We boarded early and got a window seat. Unfortunately the boat they had us on couldn't hold power so we had to switch boats. No big deal, I just felt bad for them because they had to move all the fun goodies they had set up for the cruise. We still left on time. We had drinks the entire time and they served some small snacks. The boat tour is worth the price. The drinks are really expensive in my opinion. About $10-$13 a drink. Your bill racks up fast. We spent about $80 for 6 drinks. It is a 90 minute tour and they do a great job pointing out all the surrounding areas and houses.

My family and I had such a great time on the Coeur d'Alene eagle cruise yesterday! The crew was quick to get everyone settled and got us on the water right in time. We happened to have a great ride with tons of eagle sittings. I will say the space inside is a little tight with a ton of people on board and the music was way to loud when it was on, but other than that it was a great two hours.

This was a fun little cruise around the lake midday. It wasn't too crowded and we enjoyed a cocktail and a cup of coffee. I had just gotten into town and it was a fun way to learn about the lake and take a tour of the area around it. Definitely recommend for people who are visiting. 90 min felt a little long, but also it was nice and relaxing on a cooler fall day .

Horrible music. I asked the lady if she would turn down the music or turn it off for $10 and she said no she could not. It is really annoying and you have to sit here for a long time before the boat gets going cause they ask you to load very early. So it's just horrible music all the time

I was visiting a friend in Spokane, and she took me on this cruise. It was a great time! It was a cold day, so we sat inside, and went out on the upper deck for a bit after breakfast. It was nice being out on the water in the cool air. There was narration throughout the cruise to tell us about the area. The buffet was good, roast beef, delicious stuffed chicken, and salads, pasta salads, lots of yummy desserts! There was a cash bar, alcoholic drinks not included in the price. This was a highlight of my visit to Spokane, and we sat with fun people at our table, and just had an absolute blast!

Took a bait cruise out to the event center for a co defense e my husband is attending. Ride was soooo smooth and water was crystal clear. It had rained that afternoon right before boarding but every seat had been wiped and was plenty of dry places for everyone to sit. Staff were extremely kind and helpful. The whole experience was amazing!! Highly recommend!

We took the 730 pm Holiday Couer d alene lights cruise. They advertise hot chocolate drinks enjoy lights on the lake. My cruise had ran out of hot Chocolate 1 cup into the cruise. No replacement. Packed seating in the seating inside the boat. So my nephew and I sat outside in 26 degree cold weather with no hot Chocolate.. it was so cold and hard to enjoy anything. Employees are more then willing to pass you along to someone else for complaints. Even the director of the cruise company. The Couer d alene Hotel Resort manger passed me along instead of hear my complaint. Left 2 voice mails and no call backs

We took the ST Joes 6 hr cruise. OMG it was the longest boring event. The staff was affable. The advertisement was OVERSOLD!! it came up very short. There were a couple of times that someone told us something about the lake/surroundings that lasted a couple of minutes. There was no music or interaction with the staff unless you purchased something at the bar. The ferry ride in Seattle is superior to this cruise. Save your money for something else. I honestly think that everyone on the cruise felt the same as us..

A real disappointment. I have wanted to do a dinner cruise for decades and finally had the opportunity. While the cruise was fine, the meal was sub-par to say the least. Bagged salad with strong preservative taste, over cooked veggies, a so-so pasta salad, stale dinner rolls, under cooked salmon and only one choice of dessert. The only thing that was fairly good was the twice baked potato. All of this disaster for about $50.00. Very limited beer and wine choices. We did not get any narration of the area at all. Don't let the years old photos of the food fool you.

Yesterday we took the day cruise at Lake CDA and it was a very enjoyable cruise. The staff was super friendly and funny and gave us some knowledge of the lake and the super nice houses we seen. This was the first time we took this cruise and in the future we would love to go back and take this cruise again and if you're going to be in the CDA area take this cruise as it's a 90 minute boat ride I know you'll enjoy it.
