Debía viajar a Madrid (España) y buscando en muchas plataformas encontré en Jetcost unos precios asequibles, el drama empezó cuando pagué el tiquete, al instante me redirecciono a la página de The Travel Makers https://thetravelmakers.co/Default.aspx, al parecer una agencia de viajes que ofrece tiquetes "PROMOCIONALES" pagué lo que inicialmente decía la página por un trayecto $3.271.565 pesos colombianos, alrededor de 910 dólares, y oh sorpresa no me llega el tiquete a mi correo, sino que me llama una asesora para indicarme que sólo había pagado el tiquete promocional y que debía pagar adicionalmente los impuestos, que sumaban 900 dólares más, y que no podía hacerme el reembolso, sólo cambiarme fechas y todas con la misma tarifa... Por más que leí sus cláusulas en ninguna decía que eran tarifas promocionales y menos que los impuestos doblaban el valor inicial. Así es que atentos, es PUBLICIDAD ENGAÑOSA.

Mucho cuidado no compren los billetes a travel makers son unos ladrones estafadores, me han estafado y les voy a poner una denuncia.

Me han estafado, estoy preparando todo para denunciarles. He perdido todo el dinero y el viaje. No compréis nada con ellos, ni con Travel makers, ni Expertos en vuelo, PCM, Jet Cost, es una red de estafas.

Hola, me acaba de pasar exactamente lo mismo pero por fortuna llamé a mi banco a parar todas las transacciones y respondi a la mail de ellos diciendo que no autorizaba ningun pago y que no deseaba que se generara ningun tiquete a mi nombre. Es un engano total, ATENTOS!! Alguien ha logrado resolver en otro modo?

Vi que ofrecieron la boleta a 500 dolares pero después me llega un llamado diciendo que tengo que pagar 1200 dolares para la boleta y que no puedo cancelar porque ya he realizado el pago promociona lo cual me parece ridículo porque uno tiene todo el derecho de cancelar y además no se ha realizado ningún transacción asi que solo estaban metiendo para estafarnos. travelmakers is offering flight which… they don't make true

travelmakers is offering flight which after making the booking does not exist. Alternative a: flight time is 13 hours instead of 8 hour. Alternative b. price is 2600 euro instead of 2000 euro. When i get called within 20minutes to tell me these changes, they very hard to sell me one of these alternatives and deny my request for cancellation. Update 1 December: they try to get my review off the site. I like to stress that I share the experience of other users who call travel makers a scam. They are agressively trying to sell!

travelmakers is offering flight which… they don't make true

travelmakers is offering flight which after making the booking does not exist. Alternative a: flight time is 13 hours instead of 8 hour. Alternative b. price is 2600 euro instead of 2000 euro. When i get called within 20minutes to tell me these changes, they very hard to sell me one of these alternatives and deny my request for cancellation. Update 1 December: they try to get my review off the site. I like to stress that I share the experience of other users who call travel makers a scam. They are agressively trying to sell!

I have been taken care of with such a friendly and kind manner. I really appreciate assistance of Alonso Moreno. He checked on me and resent me all the information about my upcoming flight. I never keep track of such details as allowed luggage, and I was kindly reminded.

Not enough detailed information. Not explain to the core of the matter. I was trying to get a discount ticket and was charged in my opinion 2 much. Maybe there was a misunderstanding on my part. However, I will give this service another try if my experience goes beyond.
