How much is shipping?

Delivery is FREE in Australia when you spend $80.00 or more and charged at Australia Post rates for orders under $80.

$12 Flat Rate Express Post within Australia.

New Zealand is a flat rate of $15 for Express International Shipping. All other countries are calculated on weight and destination. (Import tax and duty charges may be added by your country). OCD Skate Shop are not liable for any of these charges. International orders cannot exceed 20kg per order.

If you supply an incorrect address and your parcel is sent back to us (RTS) you will be notified and you will have to pay for the parcel to be re-sent.

How will my order be delivered?

Our orders are delivered via Australia Post eParcel. When we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with your Tracking Number. You can track the delivery status of your order at:  http://auspost.com.au/track . If you didn't receive your confirmation or shipping email, please check your email's Junk Folder :)

Can I have my parcel delivered to a business address?

Yes!  If you are having your item posted to a business address, please include the business name on your order.

What if I am not there to accept my parcel?

All orders require a signature on delivery or can be 'Left in safe place'.  If no-one is able to sign for the package then a card will be left at the address, indicating where the parcel can be collected from (usually the nearest Australia Post outlet). If you wish to have your parcel left at your shipping address if you are not home, that’s OK with us but no responsibility will be taken for missing items. You may want to send it to a business address instead, just don’t forget to include the business name!

Did you receive my order?

We will email a confirmation of the order placed online immediately, make sure to check your email's Junk Folder. If you have not received this, please contact us on [email protected] or contact us during business hours on (03) 9588 0288.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We ship SAME DAY for orders placed and paid before 12:00pm EST (next business day for orders placed on weekend/public holiday).

Estimated delivery time is 1-4 business days for VIC, 2-5 business days NSW, ACT, TAS, QLD and 2-7 business days for SA,NT & WA. Some remote WA and NT locations can take up to 14 business days.

DC Shoes have been around since 1994 and have been known in the scene for their incredible innovative designs and groundbreaking skate team. From Keith Hufnagel to Nyjah Huston, alot of professional skateboarders have spent time representing the brand, however DC hit gold when they found LOVE Parks Stevie Williams and Josh Kalis in the late 90’s. 

Stevie and Kalis both brought such incredible designs to the market and were both huge style icons at the time. In 2020, DC is bringing back some classic silhouettes from the 90’s including the Kalis OG and LYNX OG. After 26 years in the game, it’s safe to say DC have made a huge impact in the skateboarding world and have continued to put out well priced, quality products.

The delivery time estimate for Free Delivery is 1 - 3 working days. We aim for same day dispatch on all orders received before 5:00pm Monday-Friday. Orders received over the weekend will be shipped the following Monday. 

Next Working Day Delivery (UK Only)

With this service we offer next working day delivery and same day dispatch on orders received before the order cut-off time, Monday to Friday. The cut-off time is 5:00pm for the majority of products we sell such as clothing, shoes and most skateboard components. For products that are longer than 61cm or 24", such as skateboard decks and complete skateboards, the order cut-off time is 1:00pm. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee next working day delivery for these longer products to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Islands.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason you have 28 days from the date of receiving the goods to return them to us for a full refund or exchange.
