I was looking for a particular model of Chacos and called the Cumberland Mall Journeys store to be sure they had them in stock. I was advised they did and made the trip from Alpharetta, only to find when i got to the store that they did not have that model and it became very clear to me that they don't really understand their own inventory. What I found worse was that neither the associate nor the manage apologized for the mistake (which happens). They literally didn't care and told me, "this is all we have...take it or leave it." I would never shop at this store again.

Journeys has shoes, sandals, sneakers apparel and accessories for kids, women and men. It's a very interesting store because there is more of an emphasis on the apparel than the shoes. Shoe and apparel designs tend to be trendy, urban, eccentric, eclectic, and hippy at the same time. Brands include Diesel, Puma, Dollhouse, K-Swiss, Converse, Birckenstock, Dickies, Uggs, Vans, Steve Madden, etc. To experience Journeys, take an excursion to Cumberland Mall. Horrible staff. Horrible service. Horrible prices. Inexperienced "managers" that don't know their own policy's. Stay away and shop at other places. Either shop online or somewhere else and stay away from this location. Do yourself a favor.

I have bought shoes at the mall of georgia location and the north georgia premium outlets location. The store never seems to have the style I want in my size . They say they will get your size and mai lit to you for free,bought a pair of $150.00 boots,ofcourse they didn't have my size,they were delivered to my home by UPS with a broken strap.The store refused to refund my money.They only gave me a store credit.I had to buy some other shoes that I really did not want.Also, after checking around, I saw several styles of their shoes in different stores for cheaper prices and on sale.I don't care to patronize this trendy, snobbish store again! Times are tuff but they will get tougher for their stores if they treat their patrons in the manor inwhich I was, STAY AWAY !!!! and save your money and avoid defective merchandise! Thank You
