The people working here were very rude. I ended up having to walk out it seemed like it was a real inconvenience for them when a customer came in.

My family and I booked a group reservation from this travel agency and our departure flight for our vacation was changed but Rivas Travel never communicated the change to us. We arrived at the airport and our flight had left. We called Rivas Travel and they appeared to have no recollection of the change and they could not help us . After spending 8 hours at the airport calling the airline directly we were able to rebook the flights on a flight 3 days after our scheduled departure day. Don't ever book your flights with this company, ever! They were no help and if it was up to them we would have had to rebuy new flights to leave the country. Never again!

I have the great pleasure of using this travel agency for my insurance and to have my taxes done I really am so grateful I found this place and I highly recommend it. The owner is very kind and gracious and the staff is absolutely amazing. Great service for great prices!

Because most of those who work there are very professional and well mannered people BUT they need to exterminate.
