14 cities across the UK and Europe before heading to the U.S. and Canada. The North American leg will start on July 8 in Toronto and conclude nearly three months later in New Orleans. Demand for tickets ended up being so big that Beyoncé added multiple dates across both continents. On Feb. 2, she announced second shows in several U.S. cities , and added multiple dates across the UK and Europe on Feb. 7, including a total of five shows in London alone.

How To Buy Renaissance Tour Tickets
Like Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour , fans will need to register with Ticketmaster’s Verified Fan program to buy tickets to the Renaissance World Tour. BeyHive subscribers can register for their own Verified Fan presale, which comes first, while Citi cardmembers will also have a separate presale before the general Verified Fan onsale. The shows have been divided into Groups A, B, and C, which all have different registration periods and presale dates. Therefore, not all shows will go on sale at once, decreasing the chances of the traffic jams that happened for Swift’s Eras Tour .
That said, huge traffic and long virtual queues are still expected, as Ticketmaster announced the day after the tour announcement that the number of Verified Fan registrations exceeded the number of tickets available by nearly 800%. For cities in Group A, the BeyHive presale will begin on Feb. 6, with the Citi presale happening the next day and the general Verified Fan onsale being held on Feb. 11. The presales for Group B will be held the following week, and tickets for Group C shows will go on sale the week after. Originally, fans had until Feb. 2 to register for Group A shows, Feb. 9 for Group B, and Feb. 16 for Group C. But due to the demand, Ticketmaster ended up cutting off registration for all shows on Feb. 5.

Queen Bey is back baby 👸🏽🐝

By now we've all seen those TikToks from Beyoncé's Exclusive Dubai performance with her viral Siren-esque vocal runs (even though it was technically supposed to be a photo and video-free event, but we're not complaining 🤭). Those clips of Bey absolutely slaying in Dubai have been leaving us hot with Bey fever, so we literally jumped for joy when we saw that Beyoncé *finally* dropped the deets on her world tour.
The singer posted to her Instagram in a disco cowgirl ensemble to make the announcement. She looked fierce sitting atop a shimmering horse with a cowgirl hat to match and an intricate crystal bodysuit. She captioned the post, "RENAISSANCE WORLD TOUR 2023." Beyoncé's last tour was in 2018 when she and her husband Jay-Z blessed us with their On The Run Tour .
"See you soon mother," a fan commented.
Beyoncé's album Renaissance set the music world on fire and broke records. Released on July 29, 2022, her album quickly landed at the number one spot on the Billboard 200, making her the first female artist to have all seven of her solo albums make it to first. Renaissance has been nominated for an astounding nine Grammys at this year's ceremony which will take place on February 5.
In a letter to her fans posted on her official website, Beyoncé wrote, "Creating this album allowed me a place to dream and to find escape during a scary time for the world. It allowed me to feel free and adventurous in a time when little else was moving. My intention was to create a safe place, a place without judgment. A place to be free of perfectionism and overthinking. A place to scream, release, feel freedom. It was a beautiful journey of exploration."
Renaissance World Tour Dates and Locations
How can i buy tickets to beyoncé's renaissance world tour.
Tickets likely won't be very easy to snag after the Taylor Swift Ticketmaster incident , but BeyHive Verified Fans, Ticketmaster Verified Fans, and Citi credit card members will have access to a presale for tour tickets , so set your alarms and register on time if seeing Bey is on your bucket list. Registration groups for presale are determined by the location of the desired show, so make sure to check on beyonce.livenation.com for the full rundown. Registration for group A is open until February 2, group B until February 9, and group C until February 16 at 11:59 pm ET. While there is no official sale date for the general public, the Verified Fan ticket lotteries will determine which lucky fans get that highly anticipated early access or a spot on the waitlist.

Beyoncé’s Renaissance Tour Has American Fans Flying Across the World for Cheaper Tickets, Better Seats
By Clarissa Brooks
Michael Donte, a filmmaker based in Los Angeles, found floor seats for Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour for just $150… in Stockholm, Sweden. After scouring the internet for lower prices in the United States, Donte finally settled on going to opening night of the tour on May 10 as it landed exactly on his birthday.
“It was one of the greatest nights of my life,” says Donte, who was able to afford going to two shows after factoring in the cost of airfare and housing. While many of the Beyoncé fans we spoke to have never traveled abroad for a concert, all of them said this Beyoncé tour was more than worth it. “This was my first time traveling abroad for a concert,” Donte tells Teen Vogue , “and it really opened my eyes to new experiences.”
When Beyoncé arrives, she takes the world with her. To promote her latest album Renaissance , which she released in late summer 2022, the singer has embarked on her fourth solo world tour, her first tour in almost a decade.
Beyoncé performing during the opening night of the Renaissance World Tour on May 10, 2023 in Stockholm, Sweden
The Renaissance World Tour was announced in early February 2023, and many longtime fans knew that getting quality tickets in the U.S. would be expensive — and nearly impossible. With ongoing inflation and controversial reseller expansion , concert tickets have become more expensive by the day.
For context, Beyoncé's Renaissance Tour has multiple VIP ticket packages: Club Renaissance, Beyhive, Alien Superstar, and Pure Honey, with the latter two packages being on-stage exclusive tickets. Prices for all VIPs vary by location, however, a Club Renaissance VIP Package in Atlanta, Georgia will cost you $1,700 on Ticketmaster, versus $470 (with conversion from the Euro) for the Barcelona, Spain tour stop. Though the U.S. dollar isn't as strong in Europe as it was near the end of last year , the increased corporate restrictions on reselling abroad and the considerable savings on tickets still make sense for many American fans looking to have a fuller concert experience. This led some dedicated fans, some of the most loyal of the Beyhive, to venture abroad to see the Renaissance Tour .
Most American fans who secured Bey tickets abroad turned to social media to learn the tips and tricks of international concert travel. Just a quick search on TikTok or Twitter will reveal the wealth of information available on how to best get tickets in cities across the globe for a more affordable price. Longtime Beyoncé fan Jessica, who hails from Boston, plans to see Bey in Paris on May 26 and felt inclined to help other fans by sharing a TikTok detailing the best methods to get cheaper tickets abroad.
TikTok content
This content can also be viewed on the site it originates from.
“Lately with Ticketmaster, especially in the U.S., tickets have been so costly, so I knew that tickets overseas were more affordable,” says Jessica, who plans to attend the Paris tour date with her best friends. Jessica says the decision was ultimately made with cost and logistics in mind. “When I compared the prices, it was cheaper to go abroad with accommodations included than it was to go in the U.S.”
Marcia Avril, a Miami native and graduate student based in Boston, attended the opening night of the Renaissance World Tour in Sweden with their sister. “I did this trip with my sister as a celebration as it’s her birthday and I’m graduating soon,” Avril says. The duo looked at a few different cities across Europe but landed on Sweden based on cost . “Money-wise and logistically it was just cheaper to come to Sweden, the dollar is stronger here. By the time we did the conversion we were able to secure Club Renaissance tickets for $360.”
The sibling duo have traveled abroad before, but this was their first time doing so for a concert. Avril felt like the trip would also be a good start for their blossoming vlogging career. “This is the first time I've ever traveled for a concert, but I really love it so I'm hoping to do this more in the future.” Avril and their sister also made time to see all of Stockholm before they headed back to the States. “We are here for four days and four nights so we made sure to sightsee before the concert, which is on our last day.”
Like Avril, Jessica is excited to get the full cultural experience of Paris outside of just the Beyoncé concert. “Not only do you get to see her live, but you get more of an experience because you are in a new city [with] new cuisine… you are getting much more than just a concert,” she says. For Jessica, attending the Renaissance World Tour abroad will be a milestone event in her life. “It will be my first time going abroad to see a concert, and I'm gonna be going with one of my best friends, so I’m pretty excited.”
Expat and midwife Devon Davis Kitzo-Creed , who is a Philly native based in Hungary, has been hip to how to make travel more accessible for a long time. Davis plans to attend the Renaissance show in Warsaw, Poland. “I think over here it’s just more accessible to seek entertainment,” she explains. Davis frequently goes to plays and concerts in Europe for much cheaper than her family pays for similar events back home. While Davis is not too excited about the large crowds that stadiums draw, Renaissance as a body of work moved her to attend the world tour anyway.
“I realized how important this album is for the Black and queer community,” says Davis. “I think it’s really important for us to see this. If there is one tour I go to, it has to be this one.”
Davis hopes to use her social media to equip other fans like Jessica and Avril with the knowledge they need to travel on a budget, for concerts or otherwise, and to help offer more worldly experiences to marginalized people. “I thought travel was a luxury and not a necessity,” says Davis. “Once I realized that I don’t have to save thousands of dollars to travel, the world really opened up for me.”
The power of Beyoncé is inspiring fans to trek across the globe to see her perform, to see new sights, and bring them into their own power. Renaissance isn’t just an album — it’s a movement.

Beyoncé: Renaissance World Tour review – a dizzying three-hour spectacular
Friends Arena, Stockholm Queen Bey’s first solo headline tour in seven years is a lavish leap forward for live entertainment, dripping with sci-fi disco decadence, sex and Black pride
E ven without Taylor Swift’s Ticketmaster-melting Eras Tour nipping at her heels, it wouldn’t do for a star as compulsively ambitious as Beyoncé to merely protect her status as the greatest pop show on Earth. Not when her first solo headline tour since 2016 could instead push 21st-century live entertainment another lavish leap forward.
Titled after the Texan’s disco glitter bomb post-pandemic party album of the same name , Renaissance is a monster blockbuster concert experience on a different plane. Fifty-seven stadium dates globally, starting in Stockholm, are projected to gross as much as £1.9bn ($2.4bn) by the time the tour ends in New Orleans late September. Dripping with sci-fi disco decadence, sex, body positivity and feminine Black pride, the near three-hour spectacular plays out in front, behind and, at times, inside a football-pitch-wide high-definition video screen designed to assault the senses at dizzying scale.
The BeyHive, as Beyoncé’s fans collectively style themselves, are buzzing pre-show as they flood into the venue from around the world for their first chance proper to see their queen live since 2018’s On the Run II co-headliner with Mr B, Jay-Z. Dressed head to toe in official tour merch, including a cap and hoodie both emblazoned with the word “THIQUE”, Mykwain Gainey has been to 20 Beyoncé shows over the past two decades and has spent nearly £2,000 to fly here from New York. “To see her transcend, and become what she has become, especially as a Black woman, is exciting,” he enthuses.
Brazilian Yhes Bezerra wears a spangly cowboy hat like the one sported by Beyoncé in the tour poster, except theirs is homemade; sticking on the thousands of tiny mirror panels took nine hours. They were determined to come to the opening night to avoid social media spoilers about what to expect. “I want everything to be a surprise,” Bezerra smiles.
Beyoncé appears first in a video cut scene, laid out luxuriously across the giant screen semi-naked in dimensions big enough to be visible from space. And yet, once she emerges in the flesh – all sequins, shoulder pads and that megawatt smile, drinking in the crowd’s screams – she begins disarmingly with a slew of her rawest soul songs. By the second, Flaws and All, she already appears to be fighting back tears, whether of release or gratitude or both. It’s an opening that seems designed to strip away artifice, if only to provide some sharp contrast for the heavily technologically augmented spectacle about to follow.
Harking back to early house and techno and the ecstatic utopia of the dancefloor, a segment dedicated to the Renaissance album ensues with Beyoncé done up something akin to the Maschinenmensch in Metropolis. She grinds with a dozen backing dancers to the jittery reggaeton of her boss bitch mission statement I’m That Girl, then dances with some actual robots (a pair of mechanical arms) during Cosy. Were all that not semi-hallucinogenic enough, Alien Superstar interpolates narcissistic anthem I’m Too Sexy by 90s dance-pop twosome Right Said Fred.
With many of the setlist’s whopping 36 songs abridged, the tempo is relentless. Blink and you’ll miss dancers popping out of the stage like champagne corks, or Beyoncé’s powerhouse band getting wheeled into occasional view on a tall stepped riser (shades of Beychella), such as during Chic-style feelgood funk workout Cuff It. “Y’all having a good time, Stockholm?” our host inquires, wiping an imperceptible bead of sweat from her brow. “Me too.”
Black Parade finds Beyoncé cruising the stage atop what looks like a kind of lunar rover. Somewhat comically, it exits up the gusset of a pair of massive splayed legs. Later she sings Plastic Off the Sofa stretched out in a clamshell. Come Crazy in Love, the show finally gets the enormous disco ball it seems to have long craved, dangled from the rafters for only a bit longer than the time it takes for the crew to get it up there and back down.
Bass-quaking, envelope-pushing Black power anthem Formation is a powerful political statement in any setting. Performed in a kind of virtual cathedral, horny southern rap and gospel cocktail Church Girl (sample lyric: “drop it like a thottie, drop it like a thottie”) might just be intended to provoke. But by Beyoncé’s own standards, it’s hard not to read Renaissance as a show much lighter on overt socio-political messaging than it is sheer, unfettered, mildly chaotic indulgence. And who could blame her?
In a final, unsubtle, retro-futuristic fanfare, Bey summons Bianca Jagger’s iconic Studio 54 moment by gliding through the air on a glitter-encrusted white horse while Summer Renaissance – which samples Donna Summer’s I Feel Love – blares. The disco history references may or may not be landing with the mostly young BeyHive, but that’s not really the point. By rewiring dance music past in a sensory overload of truly stunning ambition and stamina, Beyoncé is writing some history of her own.

AMC Entertainment chief executive Adam Aron saw a 2023 compensation package of $25.4 million — up from $23.7 million a year ago – inflated by stock awards worth $17.9 million along with a cash bonus of $6 million bonus and a $1.5 million base salary.
In a proxy statement filed with the SEC, the compensation committee of the world’s biggest exhibitor cited progress on several fronts last year in a challenging climate for theatrical as Hollywood strikes interrupted a nascent post-Covid recovery.

Charter CEO Chris Winfrey Sees $89 Million Compensation Package In 2023
“Our draft proxy shows I was awarded AMC stock in 2023 (that I can not sell any time soon) valued using SEC required methodology at $17.9 million. At yesterday’s closing share price, it is actually worth $1,345,000. So my compensation — valued presently — was $16.5 million less.” The shares ended the week at about $3.
Aron and the board said in February they’d agreed to cut his target compensation by 25% this year in a nod to disgruntled retail shareholders. It means the target amount that he’d be eligible for would be lower.
The proxy ticked off management accomplishments during a difficult time including rising revenue, positive adjusted ebitda (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization), chipping away at AMC’s hefty debt, and raising cash through equity sales. The company launched AMC Theatres Distribution and secured rights to concert films Taylor Swift I The Eras Tour – which helped keep the box office afloat in the fourth quarter — and Renaissance: A Film By Beyonce . It continued a laser projector upgrade and expanded retail sales of AMC branded popcorn.
A slow start to the box office in 2024 with fewer wide releases had clipped projections for exhibition although things may be looking and are expected to rebound in the second half.
CFO Sean Goodman’s package, the next highest, totaled $6.7 million, according to the proxy, which outlines the pay of a company’s five top paid executives
