Oh for pity's sake! I came in here looking for something hot to eat and a table to sit and eat at. I found neither. The restaurant was closed and cordoned off. Both on the grill in the store. If I wanted something hot, it was going to be out the freezer and into the microwave with nowhere to sit. Does that sound appetizing to you? We professional drivers operate around the clock. We need a service provider that fully understands that. I did not see it here. Do you think that this won't stick in mind. What should I think when I pass this way next? Should I plan on stopping somewhere else?
Pretty well clean and maintained truck stop right off the interstate 24, the truck parking is decent and easy to maneuver around, the employees are very nice and help to the customers, showers are very clean and maintained as well.

This is a generally decent place to stop to get gas and use the restroom. The restroom is your typical gas station restroom and it gets a C+ for cleanliness. Right before you enter and as you exit the restrooms, you'll see a revolving taquito machine. If you aren't in the mood for gas station taquitos, there is also a McDonald's attached to the gas station, if you're so inclined for that type of food. And if you aren't in the mood for taquitos or Big Macs, then I don't know what to tell you because there aren't any other restaurants at this offramp. But the convenience store inside the gas station has lots of little snacky things.
This is a good place to take 10 hours break. The parking spots are clean and there is no trash laying around. Pilot is a good truck stop in all ways. They always have a good food places and the stuff that you need to continue your travel. Those truck stops usually full by 6 or 7 pm in the evening so you better get there before that time or otherwise you will have to find another place to park. I'm not a big fan to park at the truck stops because of the reefer that park everywhere, and they're just too loud. Good place to park. So I suggest you visit this place to confirm my words haha
The place was fairly cleaned but I did enjoy was there deals on energy drinks and their varieties and copies they always have new flavors for me to try and energy drinks right now it's two for four dollars for the NOS Usually it's three dollars apiece so you save two dollars when you buy two aunt my husband dips and they have good deals going on for when you buy two cans of dipAnd I love that they have a Wendy's and a subway attached to it so whether you're feeling like grabbing a quick bite of Wendy's or eating some thing a little less greasy you can go to Subway
Nice stop. Clean restrooms, easy in and out pulling a 23' boat. Great, friendly staff. Lots of snack choices. There is a McDonalds in here.
Shop did a service to my truck. Couldn't be happier. Fast and done right. Mechanic was an old army mech. Knew what he was doing. Even hit the hidden gear shifter grease spot. Will for sure me back.

Clean bathrooms! Hallelujah! This is a clean service center to fuel up your car as well as your body. There's also a McDonald's attached! This makes a nice stop from Kentucky to Tennessee.
The 2 ladies working the front counter were super nice on St Paddy's evening. Even gave my daughter a shamrock necklace!
I've been here three times to get gas and each time I've had my credit card information stolen. It's actually ridiculous that every time I go here it gets stolen. Figure it out
