• Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport

• The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest
• Hotel check in is 1400hrs and checkout would be 1000hrs
• Early check in and late check out subject to availability

• Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis
• Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu. Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra
• All transfers and sightseeing by AC private vehicle
• Please note that AC will be switched off while travelling in hilly terrain
• 1- 4 Pax based on Etios/Dzire suitable for 2 Adults and 2 children travelling together and 4- 5 Pax based on Innova suitable for 4 to 5 Adults travelling together for transfers and sightseeing
• Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own
• Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable
• Jeep Safari Booking at National Parks: Advance booking of Jeep Safari in National Park is done 30 days in advance for Indian Nationals. It is on first cum first serve basis and a non-refundable advance needs to be deposited with complete details of the person. For advance booking Photo Id for Indian Nationals is mandatory and the guest will have to carry the same Photo id on tour. The Park will remain closed during monsoon period or at the discretion of government/forest authorities. The gate from where the safari will operate depends on the discretion of the forest authorities
• National Parks are usually open from 15th Nov to 15th June. Safaris will restart only after 15th Nov
• 01 Jeep/Gypsy can accommodate upto 06 passengers only
• Canter is a 16 seater open air bus which operates on shared basis
• Itinerary is subject to change

Cancellation Policy & Payment Terms

We keep it transparent, crystal clear!

• If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated hereunder.
• Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation
• Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
• Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
• Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Payment Terms

• Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
• There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
• Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
• Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.

Ooty Lake- Spread over an area of 65 acres; Ooty Lake was created in 1824. This man-made lake was built during the British Rule. Boating at this lake is very popular. In the month of May, boat races are also conducted which are a huge hit among tourists and local residents.

Ooty Mountain Railway- Built in 1908, during the British rule, Ooty Mountain railway has been declared as a UNESCO world heritage site. Here, the trains are still powered with the help traditional steam engines.

Reaching Mysore and Ooty

Both the destinations, Ooty and Mysore are well connected to all the major cities of the country. Mysore is connected via railways and roadways to the rest of the country. If travelling via flight, one needs to get down at Bangalore and then travel via train or bus/cab to Mysore.

The distance between Mysore and Ooty is only 125 km, which can be covered in slightly more than 3 hours. If travelling from Bangalore, Ooty is about 270 km away and can be reached in about 6 hours, while the distance between Mysore and Bangalore is about 145 km, which can be covered in about 3 hours. There are government as well as private buses from Bangalore to Mysore and Ooty as well as from Mysore to Ooty. Tourists can also hire a cab or taxi.

These airports are well connected with buses and taxis for tourists to travel to Ooty. Approximately 40 kilometres away from Ooty, Mettupalayam is the nearest railway station and various trains are available from cities like Chennai, Coimbatore, Mysore and Bengaluru. Buses and cabs are available outside the railway station for Ooty. The Heritage Nilgiri Mountain Toy Train which takes you through thick forests and dark tunnels also starts from Mettupalayam and goes all the way to Ooty. The best way to travel to Ooty is by road. 4. Jayalakshmi Vilas Palace

On reaching, check in at the hotel and get freshen up. Thereafter, we will leave for the sightseeing tour of Mysore. In our day tour, we will be visiting the famous tourist destinations of Mysore. We will start our day tour by paying a visit to Krishnarajasagar Dam, Mysore Palace and Brindavan Gardens. Later in the evening, we will return back to the hotel for a relaxing overnight stay.

Mysore is a beautiful city located in Karnataka state at the base of the Chamundi Hills about 146 km southwest of Bangalore. It was the capital of the Kingdom of Mysore from 1399-1947. Today, it is counted among one of the cleanest city in India.

Mysore – Ooty

After breakfast in the morning, we will again proceed for Mysore city excursion tour. In today's day tour, we will be visiting Zoological Gardens. This zoo is counted among the best in the country. Thereafter, we will head towards Shri Jayachamarajendra Art Gallery and St. Philomena's Church that is raised in Gothic style. We will also visit the temple at Chamundi Hills, devoted to Goddess Chamundeshwari. She is the deity of the royal family of Mysore. In the evening, we will embark on the journey to Ooty also known as "the Queen of hill stations'. On arrival, check in at the hotel for an overnight stay.

Local Sightseeing Tour Ooty

In the morning after breakfast, we will leave to explore the real natural beauty of Ooty. We will start out day outing by visiting the Botanical Gardens, with a peaceful Lotus Pond that cover Dodda Betta. It is the highest peak of this hill station. Further, we will visit the tea estates, Dolphin's Nose (a picnic spot), Lamb's Rock, Ooty Lake, Kodanadu's View Point and Catherine Falls. Later, we will return back to the hotel in Ooty for a relaxing overnight stay.

Ooty is a town situated 80 km north of Coimbatore. Nestled in the Nilgiri Hills, it is one of the famous hill station and a film shooting spot that attract visitors from across the country as well as the world.

On the last day of our tour, we will have breakfast in the morning and check out from the hotel to drive back to Bangalore. On arrival, get transferred to the airport or railway station to catch the flight or board train for onward destination.
